Now the real question is wtf do you wear to a party? do I wear a dress? no, all my dresses are spring dresses they are not party-like.

"hey," my older sister says entering my room and throwing herself in my bed "Hey," I said looking at my closet while having a  crisis choosing what to wear, so I chose baggy jeans and a big shirt with Beyonce on it " so you wanna go eat some ice cream at the park, It's night time and it's dark just how you like it yk, all quiet and shit, like the old grandma you are," she said looking at me.

"I'm going out,"  I said as I was putting my jeans on  "What were?" she asked sitting back up and looking at the girl who never goes out and just stays home "A party a guy invited me to this frat," I said casually pretending not to be nervous.

"wait so a boy invited you to a party and you going out looking like that?" she said as I looked at myself in the mirror, "hey there's nothing wrong with Queen B," I said offended "Obviously There is nothing wrong with Beyonce is just that in a party you don't wear casual clothes trust me," she said getting up and going to the room that is next to hers and getting something in her closet

she came back with a black loose but very short skirt and a combined black crop top "This is what you wear if you wanna impress a guy yk, if you want to get laid tonight nobody is looking at you with that on" "girl I'm not trying to impress nobody or getting laid and you know that," I said annoyed about her comment. "Just put it on trust me" "No I'm not putting it on I'm good as I am"  "Yes babe I know but if you want to try to get friends at least dress cool to a party" After thinking it I decided to put it on, I want to be popular have friends like Hyunjin said, I want to be different but tho let me put a jacket on first cz this outfit is just not me.

As I was waiting impatiently for Chan to come I was nervous, what if this was a prank and he tried to make fun of me? what if this is just another stupid bet like the one you heard these stupid kids do, what if he just left without me to make me illusion myself that I was accompanied by someone at this party... ugh I  can't let this happen, as I retract myself from going to this party as I hear a honk on my front door "Hey I'm so sorry I'm late he shouts from the car's window as I  go outside "come inside" he said waving his hand at me, I go to the car and open the door to my seat and get comfortable "no worries" I express some sympathy with him and continue to put my seatbelt on. "I was busy with a music project due this Monday," he said smiling  at me "Sorry again I didn't mean to make you feel like I forgot or something," he said reassuring me driving away from my parking lot, "It's fine no worries I was just finishing a book I'm reading," I said fiddling with my index finger "ohhhh nice what you read," he said looking at the road making conversation "uhh books" I laugh nervously 

He chuckles "Yeah but what kind of books silly," he says smiling still looking at the road, "well you know... the ones that have words on them" You chuckled awkwardly wishing for this topic to end, and all he does is laugh and look at you with a smirk converting into a smile "what do you mean the ones that have words on them? Do you read naughty things or what?" he said knowing god damn that I do but he just wants to tease me "NO no way I would never read that," I said getting defensive but my ears betraying me as I feel the heat of embarrassment flowing against my skin "sure..." he says smiling trying to sound convinced by my statement "No, I mean it I don't" I again try to prove him wrong, but something I never learned was to lie "ok yeah sure" he again sarcastically "you know, to make you feel better" he stops clearing his throat and looking at me and back to the road "you know Seugmin?" he waits for my answer  looking back at the road

"the brown hair boy? the most normal out of all of you?" I ask him "Yeah that one" he confirms my assumptions "he reads all that nasty shit, every time we go to a library he has a stack of them ready to read and buy them" he chuckles remembering the actions of the sweet boy that you see almost every day at the hallways "so I think you guys can be good friends you know, I can introduce you guys" he laughs as I hit his arm "I swear I don't read that"I get more embarrassed as I try to prove my not so innocent ass.

"sure love sure," he says trying to calm down from laughing so much I'm getting red at his comment  "You know I would've believed you if you didn't get defensive at all, but your cheeks tell me something else," he says looking at me "but it's fine they say those girls are the most interesting to talk to," he says looking back at the road.

"Really? Why is it?" you ask curiously "idk that's what they say, they say that you girls hold dark secrets," he says making it sound like he is narrating a scary story, I laugh "What is that supposed to mean?" I say between laughs, he also laughs" idk you know what people say right, that they are the freakiest ones" he laughs as you look uncomfortable at the topic knowing that it is true but how would you know, you never experienced something like that "but of course not you because you don't read that stuff" he says sarcastically again as you smile and roll your eyes at him.

he keeps driving as you see the big house under the name of Hwang Hyunjin full of people and loud music 

"Remember don't worry about the people or anything like that, I'm going to be by your side all the time, or I'll try to, nah just kidding I will be there with you just tell me if you want to leave but try to have fun, I will take care of you" he smiled ensuring me to have fun and not worry about anything

"Thanks, Chan," you said nervously as you saw his cute dimples showing out as his smile grew into a big one, it was nice for someone to show some kindness towards you as no one ever did to you besides your sister

Definitely a a better looks than Ganyus... Cloud Retainer whats going on with you that your daughters are dressed this way tho... BUT. I love Shenhe. Her story was so good... her song still makes me cry. Its a shame she doesnt exist anymore LMAO.

Her CN and KR voices are best IMO. I dont mind her EN tho.

