So I’m currently in the middle of working on a LARGE Lukola/Polin project and while doing so I came across this video again.
GAH LEE something was off…
Idk what Simone and Luke saw when they looked up (I mean, I have a pretty good idea) but it definitely shifted things.
It is weird watching this stuff so far removed from the event because now my perspective is clearer.
The haze of hope, I had in that moment, removed.
The shift in mood and body language is quite noticeable, so how did we miss it way back when?
I know, I know… We didn’t. Plenty of people have pointed out this sequence of change.
Yet we continued to be shocked at all of the continued fallout.
It was all there.
Decisions made.
Emotions on display.

Toronto and Ireland (Part 2)- Ireland Stops
The Ireland stops were absolutely magic and my favorite of the tour! They were the stops that confirmed to me that this relationship between L/N wasn't just work besties who had a lot of sexual chemistry. This was a relationship with a lot of depth and intimacy, and would (probably) be very serious. I am going to talk about the specific parts during Ireland that led me to this conclusion, because there were just too many things that happened in Dublin/Galway to go over everything (but feel free to send me an Ask if you want me to talk about something in particular during Ireland that I don't cover here). I'm going to say a few of my general thoughts/comments about the Ireland stops first:
I believe that L/N went directly to Ireland from Toronto (please correct me if I am wrong?), and that energy from Toronto spilled over and peaked in Ireland, which resulted in heightened emotions in Ireland. I think their emotions were also heightened because the tour was coming to an end, and it was like a homecoming for N.
I think PART of the reason we saw the type of behavior and body language from L in Ireland is because L knew how meaningful these particular stops were for N, and he was just kind of in awe/inspired/mesmerized by how people were responding to them (but particularly to her).
L/N basically interacted the whole time like they were a FREAKING COUPLE 😅 Like it was BLATANTLY OBVIOUS from their nonverbal cues and how they were talking (imo). I don't think they ACTUALLY were , but it was just VERY interesting considering the energy from Toronto (if that makes sense)🤔
Alright, I am now going to analyze particular parts from the Ireland stops (going to go chronologically):
The Freaking Head Rub (Dublin):
Posting 2 TTs because this was by far the most WTF moment for me on the tour (I have like 6 edits of this clip saved on TT 😂) So let's dive into this gem:
I'm going to start by saying this. THIS 👏 WAS 👏 THE 👏 MOST 👏 OBVIOUS 👏 SLIPUP 👏 ON 👏 THE 👏 TOUR 👏 They got caught. Period. It was obvious this type of intimate behavior is normal for them.
Now the act itself could be written off as just a kind gesture. But below is why it blew up:
1) It was CRAZY intimate. L leaned in (like she does this all the time), he closed his eyes, she gingerly rubbed his forehead (I still don't exactly know what she was getting out of his face--hair, lent, she just wanted to touch her man him, idk? 🙃), the man made a little MOANNN/PURRRR in the middle of the head rub, and then N gently carressed his cheek to signal that he looked good now (again, like she DOES THIS ALL THE TIME). 2) Then the interviewer made an impromptu "Oh" right after he made the soft moan because she was taken aback and was like WTF IS HAPPENING. She tried to correct and make a little joke about the carriage scene (which coincidentally is what they were talking about in that moment) to try and ease the awkwardness of the situation, but the interviewer was totally unprepared for that little moment. 3) L made a little side-eye look at the interviewer after she went "Oh" because he realized he got lost in the moment and how intimate it was, and was like OH S**T. 4) N BLUSHES and shyly laughs (our PR queen who is VERY aware that the public analyzes everything she does) 5) L/N try to laugh it off and say that N does things like THIS to people all the time (but you could tell they were both embarrassed/flustered, especially L, BECAUSE THEY GOT CAUGHT/SLIPPED UP) 6) And they did all of that RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of one of the interview questions 🙄
L/N tried to come up with a lame-o excuse when they were asked about it during the London premiere, but you could tell that they really had no good explanation, because it just kind of happened and they got caught on camera. The intimacy of this moment goes wayyy beyond work besties, and I think they knew that, and there was obviously no way they were going to go there with that interviewer on the London red carpet (but they also couldn't deny it happened because it's on camera, so L got a little defensive and N came up with that silly response about getting lent off people, which wasn't even what was happening in that moment 🙄🙄).
I have NEVER seen anything quite like this before in the middle of a daytime interview of this nature, and the moment still makes me go WHATTTT JUST HAPPENED. It is THE moment that I decided 100% that L/N's relationship wasn't just friendship. That moment served as a very tiny, candid glimpse of how they are in private, and that's how I knew. Simple as that. "Work besties"... sure Jan 😂
Why they let that level of intimacy slip on camera, we will never know. I feel strongly that it probably had a lot to do with N's guard being wayyy down due to the heightened feelings I previously mentioned, and just that they were HAPPY. I definitely don't think they wanted that on camera though, but I think it speaks VOLUMES N did this publicly. N does have a tendency to be very touchy with people, and she had picked/wiped things off of L before on the tour. But NOTHING like this though. N was sending a message (just my opinion though).
Dublin Red Carpet Event/Screening
Side note before I get to my thoughts. This was my FAVORITE outfit of theirs on the tour🔥❤️ They reminded me of a couple in a Tim Burton movie (ex: Johnny Depp and Winona Rider in Edward Scissorhands). It was just sublime *chef's kiss*
I just loved this red carpet event!! EVERYTHING about it:
The way all the fans were looking so lovingly at how LUKE and NICOLA were interacting with each other
The way L was constantly looking for N when they weren't together (and every time he looked at her (particularly when she wasn't aware) he was just GLOWING AT HER 😍)
The way they checked each other out when they finally came together 🔥
How L kept checking in with N and was so in tune with her because he knew how emotionally overwhelming and meaningful this was for her
How he decided to wear only Irish designers for the Irish stops to honor her (that might not have actually been his choice, but it was really sweet he mentioned it regardless)
How happy he was that this outfit was N's favorite of his on the tour. L cares sooo much about what she thinks about him, no one can tell me otherwise 😍😭
The way you could tell L got upset when that interviewer during the Dublin screening said that comment about N being so "brave" (in relation to her body), and how in awe he was with N's effing amazing response
This red carpet event/screening reaffirmed to me just how much L admires/loves/adores/respects N. Like there is real emotional depth behind his eyes when he looks at her, like she is the moon, the sun, and the stars. Like he just looks and interacts with her like she's his person, his 🦞️ (for the Friends' fans in the group lol). Obviously, some of what we saw during this red carpet event was probably due to the heightened emotions of everything that I mentioned at the beginning of this post. However, L/N were so in tune with each other and just glowing during this event (it was palpable), and it made my heart so happy 😍
Galway/L Meeting N's Family
Galway was just something else. Let's talk first a little bit about some things leading up to Galway:
N and L brought up multiple times in Dublin about how excited they were for L to meet her family (particularly her mom who N is really close to). And this excitement seemed VERY genuine based on their body language and how they were talking about it.
