this was a few weeks in the making with the inspiration of having my two fixations combined HAHA. the joke idea is that Vanellope and King Candy-Bug review t-shirts sent by their fans via the internet. im really happy how this turned out!! i'm only 2 chapters in the Kill Switch fic and i honestly think its WAY better than the plot of the official sequel's (and i say this super highly cuz i barely read any fics at all) you guys should definitely give it a read!!

before i head to bed, here's all of my favorite frames I drew for the short animatic!

idk if it matters if i should describe how i did this but i'll do it anyway! i did quick sketches of expressions matching all the words from the grumps video as like a 'mini-storyboard' and started drawing the two separately from there! i drew the faces of KC first before the cybug body. i was worried it would look too simplified but i think i pulled it off! i gotta say, drawing his expressions and claws were the most fun. i gotta thank @/soapytrash for the inspo of teaching myself to draw KC as expressive as they have drawn him!

THIS TOOK ME SO LONG (Like almost a week of working little by little) I am so so proud of it. Got this idea almost immediately after reading chapter 9 of Kill Switch I was just waiting for my tests to pass to draw the thing lol. I am thinking about making more less procreate-breaking art about this AU and WiR in general. I already have a WiR OC in my gallery, I’m just refining the lore atm. Hopefully I can gather the courage to post it soon.

Ik the size difference makes 0 sense but if I made Vanellope smaller she literally disappears into the background 😭 so uh yeah unrealistic perspective-