Cute design but I wish she was a regular Melusine. ALSO HYV sure has the nerve to do a 'RACISM BAD' storyline with her but still fucking refuse to add a playable character with dark skin or a different hair texture... especially in NATLAN which is based on the precolonial Americas and Africa... ITS A CHOICE. Really the only time we see darker skin characters with locs are ENEMIES. Fuck off. Sigewinne this isnt your fault baby close your eyes.

Venti my boy. It took me awhile to warm up to Venti but I like him a lot now. I WILL SAY... there a quite a few people who will tear down Zhongli for him and I hate them. To mischaracterize Zhongli to make Venti look better is crazy... for what? VenXiao? Its a choice. Its not Zhonglis fault hes got a better relationship with Xiao... also if Zhongli got people drunk without their consent or brushed aside Barbaras stalkers youd ring his neck.

THAT ALL SAID. Ventis fun. Good guy mostly. Im fairly certain he'll have a 2nd story come Natlan considering his connections to Vanessa.

Biggest glow up in Genshin history. I kinda dont like that he deleted his misdeeds from the history of the world... BUT.... hes getting better and hes putting in effort to be better so I got over it. He was really great in this Summer event. Wish he wasnt fuckin BLUE tho. Ya know now that I think about how Scara deleted himself from the GI memory I guess thats why Nahida has a digital vibe.. I guess the tree IS like a computer... (I still think its weird) Also I named MY wanderer Galilei! To go with the Bohemian Rapsody theming hes got... also I chose Galilei over Galileo cuz 'Lil Ei' since hes one of Eis puppets. IM SO FUCKING GOOD.

Hot. There was a concept design where he had darker skin and an eyepatch... we coulda had it all. But he still looks great. WHAT WAS WITH HIS PAST THO!? WHY IS FONTAINE SO FUCKED UP IDK. ALSO WHY WOULD HE BE GUILTY OF KILLING HIS CHILD MURDERING FOSTER PARENTS?! WTF IS WRONG WITH FONTAINE!? LYNETTE GOT FUCKING SOLD TO SOME CREEPS! THEY ALSO LOCKED UP A PREGNANT WOMAN WHO GAVE BIRTH IN THEIR AND DIED AND WE HAD TO REUNITE THE GRANDDAUGHTER WITH HER GRANDFATHER AND I ONLY JUST REALIZED RIGHT BEFORE AND WAS LIKE 'WAIT A MINUTE IS THIS THAT RANDOM NPCS GRANDDAUGHTER!? IS THE REASON SHE NEVER WROTE HIM BACK CUZ SHE FUCKING DIED?!' and thats exactly what happened. HUGE fridge horror moment for me right before it was revealed in game. LMAO..... .... anyways.

MAN I remember seeing her design leaked and being... just infatuated. Shes a rare W vs her concept design which gave her like bellbottoms and I was scared for a moment that THAT might be the design they went with BUT NO! We got THIS. Beautiful. Her personality is also SO fucking cute. Shes so cute. I love that she acts tough until someone is nice to her and she gets all flustered.... Shenhe saying she thought of her and Xianyun being all touched about it... ;w;... But also her badly haggling was so funny and she was cool with that one dude being kinda rude to HER but the minute he doubted Zhongli she got so mad in his defense... Shes so cute... I love her.

EN VA clears. I think she does the best illustrating Xianyuns personality.

My mans Xiao... I thought I wouldnt like him since Im not fond of tsundere characters but hes a good boy. Also hes a Zhongli stan so how can I NOT love him. His quest in the Chasm was particularly good... ;w; the way I cried when Paimon shouted 'XIAO!!!!' LMAO.. that hurt my feelings even though I knew HYV didnt have the balls to kill him.

I think his EN VA sound SUPER petulant mostly but the deranged way he says USELESS and DISAPPEAR!!!! makes me laugh so I dont actually mind it... that said the others all clear him.

I dont like Yae as much as I thought I would when I first saw the Inazuma cast leak... but I still like her and her relationship with Ei (and Gorou) but im not that attached.... like I guess thats sorta how I feel for more of the Inazuma cast TBH.

Yelans outfit is so fucking GOOFY. Shes pretty tho... just wish she had better clothes.... Her character is great too but shes probably one of the characters Im LEAST invested in Liyue.

Her EN voice is sexy as hell.

MY FAVORITE INAZUMA GIRL!! The babiest. I love her so much. Shes so damn cute and lovely and her quest with the Aranara was weird... but adorable and I love her. Shes the only bow DPS I even TRIED to pull for. They could never make me hate you Yoimiya!!! Ive loved her from the minute I saw her on the leaked Inazuma cast lineup.

AH. Finally... the TRUE BABYGIRLEST. My handsome dad, my beautiful son, MY BEAUTIFUL SUN, MY PRINCESS... MY QUEEN. I love Zhongli so much... I can never leave Genshin no matter how annoyed I get with it because this demon right here. Hes got me by the heartstrings. Like with Navia (GEO STAY WINNING) I know when hes got a part in a story they just cant fuck it up. Hes also dripped out to hell. I hope SOMEDAY we actually get a story about YOU instead of random history... not that I havent enjoyed the blasts from the past (especially Azhdaha my second favorite character) but like... WHAT ABOUT YOU SPECIFICALLY TELL ME....

I love all of Zhonglis VAs. I like EN and CN the best tho.