N brought up a few times about how excited her mom was to meet L (I talk a little about that/her mom's thoughts on L in my post here).
I think it was just very telling by how they were talking about this introduction that it was a BIG deal for both of them (and everyone involved). Whyyyy... well because (I believe) they are going to be seeing a LOT more of Luke Newton in the future 😉
So this is how I came to this conclusion. First, these are the main things that really stood out to me from the introduction that signaled to me this was not just someone introducing her work bestie to her family:
Their nonverbal cues on the screening stage signaled to me that there were BIG feelings between L/N about her family being there (I couldn't tell you what feelings exactly, but I would guess it was a mixture of nervousness, excitement, happiness, etc.)
The WAY L was sooooo in tune with her during this screening presentation because he knew how overwhelming this all was for her. And he appeared hyper-aware that her family was there, and it appeared to me from his body language and behavior that he was very self-conscious and trying to make the BEST first impression on her family
The WAY N asked L to come meet her mom. I have like a lot to say about this little moment because I think it speaks VOLUMES. 1) L is kind of distracted talking to some fans, but N is laser focused on her family and not really paying any attention to the fans (I'm sure she was very eager to go greet her mom, but she stayed glued to him (it read as VERY connected body language wise) and she was obviously not going to go until he went with her) 2) She then gently puts her hand on his arm and asked him to come meet her mom 3) He redirected his attention to her and happily said yes 4) He turned back to the fans to say goodbye, and N was already very gently guiding him away towards her mom 5) He and her were a unit in this moment, this introduction was going to happen as a unit 6) This whole interaction just SCREAMED of two people who have an intimate relationship and are very comfortable with each other (again, the nonverbal cues 👀)
She gives her mom a very heartfelt and teary hello, and then her mom holds her arms out like "Luke come here." and N is like oh yeah "Big moment big moment" and L (who has repeatedly said he's not a big fan of hugs) comes over and gives her mom a BIG hug and is just BEAMING. And the whole crowd goes wild lol -> He also tells her mom "Thank you for being so kind (OR making her (N) so kind 😭). I'll see you after. We'll spend some time"'
There is too much to list in regards to the body language of everyone involved in this moment, but it speaks VOLUMES that this was a highly anticipated introduction and a major moment for everyone. I would recommend, if you haven't, going back and looking over how N's brother and SIL react to this introduction, it is PARTICULARLY telling.
And the cherry on top is that when her mom turns away to go back to her seat after the hug, she does this little approving nod to whoever she was sitting by like "Yup, he's a good one. I like him for her." 😭😭
Final thoughts on this introduction/Ireland in general/miscellaneous:
That family introduction was absolutely WILD...Now even if her family had decided not to go to the Galway screening, I am almost certain L would have stayed around that weekend and hung out with her family regardless. Why... Because (like I have mentioned a few times on this blog) I think they know what they have, and I think they legit see a future with each other if they can figure things out. And I think they discussed a lot of this during the tour, which is why we saw what we saw with the introduction. I am almost certain they would not have had the emotions they did to this family introduction if they weren’t serious about being in each other’s lives for the foreseeable future.
Also, this family introduction was personal (for them, not for us–AKA not PR). I think we just got lucky that we got to be a small part of this wholesome/genuine moment because N’s family made the decision to go to the public Galway screening where a bunch of fans would be able to record them. That 100% wasn’t coordinated or calculated by N or the press people.
Now she might have been lying, but I personally believe N when she said in one of those London radio interviews about L/N staying in Galway during the weekend with her family to “recuperate” before the premiere. They both talked in London about how they spent time with her family after the screening, N's BIL tried to get L drunk, N (not so subtly) implying how her mom had VERY positive thoughts on L after meeting him, etc. Again, I think this speaks VOLUMES on where L/N were at emotionally at this point.
If we go on the understanding that N is jaded about romantic relationships and really private about this part of her life, having to navigate all these big new feelings for someone on a public stage was probably INCREDIBLY challenging (for both of them tbh). It was probably made even more complicated by the fact that they HAD to play up the romantic vibes to promote the show, which made people ship them like crazy (which was super easy to do because there are real feelings between them). And I think they didn't quite realize HOW obvious they had been about their feelings, but are in NO way going to go public with these feelings right now (if they are indeed working on their relationship). Why? Because it would destroy their relationship at this point in time. However, I think they gave us SOO many crumbs (Ireland being the most obvious imo) that there is real deep love and attraction for each other. For me, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it's a duck 😉
Here are my final thoughts to tie up my timeline theories on the PR tour. I personally believe the PR tour forced them to address big feelings for each other that they had been avoiding for a while. Their feelings were reciprocated. They physically acted on their feelings at various points of the tour. They had a lot of conversations in private and determined their strong feelings and attraction went past the show and their characters, and determined they wanted to move forward and figure out what their romantic feelings for each other meant. They emotionally became a lot more connected BTS, and I think they were starting to have more conversations about a POTENTIAL serious future with each other. This led to more obvious nonverbal cues that signaled there was more confidence, intimacy, and security between them, and then it culminated in the absolute goldmine that was Ireland. However, the whole situation is quite complicated because of the whole A of it all. I completely acknowledge that she is still in his life, and they are still involved in some sort of capacity. I talked about my thoughts on that though here. Therefore, I feel like they just need time in private to cook and figure everything out away from the spotlight. L/N gave us soooo many clues though on how they were feeling about each other BTS while they were on the PR tour, and if you put them all together, it tells quite the story imo 😉

A Golden Rebirth part 3
He could swear that there was a bookcase here just an hour ago, when he had left to go to the market, but the laptop was still on the bar. Who would nick a bookcase and leave a laptop?
Distracted, Ryan only noticed the bench press at the last second, just before bumping into it.
"WTF? What happened here? Since when do I own a bench press?"
His eyes then saw the telly.
"And is that a 4K 65in telly?"
Ryan saw an envelope being slided under the door so he went to pick it up. He opened the door but there was no one in the corridor. Turning the envelope he saw the name written on it.
Daniel Gold.
"Who the fuck is Daniel Gold?"
Ryan was sure that this was his appartement. After all, despite the difference, his key opened the door.
