Had we gone to Tulane instead of UVA would soul food leftovers-and-grits have been a thing in my life 20 years sooner? Chopped up ribs (the meat), fried chicken, a couple sausages I had... sautéed some celery, onion, a little carrot all with Crystal’s and worchestershire... and threw it all in these great grits we got from @woodberrykitchen (pantry store).
