I did some organizing and heres the crew and the crimes they’ve committed. let me know if I’ve missed anything and maybe if someone wanted to like make the crime list meme 🫡

note: very small amount of it is hc, I tried my best to keep to canon. additionally, “sexual assault is defined as causing another individual to be subjected to sexual contact without consent”, so the crime in Den’s list refer to her being in charge of the Rick and Morty episode. similarly, some of these crimes are super technical, like some breaking and entering crimes & child neglect was due to the scenario and not of the character’s free will, sooooo

just to clarify !!THESE ARE CRIMES OF THE CHARACTERS, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE IRL PEOPLE!!

Hi @kibbits!! I was your secret santa this year, made you a lil something with your BAL fella! saw you ALSO enjoy the nutcracker and jumped on making something related to that hehe

I imagined this at a point where they're starting to test the boys out with actual shows, and a form of the nutcracker ballet would be perfect for it! Y/N (slightly nervously) takes the role of a clara-eqsue character, with Sun being the Nutcracker and Moon of course playing the mouse king which leads to, interesting, battle scenes haha,

had a lot of fun sketching ideas for this and making it overall, tried to incorporate a few little things from Sun's coat bc it's SUCH a fun design like asdkfhs (didn't know sun in a big coat was everything i needed in life but APPARENTLY, i was wrong)

also, wrote a brief little synopsis/drabble below to provide a little context ^-^

The lights are bright, and even from here you can feel their warmth. Usually it would be more of a comfort to you, but at this moment it feels almost too much. The music plays from the speakers, having been given a recent touch up after months of begging for improved equipment. There's little chatter from the audience, they're far too invested in the performance, which again would be a great thing if your nerves weren't on fire. 

Your eyes flick back to the animatronic in front of you, not moving even a centimeter out of place, waiting for your cue. Though really, it's the shift in the song, you almost think that regardless of whether you were ready or not he would pull you into the spotlight to complete the scene.

He knows his role, ever the perfect performer, as he was made to be. The role of the Nutcracker is fitting, in a way, for him. While obviously not a prince cursed to take on the role of toy solider, you imagine being locked away in a closet for several years provides a similar experience. 

You take a deep breath, you've been preparing weeks for this. Months really, when you consider how long it's taken to get to this point, to an actual show. You can't let them down, can't let yourself down. All the hard work, the re-imagining, the late nights spent debating, sewing, painting, chatting, maybe even bonding—all of it leads to this. It's amazing how a few seconds can last for hours.

The song lifts, you take his hand. 

And so it begins.

I just finished chapter 15 of 'Love, Death and Rollerskates' and Oh Damn

This post will contain slight spoilers so beware

Guys we already know that Sun also has his memories wiped by Afton but has anyone picked up on the fact that Afton also manipulates both Sun and Moon to hate each other?

I mean listen.

They are both so deeply convinced that the other is a monster. It's not just some manipulative tactic to keep the reader for themselves (as I thought for Sun in the beginning tbh). They really do think it's the truth. But how did they end up thinking this way, and why?

Welp those are very interesting questions but they're not exactly the right ones. What we have to ask here is who does this hatred profit to?

And here we have an answer, and this answer is William Afton.

Why? Because as long as they hate each other, they 1) forget that he's the one controlling them because they both have a scapegoat to blame for their situation and 2) can't team up to beat him, leaving them isolated and powerless.

Which is so damn clever to be honest.

So yes Afton erases their memories, but I also believe he takes this opportunity to fill in the blanks with some made up stories and/or manipulate the truth to nourish their hatred.

The worst part is the fact that he doesn't have to participate that much in it: all he has to do is twist the facts just enough for them to drift apart and stop communicating, and the rest is only a vicious circle of misunderstandings, negative emotions and lack of communication, that will never stop unless they actively seek to break that pattern and communicate.

For now I think Moon is the one who would recognise this pattern the most easily, because he's the most logical one of the two, and he already knows that Sun is being manipulated as well and experiences memory losses, he just doesn't know to what extent this affects his counterpart. Whereas Sun is in complete denial of it all, covering it with some sort of toxic positivity, and the narrative he gives is incredibly self-centred and based on his feelings rather than the facts, making it impossible for him to see the whole picture.

Reader have a crucial role in this dynamic, because both Sun and Moon care about them deeply, making them more keen on listening to y/n and taking their words into account. This is both a disadvantage and a good news: reader can aggravate this circle if they start picking sides and talking negatively about one of them to the other, but on the other hand, they could be able to push through the mutual hatred and get them to talk together again, with a common goal for the two of them: keeping y/n safe, and maybe, break free from Afton's emprise.

ANYWAYS, presenting ‘Working for E.V.I.L.’, a Sun and Moon show AU I wanna work on when I’m not doing Hive Au centric stuff :3c

Allow me to introduce,,,,,,, the Sea Monster AU,,

(can also be thought of as ‘selkie au, but Afton’d, sort of’)

The premise: Reader is a selkie that was tricked and wounded by a group of scumbag sailors who wanted their sealskin, and in an attempt to save their own life, they fought back, ripping the entire crew of the ship to shreds. In their fatally wounded state, they find themselves changed and warped into something no longer their kin: a monster warped by shapeshifting and the magic of the sea to survive their tragic circumstances.