I wish I had more drive to draw. I’m thinking about my minecraft OCs from like 2016 again

Their original plot will probably never continue so I’m making up AUs for them. Like what if tOWCH I STUBBED MY TOES what if their server updated and did a full reset or something. And Honeycomb lost track of the prisoners because of it so they escape. So Redstone Player and Lemon Dancer are on the run from the detectives (and Honeycomb). I’m not sure if the other admins would care as much tbh. I mean clearly this whole prison thing was approved so they would maybe try to help but they’re not as involved as Honeycomb.

But like realistically they could easily imprison them again since they have admin powers and all so maybe the other admins say “it’s a new world, give them a chance, let’s only arrest them if the detectives find them” and Honeycomb’s main motivation for banning murder was his interest in the detective’s investigations so he would probably agree even tho he would want the prisoners to stay imprisoned, he’s been outvoted and accepts it cuz woo more detective action!

Lemon Dancer probably tries to get away from Redstone Player but he keeps following them (I forgot their gender and they aren’t my character but idk if my sister even remembers so I’m voting to make them genderqueer I bet my sister would accept it. I like to use any pronouns for LD and my sister will probably allow me to make that canon lmao). Redstone is like “uh oh Lemon Dancer did you hear that?! We are on the run we gotta hide!!” And Lemon Dancer’s just like “okay cool hey how about we split up cool idea right???” cuz she’s so done with his antics from prison LOL. He probably has to change his skin and hates it cuz he probably worked hard on it. So they spend way too long trying to make the perfect (wacky) skin to help hide their identity.

Redstone is really freaking clingy tho. He’s also a little too driven to take down the detectives. He and LD are just like chilling in their secret hideout when RP breaks the silence with “we should gather a team to take down the detectives” and LD is just like “wtf is wrong with you like actually” they don’t really care about the detectives aside from “they imprisoned me” so they’re fine just being on the run. “Don’t you realize if we talk to anyone they’ll report us to the detectives?” “Well yeah maybe but I’m sure we can convince them the detectives are the true evil of the server” and LD groans and considers turning herself in just to get away from Redstone Player. Then thinks “wait, hold on, am I cooking?” and starts trying to think of ways to get REDSTONE PLAYER arrested while staying off the hook. RP assumes he’s actually thinking about one of his ideas for once and is happy.

Overall LD probably uses Redstone to do work like “hey why don’t you go mining and get us some materials so we can survive” while they just chill at the secret hideout waiting for the goods.

And then my more recent obsession in the MCDetectives universe PHOENIX KETCHUP. Poor bro is probably terrified. He’s all alone and very paranoid. He was already struggling with losing his best friend and everyone else in his held-together-by-a-thread friend group, but now he’s dealing with that AND a loss of the surroundings he’s used to? No more home, having to get supplies all on his own? YIKES! He COULD ask for help, and perhaps he wants to, but he’s too paranoid, disconnected from the general population, and ever so slightly too proud. Don’t get me wrong he’s not THAT proud but the other factors yknow. People probably DO want to help him actually, he’s sort of seen as a poor innocent guy whose BFF was murdered. But in reality he’s too tainted to trust any well-meaning people.

He probably snaps and tries to find Redstone Player again. That’s what he did before the reset, cling onto the last remaining person involved, the last remnant of his dark past, despite the bad things. He knows Redstone is out there. He’s just gotta find him.

I don’t know how they’ll find each other. Maybe with the power of Phoenix kind of knowing Redstone he will be able to figure out where he would go? Idk. It seems really unlikely they’ll find each other, honestly. Phoenix isn’t in good shape to be doing these searches. He’s overly cautious. Maybe it’s a stroke of luck that they find each other. Wait they can probably /msg each other. A sudden “where are you” from Phoenix and Redstone freezes for a bit, unsure of what to do. After maybe a day or so, he leaves a meetup spot for Phoenix to come to. That’s how they find each other.

Redstone Player suddenly freezes, realizing that being seen by someone who was friends with the guy he murdered was probably a life sentence. They hate each other, Redstone Player is on the run, he’s gotta get out of here- but before he can move, Phoenix runs over and hugs him. Despite his pride, Phoenix cries. Redstone doesn’t know what to do, but hugs him back. Somehow, they missed each other a lot.

“Are you here to turn me in?” RP asks after a bit. Phoenix shakes his head. “I don’t know what to do without you.” Redstone knows that feeling all too well. Redstone Player doesn’t want to get caught, and drags Phoenix back to the base. Lemon Dancer jumps out of his (brand new) skin and yells “WHY DID YOU BRING SOMEONE HERE?!” Eventually LD manages to use Phoenix as an excuse to finally leave Redstone Player. “Oh yay you’ve got someone to help you hide! I’ll be hiding on my own it’s harder for the detectives to catch us then! Yup I’ll stay in touch have fun with this idiot!!”

And so it becomes Redstone Player and Phoenix Ketchup on-the-run survival together. With the occasional Lemon Dancer cuz she cannot shake Redstone off for the life of her.

It’s pretty awkward but as they have to make base and gather resources together they start to bond more. Phoenix doesn’t understand many of the mechanics of the game and is terrified, but Redstone teaches him. The lack of knowledge Phoenix has surprises him a lot, but he always teaches him. Phoenix really appreciates this but is bad at showing that. He never thought one day he could grow out of being a noob. Sure he was always learning before, too, but it wasn’t much. The amount of knowledge he had was always being controlled. Redstone is surprised by how smart Phoenix actually is once he gets to know him better, he always had “acts smart when he’s actually dumb” energy but it’s actually quite the opposite. He was only lacking information. Phoenix is good at picking up on hints, reading people, and generally putting things together. He was just manipulated and controlled his entire time in the server.