He decided to open the gold envelope and found a word, handwritten on a paper matching the envelope.
Ryan started reading it.
"Welcum 2 da Brotherhood, Daniel.
U've taken da 1st step n ur bruhz r lookin frwd 2 meet ya"
The signature was simple. A sober "Cap" in gold letters.
Ryan tossed the letter on the bar, and turned on the telly.
Strangely, the only channels available seem to be the sports one. He found one showing the replay of a game of Hurling.
"No way, Cork v. Galway 2005. What a great game!!!"
Ryan dropped his phone on the kitchen bar, picked up a beer from the fridge.
"Gold"
He cracked it open and downed half of the pint in one swig.
He regretted not buying more beer from that small stall at the market earlier. The lads selling it really understood the concept of marketing as they were all wearing a gold jersey.
Ryan had been amused and turned on looking at the lads as they reminded him of the stories he had read on Tumblr.
He finished the beer and grabbed another, wondering if the stall would still be there tomorrow on his way back from work.
He sat on the black leather couch with gold trimmings, not even noticing the couch had changed too.
Religious focused, he watched the game until he heard a knock on the door.
Keeping an eye on the telly, he went to open the door. Half surprised, he discovered one of the lads from the stall, standing in front of him.
"Hey bro! I was in the neighbourhood and I though you might fancy a few beers, while we watch a game?"
Hey Scott! Yeah bro, come in and make yourself at home!
Scott walked in, the light of the telly firing up the gold of his jersey. He sat on the couch and put the beers, his snus and vitamins on the table.
"Want some nicotine, bro? Or maybe some vitamins? Just be careful, these vitamins are strong and they will definitely make a new man of you".

Part 2
New Text Message
With one last groan you shut the door to your locker, your contents back where they belong. You were grateful school was over for the day, it may only be Monday but you always found Monday's to be the slowest days. You shot a smile to your friend down the hall before turning around to begin walking out the school doors. You popped in ear phone in your ear and played Ed sheeran -Galway girl.
''Hey watch it!'' You shouted once you felt someone bump into you. You remove the ear piece from your ear and turn around to face the stranger with an angry expression.
''You should really watch out for your surroundings Parker'' You spoke up once you realised it was Peter. Unfortunately that annoying kid that seemed to be in most of your classes. You rolled your eye at the boy once you heard no response, seeing the shock written across his face.
You heard a familiar beep from your phone. You quickly reached a hand into your pocket and pulled out your phone, reading the message that had came through.
''Friggin connection'' You muttered out as you turned around and began to walk away again. You always got crappy reception at school for some reason so receiving messages were always delayed. You continued walking down the path, taking the corner to walk towards home.
A smile followed by a faint blush appeared across your features. You wiped the edge of your sweater across your face, smiling to yourself like an idiot. You began to type back a reply, your heart racing through your fingertips.
You waited anxiously for a reply. In the mean time you popped your phone back into your jacket pocket, beginning to nod your head to the song as it continued to play through your ear phones. You even had a little skip in your step.
Texting him had always made your day.
It was weird really... The way he seemed to make your smile without even trying. You wish you had some sort of clue to who he was but decided not to bother finding out. You got a random text one night from an unknown number, one specifically asking for web-shooters. You laughed at your phone by typing back a response. The guy on the other need quickly found out he had the wrong number and apologised profusely.
Wait... web shooters? ~Y/N
Yeah. ~Unknown
Kinky ~Y/N
With that last message you laugh to yourself and so does he. From that night on you guys continued to message each other... every night, without fail. It started off first with just casual greetings, asking each other how their day went. It wasn’t until one night, roughly around 12:23am when you guys began to have a deep conversation was when you really began to connect with him.
Through the days that had turned to weeks, then slowly turn to months you guys had found out more and more about each other. You have always wondered upon who this mysterious guy was but decided not to worry, you had a good thing going why ruin it?
He thought very differently. wanting to know you so badly it had him hooked. It was weird... he felt almost drawn to you through his phone. He hadn’t even met you for crying out loud. How did he know you weren’t a 40 year old man?
Let’s facetime ~Web-boy
Umm... why?~ Y/N
Cause... I want to actually make sure that the person I’ve practically been flirting with for the past three weeks isn’t some creep pedophile or something ~Web-boy
You laughed at your phone as you rolled over in your bed, rolling over to your stomach. You bit your lip, contemplating whether or not to do it. You’ve been dying to see what he looks like but you were too nervous.
I’ll call you ~Y/N
You waited for a response. After waiting a minute without one you rang, assuming that was okay.
Instead of facetiming you just decided to call the cell, the phone picking up on the second ring.
‘‘Hey’‘ A male voice spoke through the line causing you to giggle.
‘‘Hi...’‘ You spoke up, raising a thumb to your lip to nervously bite your nail. You heard soft chuckling in the background and smiled to yourself. He had a nice laugh.
‘‘How are you?’‘ He spoke up, causing a bigger smile to spread across your face.
‘‘I’m good...’‘ You replied, feeling nervous but excited at the same time. You guys had spoken for exactly 2 hours and 36 minutes that night, growing more comfortable with talking to each other with each fleeting moment. By the end of the night your stomach and face were hurting from laughing and smiling so much.
You had thought that maybe your silly little crush would go away once you rang him. You thought he would actually turn out to be an old man or... in fact a girl. But instead he sounded like a dorky teenager like yourself. Which made you fall for him even more.
The following night you he had decided to call you. He had debated with himself about for a good half an hour, thinking you might be creeped out if he just randomly rang you.
He just really wanted to talk to you, to hear your voice again. He got over it and typed the number so fast and press the green button before he could even blink.
You answered happily once you saw the familiar name flash across your phone screen. You were in the middle of completing your homework but put it aside, picking up the phone with a smile.
‘‘Hi stranger’‘ You said cheerily into the phone. You softly laughed, grinning from ear to ear at your greeting.
He stayed silent on the other line, listening to your soft laugh thinking it was the most gorgeous sound in the world. He smiled to himself, finally realising he was falling deeper and deeper for the girl.
A few months had passed and talking had soon turned into flirting. It was awkward at first but soon grown comfortable. He would share his cheesy pick up lines with you that he had came up with during class and message you them straight away, causing a vibration to grow through your pocket. Sneakily you’d pull out your phone, reading the message with a smile and a laugh. Occasionally you would catch someones attention and turn bright red, quickly popping the phone back into your pocket.
Not a week later you guys had decided to drop clues to each other. You guys would slowly share more and more information.
