People are upset that JJ is dead and I don’t get it.

I love him, but I don’t think this is a bad thing.

While it’s unrealistic other main characters would die. It sets a darker tone on the show. It creates the idea that the main characters, the good guys, these CHILDREN, are not untouchable. They’re very mortal.

It’s what I wish stranger things did with Max.

I love these characters, but I don’t want them untouchable. I want the stakes raised. I want to know that they can die, that one of them DID die.