Anyways Phoenix secretly consumes a lot of “yandere x reader” type of content and hides it cuz he thinks it’s cringe but then Redstone Player finds out and is like “HUH” and Phoenix is really embarrassed like “WAIT… BEFORE YOU JUDGE… I JUST… UM… L-Listen it’s just nice to think that someone would do all of that because they LIKE you yknow!!! It’s like the truest kind of love!” And Redstone is flabbergasted just staring with like a loading bar trying to process all of this and then something clicks and he goes “OH PHOENIX… I didn’t know you had a crush on your best friend too but he was NOT a yandere he was just evil!!” And Phoenix is like “I DID NOT HAVE A CRUSH ON SUPER NOOB” and Redstone is like “even if he did like you it was still wrong of him to do all of those things. The way he treated you ruined your life!” and Phoenix is like “I NEVER SAID SUPER NOOB IS A YANDERE I DONT HAVE A CRUSH ON HIM ALSO HOW DARE YOU-“ he is always flipflopping like that but this moment especially he would start defending Super Noob. But Redstone has dealt with Phoenix’s ramblings a lot by this point and also realized this is a big coping mechanism so this time instead of arguing he just hugs Phoenix and treats him nicely to attempt to prove that love can come without abuse and that controlling someone isn’t a way to show you love them cuz there are better ways to show you love someone. Phoenix gets flustered by the implications and also because he realizes Redstone literally killed his best friend so is HE actually the yandere? If Redstone found out Phoenix wanted to call him a yandere he would lose his mind and probably cry. Then Phoenix would also realize Redstone admitted he had a crush on Super Rokket who was also friends with Super Noob so that’s another point for the yandere Redstone Player theory. Which if Redstone found out about he would launch into a giant speech about his motivations and reasons for the murder and how NONE of it is yandere. Phoenix would not be convinced.

And that last paragraph was all I REALLY wanted to say thanks for watching

You probably don't remember me but I sent once an ask about the Romeo and Juliet play with the black actress: did you know they finally ended up replacing the actress for Juliet (with another black actress)?

And you know what? People are fucking celebrating that she finally was replaced with a "decent looking black woman". WTF is wrong with these people... And many of these are black people themselves!! One of the tweets with the highest number of likes that I saw was by a dark skin black man I- I literally can't with these self hating black men and pick me black women dunking on that poor actress, calling her ugly and all kind of names. Where is the fucking solidarity? Like at least if you think she was ugly why couldn't you just fucking keep it to yourself. White people see that kinda shit and they'll feel emboldened to call her and other black people ugly too, and then when called out they'll just point out to all the animosity between black people: "You see? They do it to each other too!!"

And let's not pretend like the white male lead is some beauty or something; I won't stoop down to their level and insult his looks but he was no Adonis I can tell you that much. People just have higher standards for women and expect them to always be beautiful while not expecting the same for men, but it's like 100 times worse for black women.

And it's not like they're even saying the new actress is beautiful, they're literally calling her "decent looking" and "not as ugly"... I wish I was kidding.

If I was you I would stop expecting anything from Black men on social medias. They're really the gutter of public discourses. Long answer: Dark-skinned in the Mediterranean sense, it’s fine, because that’s also in the ancient depictions and it reflects the appearance of the local people. But I sense you are seeing this matter as some type of “white supremacy” of some sort and that’s why you are focusing on the Black “race”. In reality, the iconography excludes even the most light-skinned Russian.

“Aren’t there black people in Greece?” Yes there are (even though very few compared to the country’s population. Greece is among the least diverse countries on the planet). But also consider: Aren’t Black people in China? Aren’t Black people in Mexico? Aren’t Black people in Mongolia? Aren’t East Asian people in Congo? Aren’t White (e.g. Slavic) people in the Arabian Peninsula? Do you think each country should change the depictions of their gods to suit the minorities in the country each century? Countries worldwide never did that. They keep the ancient depictions of their deities and the deities reflect the appearance of the local people.

Greek people also do that and have done so for millennia. The sudden decision for “diversity” after 2,000 years later came not from the Greeks who preserved the culture, but from the US Americans who started the trend so the Greek pantheon can reflect their own society. This shows a type of ownership by the US over the Greek pantheon.

Since these people have grown too familiar with Greek antiquity (a superficial image of it, mostly) they have adopted an imperialist stance towards our deities. If the Americans (people on the other side of the Atlantic) judge our pantheon as quote, too White, then that’s the global standard, all of a sudden.

This doesn’t happen with mythologies the US people (I would also put Northwest Europeans) are not interested in. For example, would you go to a Mongolian person and ask “sorry but why can’t we make your gods Black? Why can’t we make them look Cherokee? Why can’t we make them look Korean?”

Well, technically you can (and gods can transform), but I hope you can understand why you as one person and as an outsider changing Mongolian deities wouldn’t be the politest thing to do. Such changes aren’t for a few people outside a culture to decide. This isn’t for a few people inside the culture to decide. The shift must come from the culture itself in a way that reflects the opinions of the majority.