Okay... So your name starts with a P? ~Y/N
Yes. ~Web-boy
hmm... Piper? ~Y/N
wtf no XD ~Web-boy
Just checking... ~Y/N
I’m a BOY ~Web-boy
oKaY ~Y/N
You eventually found out that his actual name was Peter. You sighed to yourself, a familiar Peter flashing through your mind. He had notice your abruptness and had texted you what was up. That was when you decided to speak about Peter to him... well more like complain.
I actually know a guy called Peter and oh my gosh he is the most annoying human being on the face of the earth ~Y/N
That’s a tad on the dramatic side but okay ~Web-boy
After a while you would hint out the first letter of your name and he would begin to guess your name, getting it right on the third go.
No freaking way... I know a Y/N and I swear she is the bitchest girl I have ever met ~Web-boy
Well obvi she hasn’t met me XD ~Web-boy
XD ~Web-boy
But really... every time I talk to her or even approach her she gives me this look like I had just ruined her favourite shirt or something ~Web-boy
Neither of you had twigged yet. You just smiled to yourself as he seemed to go on and on about this Y/N chick. He seemed to really dislike her, so much you began to question if he even disliked her at all. That thought caused jealousy to seep through your veins.
You know you talk about her alot ~Y/N
I do? ~Web-boy
Yeah... ~Y/N
Eventually you guys had decided not to talk about these people anymore, realising they were actually shifting a wedge between you guys. Peter agreed, not liking the idea of you talking about this other guy as much as you hated him talking about this other girl.
You froze and stopped where you stood. This was the first time either one of you had openly admitted to arrange a meet. You guys had told each other multiple times how badly you wanted to see the other but never had the courage to ask or sort something.
You began to move your feet again and walked up to your front door, twisting it open once you had left the elevator. You closed the door behind you before heading into your bedroom, your eyes not leaving your phone screen.
You could feel your heart inside your chest begin to race. Your palms began to ge sweaty as you walked over to your bed, soaking up the sun that began to pour through your window.
Unfortunately your happiness was short lived once you heard the familiar racket from next door. You groaned and tossed your phone aside, getting up off you bed to walk over to your window. Coincidentally enough for you, Peter Parker happened to live right across from you.
You slammed your hands against the window Sill, looking over into his bedroom to see him mucking around with one his retro things.
‘‘Hey!’‘ You called out to him. He immediately stopped what he was doing an spun around.
‘‘Turn that shit off will you?’‘ You asked sarcastically with a tight lipped smile.
‘‘Y/N... always a charmer’‘ Peter replies sarcastically, grudgingly turning his music down for your liking. You smiled over to him and drew your curtains closed blocking both of your guys view.
You walked back over to your bed and picked up your phone, opening the message as your fingers froze against the screen. You weren’t sure what to type back. You knew what you wanted to type back.
Sure. When? ~Y/N
You bit your lip nervously as soon as you hit the send button. Unknowingly to you, just a few hundred yards from you Peter’s phone went off, a smile instantly making it’s way onto his face. He read the message over and over, not believing that this was actually happening.
Movies? The new it movie’s out. ~Web-boy
You smiled to yourself as you read the message.
Okay. When? ~Y/N
Tonight. ~Web-boy
Your eyes widen at his request. He wants to meet tonight? As in within the next 24 hours? You nervously popped your phone down and rushed over to your wardrobe, sifting through for the perfect outfit to wear- you halted.
He just wanted to meet it’s not like it was a date or anything so you probably should just go in the clothes your in. Yousmiled to yourself at that and just decided to stay as you where, bouncing back over to your bed to pick up your phone.
6th and main? ~Y/N
6th and main. ~Web-boy

its crazy
I’m p girly when it comes to youtube
tumblr has an obsession with youtube gamers, I lean more towards beauty gurus
but gamers and beauty gurus are both terrible
beauty gurus are fake af, just constant sponsorship to promote products they dont even like, filtering their skin so they constantly look perfect, and just being overall fake personality
gamers are WORSE tho since they’re literally misogynstic scumbags, so many literally coming OUT as rapists and getting support
BUT ANYWAY
somehow, and idk how, I just happened to sub to the best pretty much automatically
these would be youtubers Ive been subbed to for YEARS, yeaaaaaaaars, without even knowing how problematic the beauty community is (only aware of all of last year), and none of the ones Ive been subbed to have done anything wrong and are real, and they’re sweethearts
thataylaa is fab cause she’s down to earth/chill af, uses no filters whatsoever, and is most definitely as real as it gets. pale but not at my level lol
Thrift Thick is adorable as fuck, again, no filters, and she’s like... she’s real as well despite the fact that she talks like a Disney character
John Maclean is the most... elegant, eloquent person I have ever seen, he’s AS PALE AS ME, which is R A R E and I could listen to his Scottish accent all day
simplynailogical does videos about nails. idgaf about nails. she’s just hilarious and I love the fact that she’s legit a woman that likes ‘makeup type things’ for the fun of it, only puts it on when she feels like it. most of the time she’s bare faced and in sweats, but her nails are on point. its hard to find a word to describe these other than “real”, but they all real
lastly there’s Stephanie Lange. like John I could listen to her all day too. she’s Australian but has like, the nicest Australian accent ever. she’s gorgeous. she’s so friendly. she’s funny. she lives in Galway, Ireland, which is my fave place in Ireland to go to. bout to watch this vid with her in it cause I’m a bit behind on my subs and I...
youtube
...I stg Im having castles shoved on me a lot lately????
first I get an ask about one
then I end up in one
now one of my subs is exploring them
ALSO Buzzfeed keeps promoting Irish castles as well
wtf
is this meant to mean something
is this a sign
am I going to live in a castle one day

For my tenth anniversary the wife and I decided to go to Ireland. This pleased me beyond belief. I have been to some great places but for what ever reason never thought that I would find myself in Ireland. Yet here we go. We got some pretty good deals so far, the flight was booked round trip through Aer Lingus, and we got a small studio apartment using Home Away. All in all we have only spent 2800 bucks so far and we took care of the two biggest items. Are expectations are high, but our itinerary is low. We are going to relax and take it all in. The main goal is to go and enjoy the people, the pubs, and mainly the scenery. We are only a few days away from setting off onto our journey, and I couldn’t be more excited.
