I'm working on the little chocolate rabbit dude for the cartoon Frankie universe!! I've decided to go in the direction of "originally a female love interest" (Frankie's Minnie, basically), but revamped into a male rival character instead that gets into occasional shenanigans and conflicts with him (and oooohh there's gay tension ohhhh) but I've gotten the "first concept" done, aka the "Female Love Interest" era. I'll post the official designs soon once I'm done!

Ranboo ducked his head at the compliment. “I try, I try.” He chuckled.

“You’ll have to do more than try if you plan on explaining all of this before I seriously lose my shit.” A voice called from behind them.

Ranboo whirled around, nearly falling off his perch, and stared at Tubbo who had come through in the back door. The hero had his eyes carefully covered with his fringe and his expression locked down into firm neutrality.

Tommy choked on his spit and from the sound of it took a nose dive behind a pew.

i love it when characters are codependent. i love it when losing someone feels like losing a limb. i love it when two people "complete" each other so wholly and terribly that one can barely function without the other. i love it when the fear of losing the only person who understands them is so all-consuming they'll destroy anything to stay together, including themselves.
