Mary Magdalene released two more items this week - Genoise Canotier (Lolibrary) and Rosette Headdress (Lolibrary). Genoise Canotier looks like a new item as I've never seen this in lolibrary before. I ordered the Rosette Headdress in Strawberry and recently got my confirmation from MM. I can't wait to get this in December! It makes up for not getting the wristcuffs that were released earlier.

So I got a VR headset for Christmas, and it got me thinking...

Moonshadow elves are all about illusion and trickery, yes? So how would you guys react to a device that goes on your head and makes you see and hear things that aren't there and that you cannot physically touch, but because of the headset it LOOKS like you are?

...I'd imagine you'd do alright, Ethari, but Runaan and Rayla (especially Rayla) might just forget its virtual reality and walk smack into a wall.

This is Metamorphose's Wonder Card / Card playing kitty jsk from their original 2012 release. When the 2023 re-release was announced, I was immediately smitten. The all-over print somehow manages to not feel overcrowded and gives off a playful energy!

I kept my eye out for this print on secondhand Japanese sites as re-releases tend to inspire people to let go of their older releases of that print, and ended up finding the apron cut and the barrette for a good deal! It was one of my last mainpiece purchases of 2022, even though it came after the New Year.

It's also a good deal shorter than my more recent meta dresses, which I like. My 40 cm Petticoat is right at home to give some reference!

The detachable apron has Metamorphose's name embroidered on it as well as each of the suits you'd find in a deck of cards. This kind of detail and embroidery in general not being something I see as often in lolita makes it feel all the more special.

Overall this dress feels very versatile, I love the way it fits and the length of it is an added bonus.
