Sunday 4th February 1968
I stayed in all day today. I didn’t get up until about 1 o’ clock. Then I went downstairs and had my dinner shortly afterwards. After my dinner I done a lot of homework and then just watched the tele all day, mainly feature films.

Recently discovered 50 yr old diary of a London kid in the 60’s Monday 29th January 1968
Tanks didn’t go on his paper round because he had football practice, so I did it.
Some of my mates and me have been going round the school playground and picking pockets (and giving the stuff back of course).
I’m getting quite good on the harmonica, if I say so myself. I practice every night on it.