(A.K.A. not your one to two young Greek mutuals on Tumblr and TikTok, but even my yaya on the mountain and my theia on the shore should be okay with it. Wait, I'm confused. Would it be so bad to have one of the gods or goddesses be black or a little dark skinned? Aren't there black people in Greece? I'm not saying the whole pantheon needs to be black or is historically black, but still. I do get where you come from tho with how people think they can rewrite the myths to their liking as though it doesn't belong to a culture.

Short answer for this question, "please follow the ancient texts and depictions of the culture as the natives of the culture have done for millennia, because ancient deities from another culture aren't your coloring book".

Long answer:

Dark-skinned in the Mediterranean sense, it's fine, because that's also in the ancient depictions and it reflects the appearance of the local people. But I sense you are seeing this matter as "white supremacy" of some sort and that's why you are focusing on the Black "race". In reality, the iconography excludes even the most light-skinned Russian.

"Aren't there black people in Greece?" Yes there are (even though veery few compared to the country's population. Greece is among the least diverse countries on the planet). But also consider: Aren't Black people in China? Aren't Black people in Mexico? Aren't Black people in Mongolia? Aren't East Asian people in Congo? Aren't White (e.g. Slavic) people in the Arabian Peninsula? Do you think each country should change the depictions of their gods to suit the minorities in the country each century? Countries worldwide never did that. They keep the ancient depictions of their deities and the deities reflect the appearance of the local people.

Greek people also do that and have done so for millennia. The sudden decision for "diversity" after 2.000 years later came not from the Greeks who preserved the culture, but from the US Americans who started the trend so the Greek pantheon can reflect their own society. This shows a type of ownership by the US over the Greek pantheon.

Since these people have grown too familiar with Greek antiquity (a superficial image of it, mostly) they have adopted an imperialist stance towards our deities. If the Americans (people on the other side of the Atlantic) judge our pantheon as "too White" then that's the global standard, all of a sudden.

This doesn't happen with mythologies the US people (I would also put Northwest Europeans) are not interested in. For example, would you go to a Mongolian person and ask "sorry but why can't we make your gods Black? Why can't we make them look Cherokee? Why can't we make them look Korean?"

Well, technically you can (and gods can transform), but I hope you can understand why you as one person and as an outsider changing Mongolian deities wouldn't be the politest thing to do. Such changes aren't for a few people outside a culture to decide. This isn't for a few people inside the culture to decide. The shift must come from the culture itself in a way that reflects the opinions of the majority.

((Aka not your 1-2 young Greek mutuals on Tumblr and TikTok, but even my yaya on the mountain and my theia on the shore should be ok with it. Every song has 3 "reviews": before looking up lyrics, after looking up lyrics and final.

1 – Cheese

BEFORE: Ohh the guitar riff. I am WEAK for guitar in this one. Probably a song I’d play waiting for the traffic light to go green. It has nice, somehow fun beat. But, we definitely could have survived without them naming types of cheese.

AFTER: Heh. A real fuck you in not romantic way.

FINAL: I appreciate the entire idea behind the song. Tho, we still could’ve survived without types of cheese.

2 – Thunderous

BEFORE: Idk why, but beginning reminds me of Rhythm Ta. Yes Changbineeeeeeey take it away.

Did I hear it right? "I’m not sorry, I’m dirty." Babes, are we okay?

Ah yes, Aussie line being more Aussie with each passing day. OMG THAT LAUGH AT 2:03 YES.

Oh I def heard it right, I’m not sorry I’m dirty. Cool, cool, ok. The rapapapam bought me, seriously.

It has very Kingdom!Ateez sound to it which isn’t a bad thing at all, I’m a sucker for Kingdom!Ateez. But… I don’t know, I miss either more intense build-up or beat drop. That would, like, totally kill me and pay for my burial.

AFTER: Oh. Changbin’s part is really, really good. Okay, okay, seriously props to whoever wrote the lyrics. But we really could’ve survived without I’m not sorry, I’m dirty.

Kkundeuri wasseoyo and Gyerani wasseoyo need to have a collab if you know what I mean hehe 😉

FINAL: I feel like my precious I.N had so much fun in this one, so I give bonus points. The song is good, the lyrics are bomb, but the sound lacks intensity. I wish they went with a bit harsher tone, the song would be absolute bomb slap then. All in all, I like it.

3 – Domino

BEFORE: GOING IN STRONG YES. Yeah, goodbye brain, I’ll be going around singing Domino, domino, DOMINO. Yo, that stop and then intense rap at approximately 1:15 is very nice touch.

Don’t kill me, but in my very humble opinion, Chan’s parts feel a bit out of place in the song.

Oh… I don’t like the pace change starting at 2:40…

AFTER: Ah, yet another fuck you, I’ll succeed no matter what you say song.

FINAL: Kinda have a feeling it might grow on me after a few days, but right now… Hm. I don’t know. Maybe one of those songs which need to marinate and which might slap after I come back to them randomly.

4 – Ssick

BEFORE: Oh, the beginning gives me Ikon vibes, yes please. Okay, okay, this drop at 0:50 is really good, I like it very much.

