This is not canon to The wretched au it's just I think it would be messed up that Jax not wanting someone so young to end up like a monster like everyone else tries to prevent the inevitable and still felt awful that he couldn't stop something that was going to happen eventually

Have you ever not been able to fall asleep because of that ONE annoying light in your room? That’s Sparky’s life. An experiment to see how long she could go with that light bothering her, not allowing her to go to sleep well before she snapped. She used to be bright and colorful, but now she’s dull and unhappy. Her fire barely works anymore, and she constantly cold because of it. She was locked in a cold cellar, which if you don’t know, she needs to be very warm in order to produce her strongest fire. Her eyes are bloodshot, and she’s skinny and weak. Luckily, Ragapede and Jax found her, and against Jax’s wishes for another predator to compete and share prey with, she was finally released. She was quickly hidden away in order for Caine not to find her, but proved herself an asset by completely destroying Bubble bots in one snap, forming a taste for metal rather than organic food, which pleased Jax. She still doesn’t like him, but they formed a truce because of the situation. When Pomni arrived, she didn’t like her much either, but saw herself in Pomni, hiding from Caine and all that, and would never wish the torture all of them went through on another being.

I imagine Dr Gloop is an assistent for Caine. They cant move unless Caine instructs them to. They also double as a shocker for any subjects that get out of line

They dont feel any remorse except to jax. Dr Gloop lets jax hurt them to make up for shocking him. No one really likes Dr Gloop, but they dont care 😋
