I was rewatching some episodes for fun and realized that Tsume looks the most relaxed when he's near Kiba and -I need a moment. It's like the façade, or the mask of the big though guy he wears slips off whenever he knows only Kiba is there with him. Only Kiba makes him feel safe to be his true self around and I think that's so impactful. I really wish we would have seen more of the wolves' personalities outside of the constraints of the plot, like mundane things or habits real people do/have. I think every character acted and reacted the same way throughout the whole show with some exceptions at the end as the story was coming to a close. It would have been so much better if they wouldn't have, because people aren't so black and white, we act/react differently based on our mood, background or feelings.

I keep having this recurring dream that WolfQuest is being developed by a Japanese game studio instead. And the game is still relatively the same; the only main difference is that the wolves have various tiny emojis that pop up near their heads (kind of like the heart particles in game) in various scenarios. If you're out of scent view and you run over a strong scent, you get a little exclamation point emoji and the wolf kinda does an "ooh, what's that?" animation.

Last night they were announcing a collab with Wolf's Rain, during which you could find a giant walrus in Lost River and kill it for a stat boost to your entire pack. Idk I just have this dream So Often.

There are so many little tidbits and trivia that float around for years and years with no apparent source other than a social media post of someone saying ‘well at some con or other the creators said ____’ or ‘in an untranslated interview they actually confirm ____.’ Not just any lies or twisted truths but those eternal nuggets of wisdom passed from fan to fan over decades to give some bright-eyed youngster the wrong impression