This song has nice transitions and per se, variety, that maybe previous songs lack. For now, my favourite song. It is repetitive, just like the previous ones, and that’s not a bad thing, but I think this one has the best mix of repetitive and filled with variety in beat.

AFTER: 3rd fuck you haters song? I mean sure, fuck haters, but isn’t dedicating 3 songs to them giving them a bit too much attention? This one isn’t just about fuck you tho, it’s also about being there for your friends and I like that aspect. It’s like fuck you to haters and i wuw you to friends and supporters.

Also very, very, very important and positive part of the lyrics is “Oh yeah, I know that I don’t have anything special. But, yeah, do you know that I myself am special?” This, boys, girls, rocks and flowers, this is very valuable lesson. You don’t have to own something special because you are special by just being. Don’t belittle yourself. Even skz is telling you that.

FINAL: From all the fuck you songs this is probably my favorite.

5 – The View

BEFORE: Awww very summery song, very sweet since the beginning. OH SHIT I AM CRYING WTF?

Fuck, this reminds me of a feeling, if you get me, but I don’t know which one? I like it. I LIKE IT SO MUCH. YES. BRING IT ON. BRING ON THE TEARS YES. (i am probably the only person being excited to cry but that says a lot about me sush please).

This is one of the songs I’d LOVE to randomly hear on the radio. Just driving to the beach, vibing you know.

And getting attacked by sudden rap and beat change because why tf not, you know?

AFTER: “Clouds like a submarine swim” I told you, summer vibes.

Ah, fuck. Here, it’s this why I cried. I sensed something in the way they delivered this part of the song and it was this: “The road in front of me seemed dark ‘cause i never ever let it go. Now I feel comfortable, I like it, this feeling and I’ll never ever let it go.” Not to be someone who’ll be like Aha! This is the meaning behind this! but to me this reminds me a lot of feeling stuck with bad self-image, both mentally and physically, and because I said this is like a summer song, my brain immediately goes to all those summers I hated my body and this one being the first summer ever that I didn’t actively hate myself. This part of lyrics is for me like finally breaking out of the shell or maybe a better expression, shedding old skin and just leaving it behind, going forward with new, more positive mentality and a sense of liberation.

“I like the view right now” is like 1) i literally like the view (sunset on beach type of vibe), 2) i like looking at you/myself and realising you’re feeling comfortable around me/yourself/myself, and/or 3) i like this new view on life I have.

Look, I could literally quote entire song and give in depth analysis of on what level they resonate with me, but I won’t do that. I’ll just say these are one of the best lyrics I’ve ever read and they’re so well combined with music ughhh. And the fact this song came at the right time in my life *insert chef’s kiss*

FINAL: I love it. It was really good before I read lyrics and after it’s like three times better. One of my faves on the album.

6 – Sorry, I love you

BEFORE: Nothing special for except for the slight angsty tones I hear. I like it, but nothing crazy. I’d like it to pop up on my playlist occasionally. I think it would be an absolute BOP for me if it was leaning more to the rock genre. Like, a bit slowed down with accent just on guitar and their voices. But, that’s just me always being a sucker for rock ballads. For some reason to me, best ballads and most songs which evoke strong emotion from me are the ones which accentuate the words, the voice and one instrument.

AFTER: Very convinced this song is written by the one who is watching Nevertheless (is it Seungmin? or someone else?). My roommate strongly disagrees with that, but look, I don’t make rules, I think, I say.

FINAL: I hate to admit it but it’s catchy. I’d love live band version of this ngl.

7 – Silent Cry

BEFORE: Interesting intro huh. But something doesn’t sit with me right with the rest of the song. I don’t know what. I really don’t.

AFTER: Yeah sure, hit me with depresso lyrics right in the beginning.

FUCK. The lyrics are really killing me.

FINAL: I just can’t suffer through music. Lyrics are amazing, but idk, music is so not my style and somehow don’t suit the lyrics.

8 – Secret Secret

BEFORE: WAIT WHY DO I HAVE EMOTIONS ALREADY IT’S ONLY BEEN LIKE 10 SECONDS INTO THE SONG. Fuck. I’m on the verge of tears. Imagine listening to this and then Ex I would straight up have emotional breakdown. Yeah, yeah, I’m crying. Leave me alone. The softness, the preciousness, the cuteness, ugh I am broken™.

AFTER: Yeah, fuck. I’m crying again.The lyrics are killing me.

FINAL: This song makes me very emotional, I am a literal mess right now. Kill me, resurrect me, kill me again.

9 – Star Lost

Not my type of song. Like, nothing’s wrong, it’s just so not my type.

10 – Red Lights

BEFORE: Well, the beat drop for sure slaps. The song reminds me of something, it’s either a movie or a song, but I can’t remember. And that’s not a bad thing, I just hate the fact I can’t remember what it reminds me of.

AFTER: “I’m staying up all night again.” I see what you did there, tsch.

“Now tell me you hate me I can’t stand you any longer. But I know, you and me, there’s nothing I can do.” this is very good. I like this.

FINAL: This song could be about so many things. Lust, control problems, feeling of losing yourself, not knowing what your stage personality is and what is real you, anxiety, insomnia, depression… The thing they really managed to do is achieving a level of intensity. I like the song more after I read the lyrics, but I have to say I thought it would be much, much more intense and in your face. I’ll let it crawl in my mind and heart. Slowly. Hehe.

