My thoughts on Netflix's Brand New Animal

I recently finished watching Brand New Animal, and I must say that Trigger really never disappoints, animation and visuals looked STUNNING!

But I didn't really like Michiru, main lead, I just found her character being so annoying. While she wasn't someone I rooted, I really came like other characters more, Shirou Ogami for example was THAT one I really liked, both desing and character. Why he couldn't be main character????

Also, the plot was a mess, started as interesting but then when this "wolfgoddess cult" thinghy happened in show, it just didn't felt really that interesting anymore.

And ending fight between Shirou and Alan, that rechearch guy who wanted to rule world as some higher godlike being, fell into another Dragon Ball-esq fight, you know, shooting lasers and epic transformations. What a mess.

Overall, I think the why this show was made was the compete with another anime that had anthro characters, Beastars, and that show is actually very good and far more interesting, while not maybe have a best animation, I consider that more than Brand New Animal.
