Bio:

  Heyyy….I’m uhh… Dax (short for Daxton). You can call me Dax though, I don’t really care. Unless you call people by their last names then this intro is very awkward. Oh God… I’m rambling, sorry. You can probably tell it’s my first time doing this sort of thing can’t you? So of course I’m hella nervous. I’m not usually like this though, even ask some of my friends about me, like that one time I was drunk and accidentally got a permanent tattoo. Haha good times. Update: That tattoo was removed later on as my mother found out causing me to be band from living under her roof. But you could say I’m the local douchebag at times.

  Oh God…that was my mom, sorry. She’s actually the reason I’m going to be competing against these other guys as she wants me to meet my “true love” just like she did when she met my father. Unfortunately, my father passed away last fall causing my mom, brother and me to feel great grief. Anyways, forget about that, the true reason was that Bex was absolutely beautiful and I mean a beauty like no other. I just can’t even. You need to see her to understand. She’s the peanut butter to my jelly hahaha. Lame, I know but it’s true.

Any other interesting things we need to know about you?

- I’m an aspiring singer that plays the guitar on occasion, and I’m actually 26 but people tell me I still look 16 :/ (I wish for some company when I eventually go on tour, maybe Bex could tag along).

 - I’m very self-conscious about my body, especially my stomach. I just feel bare when I don’t have a shirt on. (Something I need to overcome).

 - Even though I may seem like a jerk, I actually volunteer, help elderly across the street, buy food for the homeless, etc. (More people my age need to be involved in their community).

- I grew up in Twinbrook and so did my little brother, David. (It’s funny I never saw any twins there).

1. Facts about my single life (WAHH T~T jk)!

Ummm, I’ve been single for almost three months now... O.o

I was the one who ended my last relationship for quite a few reasons but long story short, because I deserved better #sorrynotsorry

I miss the idea of having a boyfriend (going out to dinner and movies, cuddling, cute text messages,etc), not my ex, though I guess we’re still friends (he asked to be friends then I texted him hi and he never respond so f*ck him?)

I miss having someone to talk to everyday and who would listen to me complain about my crazy family and friends (and my aunt’s death)

The next boyfriend I have will at least have to like Disney because now that I’ve been with a guy who can’t stand Disney OR DISNEYLAND FOR THAT MATTER (Yeah, this was a thing), its never happening again.

5. Five facts about my sibling(s)!

I have an older half brother (Shawn) and an older half sister (Ashley) who are both my dad’s from a previous marriage.

Shawn is 28-29 (not too sure) and is married with two kids, Dylan and Kayla, and his wife is having twin girls soon so I’m gonna be an auntie again!

Ashley is 25(?) and is married with three kids; Lillian, Delilah, and Van. I’m gonna be visiting her again sometime this year!

My brother lived with my dad, mom, and I a few times and with just my dad and I as well (he and his wife have an... odd relationship) but I’ve also been sorta close with him.

Ash and I had a horrible relationship as kids (Our dad was never really in her life as a kid and she and my brother would only see him during the summer every year) but as adults we have a great relationship! I know if I really needed a place to stay and get away from it all, she would get me a plane ticket and take me in for a bit. I’m closer to my sister than my brother (as well as my sister’s kids)

BONUS! My siblings don’t talk to each other anymore (long story) but they both talk to me so I still have hope of getting them together to talk it all out one day.

10. Five Facts about my job:

Well, I don’t have a job so I can’t really answer this? But I will say I hope to learn how to knit/sew with a sewing machine so I can make beanies and stuff to sell.

Also, my dream job: Working at Disneyland :3

15. Five facts about my favorite book:

My favorite book would have to be The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger!

I’ve read it about 50 times and its all tattered and bent and doggy-earred.

My aunt let me borrow it and I just never gave it back (I’ve gotten a lot of books like that)

The movie was okay (I own it) but like must books turned into movies, it doesn’t live up to the book (though I did think Rachel McAdams played Claire wonderfully)

I heard a rumor that she is making another book based off of Alba (the main character’s daughter) and oh my god, if its real, I can’t wait!!

20. Five facts about a random person (how about me since I’m not creative at 10 AM)

Umm, I’m working Drunk Disney #7 (Frozen) and if you haven’t check out this Youtube series, just watch it and laugh for hours lol XD

I’m gonna go into game as soon as I finish with this questions lol!

Its been a week that I was in Disneyland and I’m having withdrawals pretty bad today (not to mention I just started my lady time of the month)

I really wanted a Baymax pin when I was at Disneyland but couldn’t find ONE!!!! Not one dammit!

My mom talked about getting me an ANNUAL PASS TO DISNEYLAND FOR CHRISTMAS AND I CAN’T WAIT!!

Bonus! My mom was kidding about how she could just abandon me at Disneyland and we both realized how I would be perfectly fine (A homeless man managed to stay hidden in the parks for two months). I’m sure I’d last longer than that lol XD

Holden Ashcroft ● for the lovely Lo (wonderinsimsland)’s BC!

Even at a very young age, Holden always had known that his passion was writing. Perhaps this interest had blossomed with the help of the strong writing program heralded by the prep school he had attended growing up, or perhaps it came about as the logical conclusion of having two English professor parents who had named him after a character in a Salinger novel. Either way, writing had always been a permanent fixture in Holden’s life, and, now at age 26, he works as a columnist for the St. Claire Times.

However, it is not his work in a famous newspaper that he is best known for. Since he was in college, he has been secretly writing a series of supernatural romance novels that have now achieved wide mainstream popularity under the pseudonym “J. L. Wolfe”. Although he writes romance novels, Holden’s own love life has been lacking. He’s always wanted to find the right girl to settle down with, but he’s just never made the right connection. After seeing an ad for Bex’s BC, though, he felt like she could finally be the one for him.

Other than writing for a newspaper and continuing his secret series of romance novels, Holden enjoys spending time with his two dogs, cooking for his friends and family, and going hiking in the mountains. He’s excited to finally get to meet Bex, and he hopes that he might finally meet the love of his life that he’s been waiting for.