Day #1 Pre Trip (Friday)
The pre-trip excitement and jitters have begun, more so for the wife then me. She has made many statements that don’t seem all that logical or maybe I just don’t get it. All of a sudden there is zero time, even though we leave on Sunday, and everything needs to be cleaned as if the damn Pope is coming over. The biggest thing is that she wants to clean weird shit all of a sudden like “Do you think we should mop the ceiling”, or “Eww, HONEY WE SHOULD PROBABLY DUST THE INSIDE OF THE FRIDGE BEFORE WE LEAVE”, WTF. I try to remind her that there will be no one here for a week, and trust me the cat doesn’t give a shit what the house looks like. The other things that need to be accomplished fall in very different categories such as needing to get haircuts, shaving all of my body hair off, getting her toe nails done, shopping for more clothes, checking the weather in Ireland every 15 minutes, searching our closet for 30-60 minutes as if new clothes will magically appear each time we re-enter this den of outdated cloth. While I begin to pack I will be reminded over and over again that I shouldn’t take that and pack this, and constantly asked will this fit in your bag. Oh the joys of travel.
9:00 AM
Showers are complete, the wife and my oldest are headed to the mall soon to purchase a shit ton of items that will only be worn once. They will eat a crazy good lunch, and I am sure that when she gets home she will only pack half the things she bought. Me I am off to find barber to cut my hair, not just any barber though it has to be one the can cut my hair so it doesn’t burn my wife’s eyes when she gazes at me. This has been an ongoing battle. I usually don’t get to caught up in it, I pick the first place I see and get it cut. I remind you that I have been overseas a lot and have had some wild people cut my hair. My favorite was a gay Filipino with long nails that would sing Christina Aguilera’s “DIRTY” while cutting my hair, and this took place in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Yes a gay Filipino hair stylist in the middle of Saudi Arabia. Dude was good though.
11:35 AM
Back from my hair cut. The girls are still shopping. I take this valuable time to wonder around the house and just think about all the things I should be doing.
12:55 PM
Fuck I got shit to do!
1:00 PM
Cold Beer?
1:05 PM
Well I guess I better Mop.
8:25 PM
The puppy has gotten a bath at PETCO, more laundry is in, and I believe the wife is a bottle deep on some white wine. Me, well I have had a couple more summer ales. Time to relax and enjoy the night. I think I have been asked to vacuum the lawn tomorrow.
Day #2 Pre-Trip (Saturday)
8:30 AM
The wife is up and ready to leave so that she can get her hair done. Most mornings it takes what feels like 47 and half hours for her to get ready in the morning. Since she is trying a new hair dresser it took 20 minutes to get ready. Where is this motivation every other day. I have been told that her hair will take up to 3 hours. Holy shit, 3 hours! That’s insane. For what ever reason the woman that is normally the most impatience person I know, all of a sudden has the patience of a Buddhist Monk. Crazy, is 0930 to early for a drink?
9:33 AM
So I didn’t grab a drink, but I did start the laundry. I am beginning to feel like she has a master plan where I do all the cleaning while she runs around.
10:38 AM
I cut the grass one last time for this week. Started some more laundry and now have become anxious about my pancreas. Three weeks ago I had Pancreatitis which was by far the most painful thing I have ever felt. It was like a tiny dwarf made of razor blades was doing laps in my stomach and back. So fast forward I had three beers yesterday and now I think I have awaken the beast again. Probably all in my head.
1:56 PM
I went and tried to pick up my dry cleaning and it wasn’t ready. I hate when that happens. I am going to start prepping a beef brisket for tomorrow, I just want it to marinate over night. Going to jump up early to cook it. The family requested it, and I shall deliver. Although I wont be able to enjoy it to much because of the law fat anti pancreatitis diet I am on. FUCK YOU PANCREAS.
5:00 PM
Bags are pretty much packed. The wife’s hair looks great, yet she still hasn’t noticed mine at all. Off to pick up my dry cleaning again, it better be done.
5:15 PM
God dammit the place is closed.
6:00 PM
I am sitting on my couch my stomach continue to act funny, what the hell.
7:18 PM
We have successfully died Easter eggs. This was the cleanest it has ever been, no dye anywhere.
Day #3 (Sunday Easter and the Day we travel)
3:00 AM
I wake to smoke the brisket, nothing like getting the smoker ready at 3am. That smell is good at all hours of the day. The best part was is that it was quiet, almost tranquil and bliss. This is because everyone else was still asleep.
7:00 AM
My peace is broken by children searching for the for Easter baskets. They look like junkies who were just given clues to where drugs may be stored.
8:30 AM
Final touch up cleaning and then it’s off to the outlaws, I mean in-laws. No really they are the greatest people ever.
12:30 PM
Kids are dropped off, we give a quick hello and goodbye all in one breath and it’s off to Ireland.
1:45 PM
We still had to drop the dog off. At this point I am beginning to fade, 3am was a bit early. Time to suck it up and head to the airport.
2:50 PM
Chickies and Petes for a beer and some grub, the pre flight meal. This isn’t the Easter meal I was looking for but who cares I am heading to Ireland. Side note I haven’t pooped in two days. I know that this isn’t relevant but it’s frustrating and I had to get it out.
4:10 PM
Frontier Airlines just held a jelly bean contest, you know the one where you have to guess the amount of Jelly Beans in the jar. Kinda weird, at least they didn’t beat anyone up, or hold a fight club for seat upgrades.
DUBLIN DAY 1 – Hell yeah.
7:15 AM Dublin is 5 hours ahead Thee Time Traveler is in the FUTURE.
I awake from my slumber, we are landing soon and I am juiced. The wife not so much, she didn’t sleep well on the plane.
9:30 AM
Gary our driver has picked us at the airport, friendly gentleman and gives us a brief on the way over for some things to do today. He pulls up in front of a boarded up home and says “alright we are here”, Funny Gary, we are actually staying a next door. The place is small but comfy, and has everything we need for the week. We just can’t seem to figure out the stupid outlet deal, so many prongs.
10:00 AM
We walk down to the grocery store and pick up eggs, tea, Doritos, and water. You know the basics.
Times will be omitted from this point forward (They begin to get a bit blurry)
We left the apartment to begin touring Dublin. The weather was damp, which I am guessing this is what most days are like. If you could imagine it’s kind of like a damp basement all over the place, a little wet, little cold, and pretty grey. You wouldn’t be able to tell this from the people though because it’s like the sun is always shinning for them.
Our first stop would be a local pub called Kavanagh’s Pub just down the street from us. The Bartender was an awesome women named Rose who was well traveled and offered a wealth of information for places for us to go and see. The rest of the pub was filled with older men wearing scally caps or duckbill, drinking Guinness and reading the paper. For the first pub to pick it was exactly what we thought it would be like. Rose knew each person that came through the door. We sat and chatted for a bit said our goodbyes for the day and off we went to see what Dublin had in store for us.
