being forced to do repetitive work (but i like repetitive work i voluntarily do, it calms me kinda)

procrastinating too much and being stressed about not finishing work

high pitched noises (bees ignoring the buzzing sounds r nice tho)

overthinking into a state of anxiety

not talking or being able to say thank you even when i really want to (sometimes i can't talk and when it gets really bad i resort to emojis because the feeling and sound of the keyboard stresses me out too)

the annoying voice(s) sometimes when it goes out of control

loud places (i can’t hear what people are trying to tell me and it’s too loud)
