The mixed feelings when a fanfic updates after almost a year, and

1. The style is so different that it could have been written by someone else, and

2. There are no hot sex scenes.

Yes, I know we should be grateful for fanfic writers, they don't owe us anything, and #writingishard. But I really miss those sex scenes.

I recently made the lovely acquaintance of Mystery Red Reads, a lovely beta reader who has a YouTube channel where she reads fanfiction and give critiques!! She read my first chapter of Unbreakable Bonds and when I tell you guys I was crying I am not kidding!!!! She gave me some great insights and said such kind things about my stuff!! This community is so lucky to have such wonderful people in it!!

Thank you Mystery Red!! I am in cloud nine!!! Go and check out her channel and give her a subscription!! She's also here on Tumblr! Can you believe she's an AWARD WINNING FANFICTION AUTHOR??? So I think I’ll take a little break from writing. I’ve been putting too much pressure on myself lately trying to finish a lot of my fics, and I think I need to take a moment to breathe. I absolutely love writing and I can’t see myself giving it up permanently. I appreciate and love every single one of my readers; your kind words and support mean the world to me. So I want to say thank you to everyone who has encouraged me and inspired me. I really do have some incredible people in my life, and I never would have found them if it wasn’t for writing and stony. I’ll try and be back as soon as I can ❤️