Dublin was still celebrating Easter and the Easter Rising Rebellion of 1916. Most shops were closed along the way but there were festivities going on throughout the city. The first one we went to was a place suggested by Gary the Driver and Rose the barkeep called Smithfield Square. The square was blocked off for various tents to do things, food trucks abound, and a concert stage on the far end. We walked around checked out a few things and decided to grab a bite to eat. Dublin is very westernized so it has a familiar feel when it comes to the eateries, the place we chose was called Oscars Cafe and Bar. The wife got a veggie burger with chips (French fries), I got a normal burger and chips, both were delicious. She drank a glass of wine and I drank a Galway Hooker. This was not a real Hooker it’s the name of the beer, stay with me people. We finished up and off we went to see more of Dublin.
Ken a local at Kavanagh’s suggested St. Stephens Green, much like Smithfield Square there would be festivities, family oriented activities and a concert. The park was amazing and packed full of families enjoying the day. We walked around the park for a bit until the wife got home sick seeing all of the families with their kids. I have to admit I felt it a bit as well. So the only way to solve this problem is to head of to another Pub.
When we were searching for St. Stephens green we passed a few pubs along the way, yet ne stuck out to us and that was Brazen Head Pub. This is the Oldest Pub in Ireland, opening in 1198. Unreal I know, it’s almost hard to wrap your head around how old some of the things are here, manly because the U.S only became independent in 1776. The Pub was hundreds of years older then that. We found to stools at the bar pulled up and ordered two Jameson and Ginger Ales. Looking around the history of the bars patrons were all over the walls. Dollars bills from all over the world were taped and tacked to the walls along with patches from first responders, military, and law enforcement groups from all over the world. The bartender, whose name was Gary, offered up some great advice on more places to go and see. He laid out a tour that would show us the history of the 1916 Easter rebellion.
We finished our drinks grab the map provided by Gary and took off towards wear we were staying. At this point of the day we had walked a few miles already and were beginning to tire out. We got back to one of the main streets near our studio apartment and stopped in at a pub called L. Mulligans Grocer L. Mulligan Grocer. This would be the final pub of the night, but maybe one of the best. We sat at the bar and struck up a conversation with Harry the English bartender. Nikki would nickname him Harry the Prince. It was at this point when we were trying to finish our drinks we realized how tired we were getting, I could have fallen asleep right at the bar, so we finished up and headed back towards the apartment, not before we stopped and picked up a bottle of Captain Morgan and some diet Cokes. Gotta have a night cap right.
We stumbled into the room tired and slightly drunk and tried to map out the next day while having another drink. Neither one of us at this point could understand the other one so we decided to call it night. It was only 6pm at this point. Hey don’t judge us, we were jet lagged and drunk, and tired from walking around the city. We laid down and fell asleep before our heads hit the pillows.
2 HOURS LATER we sprung from our sleep, I don’t know who woke first but we were up thinking that we had slept through the night. NOPE, we couldn’t have been more wrong it was only 8pm. We only discovered this after stumbling around the room in search of our phones to check the date and time. It looked like the scene from Stepbrothers when they were sleep walking around the house. Nikki yells to me that it’s still the same day and only 8pm. I don’t believe her at this point and continue to look at my phone with one eye open and look of WTF on my face. After checking the time 38 different ways, we went back to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be go just as good.

Day 2 DUBLIN – What did we get ourselves into
We laid in bed until about 9 am. I decided to get up have some tea, and write down some notes from the previous day. As I am sitting there smiling and reflecting on the previous day, could smell a slight hint of pee. Sorry for adding this but I found it funny. In my drunken state the night before I had attempted to use the bathroom, I guess I didn’t get him all the way out before I started and got a little on the front. Men you know this has happened at some point in your adult lives, women I don’t know what to say I am disgusting.
After making the wife some eggs and tea we decided to start our day off the same way we did the previous day and that was by going to Kavanagh’s and seeing Rose to have a pint. The wife has adopted Rose as our Irish mother by this point. She seemed almost to excited to see us and gave a plate a various chesses and some chutney to spread on them along with some soda bread. If you don’t know what chutney is look it up, go by some, and enjoy, your welcome. We finished our drinks, through down some cheese and headed off to the Jameson Tour in Smithfield Square.
I have been to Kentucky and done the bourbon trail tours, which are excellent tours. Now the Jameson tour isn’t anything like the Makers Mark tour, but more like the Evan Williams tour on bourbon row in downtown Kentucky. I don’t want to diminish the Jameson tour though, because it was excellent. Our tour guide for the day was Lawrence a Californian relocated to Dublin. They give you a wonderful brief on the history of John Jameson, and how much the distiller meant to Dublin. At the end of the tour you get to conduct a tasting, equally excellent. The facility is amazing and the tour is just long enough. Once the tour was complete we sat at their bar and had a couple of drinks. Jameson is no longer distilled at that location, but you still get a wonderful experience.
We left Jameson and headed towards St. Michans Church where we wanted to go and see the crypts below the church. The have a short St. Michans tour were they take you below to see ancient bodies that have been amazingly preserved over time. the crypt’s temperature never changes, and the limestone rocks, and methane coming from the gerund keep the bodies in amazing shape. The oldest one we saw was nearly 800 years old. Crazy right. Pictures couldn’t really be taken down there because it was considered a sacred place, and the tombs that were still technically in use no light could be shown in the room. This added to the eerie fill that the crypt held. I did manage to touch and old skull sitting on the floor. Nikki made me use hand sanitizer almost immediately after I told her. The history above and below the grounds of Dublin are fascinating.
After we were down playing with the dead we headed off to a pub. I mean come on guys we are in Dublin, I believe it is illegal if you don’t drink while you are here. The Pub we went to was called O’Sheas Merchant. We sat down and talked to a lovely lady named Caroline. She looked to young to be a grandmother but went on to tell us about her son in Australia, and the 2 year old grandson that she missed dearly. We talked about this while we had drinks and ordered lunch. Nikki went with the fish and chips (as a reminder those are French fries), I ordered a sandwhich called the Dubliner, it was a smaller panini with beef, and cheese, also it came with a side salad and chips. Both meals were delicious, especially the fish, awesome grub and an awesome pub. We finished up there and decided that we would go see Christ Church Cathedral.
