Here is a recipe for Campfire Grill Cheese from The Kitchy Kitchen. You'll need the following: - Cooking iron and Fire - 2 slices bread (something with a dense crumb, like white bread) - 2 ounces cheddar cheese, thinly sliced - 1 teaspoon honey - 1 tablespoon butter, softened Make a sandwich with bread, cheese, and honey. Spread the butter generously on the outside of the bread. Put the sandwich in the iron and over the heat and cook for about 5 minutes a side until it's golden brown.