11 – Surfin’

BEFORE: I’m not a fan of summer. Or summer songs. But this is good. Wtf. Something’s going on with me lol. I have nothing much to say, I like the song, that’s it hahah.

AFTER: Felix talking about working 24/7 isn’t something I thought I’d hear in such a summery song.

“My head is overheated just like my laptop.” yo Changbin, mood.

FINAL: I hate summer songs, but this one slaps. This is the only summer song I’ll ever love and accept. Absolute bop.

What’s your favorite manga page/panel?

Kanda from chapter 170 aside, another panel that I dearly love is this one of Nea/Allen and Mana/The Earl hugging in chapter 219. But since I find that something is missing when I post it alone, I decided to post it with the page from before where we see Nea’s reaction right before he hugs Mana back. For me, these two pages go together. (Nea closing his eyes tightly and clinging to Mana as he hugs him back tells us so much about them. Nea loves Mana. We can clearly see that this whole “I have to kill Mana” thing is killing him too in a way.)

What’s your favorite chapter?

Let’s stay with chapter 219. It’s the first time Nea and Mana truly reunite (even though Mana is pretty confused by the whole thing). The goddamn hug is enough to propel this chapter into my top 5 favorite chapters (do I even have a top 5? lol). It’s just... We finally get to learn more about them (tho we did guess already about some of the things Nea says), about how they came to be, about who The Earl is. During this whole conversation where Nea is telling Mana about who they are and what happened, Nea keeps staying close to Mana and touching him. Maybe it’s meant to be intimidating (and we can see that Mana is confused and scared by it all). But Nea isn’t gripping his arms or shoulders to keep him in place, he’s holding his face. Not gripping it, there’s no force behind it. He’s holding his face. I’ll even go as far as saying that he’s cradling his face and I just *clutches heart*. This chapter really made me love Mana and Nea.

Do you have a favorite volume?

Sadly I already talked about volume 19 and volume 20 so I’ll have to go with my second favorite volume which is volume 25. (Yes, chapter 219 is in this volume). This volume is all about Mana and Nea (and Link and a bit of Allen too!). About their story, about what happened when Mana became The Earl (we’re still left with many mysteries tho) and it’s fascinating. This volume also contain a chapter that I really like which is chapter 222 with Allen stucks in that wheat field and having a conversation with “Cross”)

Also, I don’t know how this volume is called in other countries. But here in France it’s called “Il a oublié l’amour” (”He forgot love”) and this alone is enough to make me feel things.

Do you like Mana or Nea more?

Both. I already talked about Nea so I’ll talk about Mana. Like with Nea, he’s surrounded in mysteries that we have yet to know more about. Was it really him who became Allen’s father back then? Was he the one dying and being brought back as an Akuma? (I do believe it was him, in a way. I do believe The Earl killed and gladly made “Mana” an akuma in order to get rid of this part of himself that was bothering him. But alas, it didn’t really work) Why is he the one who became The Earl and not Nea? He’s fascinating and I can’t wait to know more about him.

What’s one thing that you like and dislike about Hallow?

I already talked about how I feel about Hallow in my other reply so I won’t repeat myself here. 

Like: They didn’t have to go that hard with Alma and yet they fucking did and I’m so grateful for it. He’s gorgeous. The whole purple thing going on during his fight with Kanda is gorgeous. The colors they choose for him are gorgeous. I know technically Hoshino is the one who choose that whole purple thing for him, but they could have easily fucked it up and yet they didn’t. Alma was perfect and I thank them for it. They also didn’t have to go that hard making Tyki. Clearly the whole budget went into making Alma and Tyki as handsome and fuckable as possible and I thank them for it.

Dislike: I understand the vibrant colors. Actually it doesn’t bother me that much. As much as I loved how dark the first anime is, I like the vibrant colors they used for Hallow. (Tho the blood seems fake, which completely destroy the gore/gruesome aspect of DGM. But I believe they did it on purpose so they could target a larger audience. So again, it doesn’t bother me that much.) But why the fuck is everyone so white????? Marie is supposed to be black and yet it doesn’t show??? At all??? They made him slightly darker than everyone else. And they didn’t even do it correctly because he just have this weird grey-ish skin that makes him looks like he’s sick lmao. But I mean, they’re all so goddamn white??? Wtf??? Did they forgot to apply some goddamn beige on their skin or something??? At least they made the Noah with some goddamn dark skin. (I saw some people complain about it. Their skin in Hallow looks too natural compared to the grey skin they had in the old anime which made them stand out more as those weird demi-god thing they’re supposed to represent. I understand their point of view. But personally it doesn’t bother me.)

What’s your favorite piece of DGM merch?

I already said the plusies. So I’ll go with the mugs. I only own one. But I love it. I love mugs in general so for me you can never go wrong with mug merches. I also love the art books and the logs. But I don’t really know if they count as merches or not.

Follow up question: what’s a piece of merch that you wish existed?