I highly Suggest the tour of Christ Church Cathedral. When you enter this place you are immediately shot back into time. The church was founded in 1030, yeah 1030 not like that morning but the year. Pay for the tour also, you could conduct a self tour but you won’t be able to go to the bell house and ring the bells. This place gets older and older. The tour guide gives you some amazing history, and tour of the church, the bell house, and the crypt. The crypt isn’t as creepy as the one at St. Michans but has some amazing artifacts. The weirdest of which was the cat and the rat mummy’s that had gotten stuck in an organ which were found in the 1850’s. You will need to be mindful of the stair case that leads to the bell tower and the doors as well. The seem to have been built for children, if you are a man of average height it’s going to be a tight fit. Once the tour ended we were off to go pub hopping. MMMM Drinky Time.
We decided at this point that it was time to do some pub hopping around Dublin and the first pace we went to was called Peadar Kearneys Pub, named after the man who wrote the national anthem for Ireland, so we were told, I will have to fact check that one. I googled it, it’s him. We ordered a coupe drinks and began talking a man we named drunk Sean. He talked about a couple of other pubs that he knew where we could hear some Diddly Day Music. We kept talking and when he found out we were from Delaware he screamed the “THE FIRST STATE” and he said to quote him on it, so there Drunk Sean your quoted. We left Kearney’s and found a bar called The Auld Dubliner, which was a great little bar with a guy playing some music. Awesome little place, and the beer was flowing. We had one a piece and left to find anther pub. The next stop was going to the trendy Temple Bar. It was packed, a great atmosphere but almost overwhelming with the amount of people in there. Plus not as sociable as the smaller off street pubs, but we still sat and had some beers, and Nikki was onto Captain and Cokes by this point. After drinking there we left and found a place that Drunk Sean suggested called The Old Storehouse. This place was great, and also had live music. The solo artist was playing some classic irish tunes, and the place was very much alive. We sat at the bar and almost immediately struck up a conversation with a unique older fella. I heard him say his name was Tim, Nikki thinks it was Ken, so he is now TIMKEN. TIMKEN was an older fella with Phil Donahue hair, no top teeth except for the right K9, a sport jacket, and bow tie. He had a heavy accent, and proclaimed to know Drunk Sean. This was not a shock. Nikki kept leaning back more and more as he spoke, I would later find out that his breath had some history also, it was bad. So after finishing our drinks and ending our conversation with TIMEKEN we headed off again to find another pub. It really isn’t hard to find them here they are everywhere, you can’t drink at all of them. NO WAY NOT NEVER. The next place was called Bad Bobs, which like The Temple Bar was packed full of patrons. We found a spot in the back of the bar sat down and orderd drinks. Nikki struck up conversation with Peter, Johnny, and Rob, three bartenders working that night. What we did find was that the drink prices in this part of town began to get higher as the night went on. This will be a little confusing, but TEMPLE BAR is an area as well as a bar also. So in the TEMPLE BAR area the bars attract a lot more tourists and the prices seem to flow as fast as the beer. We finished our drinks there and headed of to some local pubs near the apartment.
Along the way Nikki decided that Facebook live was going to be her new addiction, but she isn’t that great at it. For anyone that saw it, I am sure it was hilarious, after re watching it I laughed probably as much as you all did. This continued on even when we reached L. Mullgans, we sat down and talked to Prince Harry, Gary, and Steven. Yes there are a lot of Gary’s in Dublin, this was the third one we met at this point. It was getting late and we traveled a ton again today, so if was off to one more pub and then back to the apartment. We hit Tommy O’Gara’s but didn’t stay long. We knew we were well on our way to time traveling so it was time to roll.
We stopped in at Tesco’s, the local supermarket, grabbed a pizza, Captain Morgan, and some other junk for the room. When we got back I made drinks and a pizza. We ate it like caveman and threw Doritos down our necks like someone was trying to steal them. I then began to Time Travel so telling you anything else would be just made up stuff at this point. Day 2 in Dublin, awesome.

DAY 3 in Dubiln – The Chance Meeting
WTF is that noise!!!!! Oh it’s my goddamn alarm on my phone going off like a bomb in my head. I jump up and turn it off with my eyes closed. What I would have seen if my eyes were open was the full glass of Captain and Coke that I was about to spill completely into Nikki’s purse. Yup one swift hand movement and this drunk Ninja just emptied that glass of amazing into her purse. She jumped out of bed like the damn thing was on fire and emptied the contents in like two movements. I stood there dumbfounded by my actions. We cleaned it out, set it out to dry, and back to bed to we went.
We would late wake and begin our day. We figured out a strategy for the things we wanted to see and off we went. We stopped at Cowtown Cafe to get a little breakfast to fuel up for the long walk ahead. We walked for what felt like ever trying to find The Kilmainham Gaol, which is an old prison and suggested by many as one of the best tourist attractions around. We finally arrived after walking about and hour only to discover that the next tour wasn’t going to be for another five hours. So we bought tickets for the next day and off we went.
Across the street was the Modern Art Museum that cut through the area we were in and expedited our walk. The grounds of the Modern Art Museum are an amazing sight to see and offer some tranquility in the city. This was a nice and peacful walk, the kind you don’t say much and just hold hands and enjoy. It was nice to share this moment with the love of my life. We just walked quietly taking in the sights, and enjoying each others company. We never made it inside the Museum, only because we aren’t big art fans, but also because we were headed to the Guinness Storehouse.
We arrived at the Guinness Storehouse to take the tour, learn about the history and brewing process for Guinness. This, much like the tour of Jameson, was awesome and you get a free pint of Beer. We decided to get our beers at the Gravity bar at the top of the Guinness Storehouse. One of the best views, if not the best view, in all of Dublin. The bar offers a 360 Degree view of the city which you can see for miles, and it’s nice to just take it all in. Plus we were tired as hell from all the walking over the last three days, so it was nice to sit a moment and enjoy the views.
This slideshow requires JavaScript.
Once we finished our pints we muscled up and headed to the Dublin Castle. This is located in the City and is almost hidden, you turn down street just up from Peadar Kearney’s and there it is. We went in and did the self tour where you get to see the state rooms, maybe next time we will do the full tour, but we were getting tired and hungry so we wanted to start heading back towards the apartment in Stoneybatter. The full tour would have taken more than and hour and we didn’t want to spend that time, so we started moving again.
