Hey look, I get that cops are liars, but maybe we shouldn't be jumping into conspiratorial thinking as soon as they say they got the guy.
#seriously yall#its absolutely plausible that the guy got overconfident#or that a narc spotted him by chance#would it be (mostly) funny af if this turned out to be a botched coverup to protect the NYPDs vanity?#yes yes it would#HOWEVER#we should absolutely NOT jump right into conspiracy thinking just because we didnt get the outcome we wanted
