Okay so here is a quick lunch time workout lesson💪 I have been noticing soooo many people when doing deadlifts or back rows that they are looking in the mirror and not aligning neck and spine. Please remember to keep your head down and look down. Your spine and neck need to be in one line in order to prevent any injuries. It is OK to check if your back is straight maybe once per set but otherwise look down. It always helps me to look at the tips of my shoes or something right in the front of me on the floor.