I suppose saying more figurines would make sense. I know figurines are a huge thing and we clearly don’t have that many. But personally I’m not a huge fan of figurines. Never really saw the appeal. It can be pretty when it’s well done but aside from that I’m just ???? But I do love prints. I have a lot for different fandoms. Official or not. So more official prints would be nice. I would love to have pins as well. (Yes, I have a lot of pins too and want some DGM one)

Episode 1 — Horde Prime

- First of...Adora stop throwing yourself into battle challenge - "You're not She-Ra anymore" — TELL HER SIS - The way Catra was so smug but Glimmer was not having any of it "You're just as alone as I am" if that ain't the truth idk what is - Catra wanting the climb up the ranks? Sis I don't think so let's see how long that lasts - The DINNER pissed me the fuck OFF - Oh yeah here's my obligatory SW FUCK OFF CHALLENGE - Micah, King, glare at her!! Yes!! - The way Scorpia said "Catra thought my singing was annoying" honey - That clone was SO annoying stfu about Prime being omniscient and omnipresent and shit like ugH idC - Bow and Adora are the BROTP - Scorpia stinging Adora to keep her safe - and that's on friendship - The way Prime INSTANTLY called Catra out "Adora means something to you" listen I hate the gay but damn he's smart. 41. Are you a good liar?

Hmmmm. Am I a good liar? No. But am I good at directing people’s attention to elsewhere or to another topic when I don’t want to talk about something? Yes, very. (This is why I can see through Farin’s bullshit lmao - he does this the exact same way as I do too :DDD)

My parents taught me that it’s wrong to lie which is why I still today cannot really lie. I have tried a few times just for friendships but every time it has just backfired and has never been worth it. (For example: when I was 13 and I was meeting with a friend after school very often, but at school we had to pretend that she’s not spending time with me at all because everyone else hated me and would pick on her about it. People still saw us outside together sometimes and they were asking us about it and I tried to lie that nope, I haven’t been spending time with her but obviously no one believed me because it wasn’t true.)

So anyway, nowadays you really can’t catch me from lying because I never lie. I either don’t say anything, say that I won’t talk about something, or am able to talk myself out of the situation without ever really saying yes or no to whatever is asked. In a way I’m good at “manipulating”, that is...

That’s also a big problem because people always assume that everyone lies anyway and one of my biggest fears is that I’m being accused of something or claimed that I do or have done something what I obviously have never done, and if people just keep saying that I lie and don’t believe me when I say that I literally CANNOT lie! I can’t even come up with prank lies without feeling bad!

And I’m also extremely good at hiding my emotions which is why I’m good at keeping secrets that are going to be positive surprises. I simply just don’t say a word or I act as if I didn’t know anything, which people don’t see through cos there’s nothing to be seen and that way I’m good at surprising people.

Also whenever I do one of these: it’s always either with good intentions, or just to avoid talking about something I really don’t want to discuss and am afraid of people reading me and that leading to a situation where I would HAVE to lie but because I’m a terrible liar, it would just make everything bad or worse. (So I’d say I am trustworthy and I always say what I think and I also mean it; and I don’t say anything if I don’t have anything nice or constructive to say. I hate two-faced people and I hate it when people are unctuous and saying nice things without meaning it, and I’m never ever gonna do that. I’m either honest or silent/distract, there’s no inbetween.)

51. Are you scared of spiders?

Partially! The amount of legs freak me out but only because I just hate the sensation of an insect walking on my skin, and spiders have 8 of those things, so...

But for whatever reason I really like daddy longlegs, I guess they’re just so light that you barely even feel their feet so they’re fun to hold on your hand and watch :D I used to be afraid of them too but I figured they are totally harmless so I kinda taught myself away from that fear. Also, they’re not even spiders really. What comes to actual spiders, I wish I could one day get used to them the same way tho. Right now I just don’t kill them anymore because they’re actually quite useful so if I see them in my flat, I let them stay. We have a deal: they don’t touch me, and I won’t touch them. It has been working so far.

Sometimes I am able to pick a spider with an empty toilet paper roll or something but it still freaks me out to do that because they might escape any second and I need to know where are they because I don’t want to feel the legs of a spider :D (Also most spiders in Finland are very small and harmless.)

72. Are you scared of the dark?

Yes. I still need the room to be completely dark in order to be able to fall asleep, and I can navigate in my apartment when all the lights are out but darkness still makes me a bit scared. But especially outdoors, there I sometimes might even lock my car doors when I stop to somewhere altho my country is one of the safest countries in the world and also my city is not even that dangerous, there’s much more worse cities in this country.

In a way I’d love to go for walks at night but the darkness just freaks me out and I get even more scared of the other people than what I do when I’m outside during daylight, and I don’t know if I’m more afraid of empty streets or crowded streets. Plus I really hate crowds to beging with.

86. What are you allergic to?

Nothing. Not sure if to ibuprofen tho, I got some one, weird red and itchy spot (size being the tip of a finger or smaller) to my skin a few times after eating ibuprofen a few days ago so I stopped eating it. After that I’ve got that same reaction from something a few times but I have no idea what it is. It just comes, is super itchy for a few minutes and then goes, and always just one at the time. I have had that happen to my chest, cheek, lips a few times... it’s weird. And no other symptoms than that and no idea what is the actual cause. Now I’m wondering if it could be similar as when you eat something and suddenly there’s an itchy or slightly painful spot on your tongue...

So yeah, I have no actual allergies (yet I’m scared of them wtf brain, gotta love anxiety </3) but there’s a plenty of food items I avoid or eat only in very tiny amounts because of migraine. It’s not allergy, but I thought that I could mention that here anyway.
