Hey everyone, I hope your days are going well. I've been exceedingly busy trying to reorganize things for my child, not sure how well i've gotten to do just that but it's kept me exceedingly busy. Along with other curve balls, but good news! By the time this posts I shall be traveling to my child to i can help her pack & bringing her back with me. Getting her here has largely been my focus for the last few months along with other things. So, if anyone wishes to gimme a nudge i shall be on discord for the next week as i help her pack. Feel free to gimme a nudge if ya would like my discord. I will probably be slow.

I am planning on coming back, I'm just not aware of when that'll be as she's going to be my main focus. hopefully in the next few months.

im learning how to drive yaay

im going on vacay like the first week of july for fourth of july but im gonna try my absolute best to grind artfight this year!! bc i was so absent last year 🗿

i wantttttt to start a webcomic for my ocs kotone and kyou but im nervous bc i dont know how to format it right and ive barely even started it,, i still want to present their story somehow. maybe ill just write it

im going into junior year next year woot woot (college is coming closer and closer.)

i had like 2 guys ask me out and they were like rednecks and kinda annoying ngl and my standards are so unbelievably high bc im delusional soo

It is totally okay to learn new things as an adult, as a senior, at any age really!

I don’t hide my learning from other people; my coworkers, or my kiddo.

My goal is to normalize being a noob at something, because everyone has to start somewhere.

My current goals are:

1) Be able to do full-hang pull-ups again.

2) Learn Spanish.

I’ve been doing modified pull-ups*, a minimum of ten each time I walk past my gym.

I put in at least 30min of mixed media language study a day.

A few years back my goal was to learn to skateboard. I’d recovered from my latest surgery. I had a newly resurfaced knee. Time to take it for a test-drive.

My objective was to be able to cruise around on vacay. After several winter months of practice in my gym, I was able to cruise around on vacay! Woot!

I never became an expert at skateboarding but that feeling of achieving a goal was well worth it!

So, yeah! Do the thing! Try it!

Worst case scenario you’ll discover it’s not your bag… best case? You find a new passion you never know you had!

Here's the workout.

12 reps each rotating supersets for 6 minutes each. I went pretty heavy with weights where I could.
