For anyone who has been following the difficulties of my work situation this year, my work area started 2024 with about 40 people. As of next week, only six of those 40 will remain. And that includes me.

Today I had the awkward convo with my boss about what my role will be when I return in 3.5 weeks and basically they don't know and don't expect to know for a couple of weeks. I told them about another opportunity that has come my way and asked for a 12 month temp transfer - boss is going to test it with senior leadership and get back to me soon as to whether it will be supported.

Hello lovelies! Theres an slight announcement I feel that I need to make. I hope this isn’t disappointing anyone, I know how much this blog has grown over that past year. You guys really seem to like my bullshit lmfao, really thank you though it makes me so happy to see people enjoying my shit.

But moving on to the actual announcement; I’m going to be going on a semi-hiatus until around the first of July. I have some smart girl shit that I NEED to focus on over these next two weeks otherwise I will not be able to have a hot girl summer as planned. Hopefully giving myself this time to focus on my personal stuff will allow me to get it done right, if not I’ll have to push back the hiatus and that’s gonna suck.

I won’t be totally gone either. I promise I’ll be online (most likely at night in my time zone) and probably post at least once a day. Thank you for all the support on my works though! Interacting with everyone and gaining new mutuals really helped motivate me to get through all my shit so far!
