I don't normally do process pictures but I wanted to share a show how different each pregnancy is, not every pregnancy is the same and how important fitness and nutrition is during this important transformation during a woman's life. . Nearly half way and this time it's flown by. . . 1st pregnancy - I gave into my cravings, eating way above my macros and not exercising. I would literally come home from work and fall asleep on the couch. I was catching public transport to and from the train station (I used to walk it every day until I was 3 months pregnant). I gained around 15kg by week 18. . . 2nd Pregnancy - I only eat when I'm hungry and stop when I feel full, I might not eat as healthy as I'd like but I'm not beating myself up. I'm running around after a 1.5 year old and try and exercise at least 3-4 times a week at home with @bodyrockofficial #sweatflix and walk 4km/2.5 miles 2-3 times a week. I haven't gained any weight at the moment. . . It also might be the fact I'm having a boy and the hormone levels in my body are completely different. . . I've been a Bodyrocker for exactly 1 year this weekend.
