Chocolatier Alexander Long from SELEUSS will be teaching you and your special someone how to make delicious chocolate truffles.  Not only will we be offering samples of our special chocolate ganache infused with Woodford Reserve’s Double Oaked Straight Bourbon, The Gerald will include their special Double Oaked Cocktail for pairing!

SELEUSS, SEATTLE, FEBRUARY 2ND, 2020:   Join us this coming Saturday February 8th and also on Valentine’s Day February 14th at our Thompson Hotel location for a special Valentine’s Bourbon & Chocolate Tasting and Pairing event hosted by our friends at Woodford Reserve.

Woodford Reserve will be pouring samples of their award winning Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey, paired with our delicious chocolate discs and 2 special batches of our Petite Pots de Ganache, infused with the Double Oaked Bourbon and Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
