I've a bif to say about this mat... Its very slippery and I've to be careful not to actually slip off it...whenever i do downdog... I regret wasting my money buying this mat thinking it won't slip... Of course the artistic design what sells it, functionally it sucks!!😬 Anyway, that's out of my chest..
