No Zero Day May

Alright, so who is up for a bit of a challenge?

Here’s the concept: 31 days of activity, without missing a single day. Even rest days are active rest days. The rules? Each day must include some activity or exercise at least roughly equivalent to a 30 minute walk. Otherwise, anything goes, from a full program (say, alternating lifting and jogging days with light yoga on sunday), to just going for a walk each day.

Sounds simple, right? Conceptually, yes, but plenty of us find it difficult in practice. Things come up, exhausting days happen. If you’re interested in testing your ability to stay consistent in spite of the ups and downs of life, give this a shot.

We could keep it at that, but I do like a good game, myself. Let me know if you want to be put on a list of participants. For those on that list, every Friday I will post everyone who hasn’t missed any days up that point and is still in the game. If you’re still on that list on the 31st, you win. Sound fun?