We casually moved through the city up and down different streets working our way back to home base. We had passed through Jameson and into Smithfield Square tired and only thinking of grabbing something to eat and relaxing. We got almost to the end of the square when a gentleman passed in front of me that looked all to familiar. I have told my wife many times over that timing is a funny thing, and in this case ten seconds later or earlier and I would have missed this chance meeting. So this man walks passed me and I don’t see his face at first but the back of his head, and his gate is a bit different. I knew almost right away what I was looking at, my wife on the other hand had no idea and may have thought that I was having stroke, nope I was looking at the Champ and my chance meeting was about to occur. I tell the wife “hey thats the champ Conor McGregor“, in her really cute voice she sates ‘who”, I said the champ the biggest fighter in the world right now, at which she says ‘OK”. So like a hippo chasing a cheetah, I follow after the man and sure enough it’s the man himself. He looked like he didn’t want to take the photo at first but was gracious enough to do so, and I appreciated that. He turned smiled and took the photo. We didn’t think or even count on seeing the man but there he was, and the chance meeting happened. My wife took the photo blasted it to social media, of course after googling who he was, and I guess that makes if official since it’s now on Facebook.
Well back on the path to food, we landed ourselves at L. Mulligans again to grab a bite to eat and enjoy another drink. We were almost walking hunched over at this point with our backs, knees, and feet hurting from all the miles we have been logging walking around town. It was nice to get out of the misty rain that had been falling for most of the day and relax for a few moments. We order Scotch Eggs, and Bison burgers. Awesome, and I highly suggest them, not because I have taken a liking to L. Mulligans but because they were really good. We drank a couple of Jameson and Gingers and headed out, last stop was going to be the grocery store for some more Captain Morgan so we could go to the room relax, and have a nightcap. I let the wife read this story so far and got the thumbs up for some minor editing but many for her approval, as my chief editor I need to run things past here just to make sure I haven’t said to much or to little. Well time to enjoy some alone time. See you tomorrow.

Day 4 in Dublin – The Last Dance
Our First stop for the day was to be the Kilmainham Gaol, a hostirical prison that held many of the more famous political prisoners during the Easter Rising Rebellion, The War of Independence, and the Civil war for Ireland. If you want a get a quick lesson in Irish history this is the tour to take. Plus the jail has a few creepy aspects to it. We walked back through the Modern Art Museum one more time, there is an amazing Garden on the grounds that is absolutely elegant to walk through. If you have the chance I highly recommend seeing the parks and gardens throughout the city. Phoenix Park is massive but beautiful, St. Stephens Green as well, and the gardens at the Art Museum are all well worth the time. Your eyes will thank you.
The rest of the day was filled with walking around Dublin doing a little shopping and just taking in the sights one last time. Along our way back we stopped at Jameson for one last Jameson and Ginger, and a little shopping. We continued to walk back until we hit L. Mulligans to fill up another glass or two. We left Mulligans headed to the grocer and grabbed some wine and pizza so that we could head back to the apartment and start packing. So there we were eating Tangy Cheese Doritios, waiting on a shitty 4 cheese pizza, and drinking some wine. It was a great moment though we got to sit, drink, and reminisce about the week we just had. There is nothing better than reflecting on the time you just had and knowing that you had it with not just your wife but your best friend. We had a blast and will truley miss Ireland. It will surely always bring a smile to our faces.

Day 5 Dublin – Departure day
Up bright an early so that we could clean all twenty square feet of the apartment we were in. We also had to pack, which took all of ten minutes. It is amazing how slow time seems to move when it’s finally time to go home. Gary the driver was waiting out front patiently for us. The drive was quick yet quiet as passed through the streets of Dublin. I won’t bore you with us sitting at the airport playing on our phones waiting for our flight. Just know that if you ever want to take a vacation over the pound I would suggest starting with Ireland. No shit right, but honestly the beer is great and the people are even better.
See you in the Future – Thee Time Traveler
Links below are some of the services that we used and recommend.

But like…wtf happened after Galway?? Why would either of them agree to make such a spectacle of L meeting her mother if A was still in the picture and coming to the premiere? And I’m not saying he can’t meet her mom if they aren’t a couple, I just mean the way it was done - the big emotional show of it. And the big family dinner afterwards. It was clear it meant so much to N. I just can’t rationalize this with a simultaneous mutual understanding that he was committed to his whatever-ship with A. “That don’t make NO sense!” [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TM-G0bkl8MQ]
These two….😵💫

"Because they were strange as hell at the London premiere."
YES! I was so stressed out watching them at the London premiere trying to figure out wtf was happening. I also agree that nothing has happened between them yet. THE TENSION. Did they fight? Did they have a convo about what had been going on? Did Luke feel conflicted and not sure how to act because A was there watching in person this time? Was Nic backpedalling super hard because she doesn't want Luke/the general public to know how she really feels about him? In the same interview she had the rehearsed answer about lint picking Luke says basically they can't win no matter how they behave. Too close, they're in love. Too distant and they're fighting. Sorry sir, it's not our fault you two don't know how to control yourselves.
I've been obsessing over Ireland and the head touch as well. So many people have been saying it means nothing since the vogue video of his groomer doing a head massage came out. I'm sorry, it's different. That woman is paid to massage that mans head and do his hair and makeup. He leaned back and enjoyed it (just like anyone getting a massage/their hair played with would). I fucking love getting my hair washed/scalp massaged when I go get my hair cut, but that doesn't mean I'm in love with my hair stylist.
Nic and Luke were in an interview and we all saw that for a moment the fact that cameras and other people were surrounding them just disappeared. It was fucking wild. I don't care if she picks lint off people. She stroked his forehead and played with the hair on the side of his head and he leaned into it. Wtf is that.
Yeah and also I want to bring up we are all miss a big puzzle piece.
What happened in Galway?
Sure we have a vague idea of events but nothing of their energy, actions, body language, etc.
London feels like such a massive shift from Dublin but would it if we knew more about Galway?
We also know they took time to decompress in Galway before heading back to London which raises so many questions.

I adore Luke but he is getting on my nerves right now. How on earth does he not share that the show he is the lead is on Netflix’s top 10? It doesn’t make sense, it is crazy self sabotage.
Also, the last thing about Bridgeton he shared was the Galway video, from youtube (not as simples as sharing a reel from insta, someone had to look for the link) and before Nic. Luke, wtf? What’s happening on your mind? My hopes never been so up and down like this before.
I genuinely believe L and N have feelings and decided to spend time apart to evaluate how deep those feelings are but I don’t think N expected him to be out and about with A. I mean, ok he wants company but was it really necessary to bring her to a work event (GQ)? Seeing this, I believe he has feelings for A (don’t know how deep exactly) but his connection to N seems so strong that my mind does not comprehend how they are not acting on it.
Nothing makes sense and I’m going crazy.
For now, other than the polaroid, I want to see if he will share a photo with A in his GQ photo dump. And if he does, I wanna see if Nic will like it. Just hope he posts soon so I can be out of my misery.
he is in his own lane right now
just let him coast