They are later found unconscious amongst the wreckage of the boat by Pirate Eclipse, who, curious, takes them in and treats their wounds. When they wake they are afraid, skittish, and loathsome of what they have become. Eclipse feels empathy at their struggle, and over the course of their healing, the two become close and eventually, ofc, fall in love!

Some extra tidbits:

Eclipse is an infamous pirate! Sun and Moon are respectable sailors and have no interest in associating with him.

SeaMonster-Reader thinks they are hideous- a horrible, ugly monster, and a murderer on top of that. They often hide themselves in sheets or large clothes, both to bring back a similar feeling as their (now lost forever) selkie skin and to shield their appearance from the world.

Eclipse thinks they are beautiful. He tells them so very often. They are easily overwhelmed by his affections and get emotional a lot. He thinks this is very cute.

Not long after they start bonding, an enemy crew attacks Eclipse’s ship. Seamonster Reader attacks instantly and viciously as soon as they detect the hostility, tackling the opposing captain over the edge of the boat and dragging him down below the water. Several seconds later, they claw their way up the side of the ship and attack the second in command, claws and fangs dripping with sea water and red, frothy blood.

Eclipse, of course, thinks this is hot

The opposing crew flees and stories start to spread of a pirate who keeps a blood thirsty half-man beast alongside his ship, a thing that can crack a hole into the belly of a ship or rip man in two.

Eclipse is pleased to be feared, but is outraged that people describe Reader as a hideous animal-like thing, and counters their tales with stories of his sea-folk lover, beautiful and precious and made by the sea with loving care, a force of life and love

One of the first words seamonster-Reader learns to say is ‘you’, then ‘thank you’. The first time they say Eclipse’s name, he is sucker punched by Cupid’s arrow

Eclipse he loves to soothe seamonster Reader, rubbing their back or touching their fins. Reader is flustered by this, but trusts Eclipse and eventually starts to enjoy it, sometimes (timidly) seeking it out. Eclipse wants to smother them in kisses every time they do

Eclipse calls them his beauty, or angelfish. Seamonster Reader calls him ‘Clipse’ or sea star

Small WIP Moon fic drop

Sooo over the summer I started a new dca fic WIP (ik I shoulddd write for my other stuff but shhhhhhh-) and I'm doing a thing where I'm aiming to start posting this one until I'm either completely done or very close to done with the fic. (Because if I post right away my ass will not be able to keep them coming regularly 😔)

Rn I'm about 6 chapters of my expected 15 in! I wanna make this a pretty short story that'll still pack a bit of a punch. I got a message I wanna send >:)

I'm really feeling good about this fic, but since I'm holding back from posting the full chapters, I'll satiate my need to share by giving small tid bits from the beginning chapters. :)

TLDR:

This story is Moon centric and mostly takes place in his pov! (Sorry Sun lovers, I swear I adore that boyo too-) It's also an x reader BUT it'll be SFW and could be interpreted as platonic/queer platonic - Moon is just gonna be a really clingy attention deprived goober. o3o

Summary:

Moon was never one to outwardly complain about his place in life.

He had simply lost the lottery. Only out for moments at a time, too afraid to do anything wrong. He's active for so little as is, why risk losing even more time?

Moon prefers nap time. The one place where he can interact with the world calmly for a whole hour. To be a comfort rather than a tool. When everyone sleeps, he can relax, knowing he's done everything right.

Time for himself…

Now that's his favorite. But even then he cannot do much. Only in his wildest nonexistent dreams could he be truly free.

But one day, somehow… Moon actually dreamed.

Who knew how addictive a sweet dream could be?

The fic is so far planned to be called "Everything You've Ever Dreamed" - and if that rings a bell to you then it's likely exactly what you're thinking :)))

I don't mind if any of y'all wanna give your opinions on it. Tbh I'm not looking for criticism since this is just going to be a short story with unrealistic aspects. Plus, I just want to write something like this for my own satisfaction!

Have a WIP to show that I'm not actually dead when it comes to drawing DCA stuff. Also, new AU yaaaaay! No I haven't forgotten about my circus theater AU, but these two suddenly decided they have a right to take up space in my brain and wanted a story to go with it, so that's a thing now. I can't wait to actually show off their designs, so happy with how they came out.

I'm calling this AU the Eclipse Protocol and I'm really excited about it 👀 I say that while I still haven't uploaded the first chapter of Cirque des Célestes, which is still sitting unfinished at 14k+ words which is way too big and I have yet to figure out how I'm gonna tackle that and make that story manageable. I don't have the brain power for that right now, so I'm giving the new AU priority for the moment.

I also have a love/hate relationship with drawing robo hands/joints/parts aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. It's fun but it hurts my brain.
