woe! library dateables be upon ye
thank u to @alpacababs for designing roe ......... ily bestie
murrey pinot | uses any prns really but defaults to he/him + will date you regardless of head choice
- you meet him in a library in uptown, wheres hes hanging out alone in the reading nook. when you talk to him he very dramatically laments about how he misses his latest ex and is upset about spending valentines day alone, you then get the option to ask him to the funfair Or just be like damn that sucks. get well soon bestie
- hes very lonely, he mentions a number of times that none of his past partners have ever been able to "hang around very long". he falls in love very easily and has a number of unhealthy coping mechanisms to deal with it, his route is about helping him learn to find healthier ways of dealing with his loneliness
- he and charlie are friends, but he isnt part of the group that went to highschool together, they just happen to know one another and get along well. lillith thinks hes annoying due to the lack of work that gets done when hes visiting but puts up with him
- supposedly both rings he wears are from past marriages
- his routes gingling has a dove for a head
roe callaghan | he/him + no specific label but he is mlm, will only date you with a phone head
- you gain the ability to meet him in the library if you dont immediately agree to go with murr. theres a sign in the main room of the library stating that murr isn't allowed on the premises, and after wandering the library you run into him and have the option to let him know about murr being there. after this he thanks you and says he'll return the favor some day (he did not actually. plan to) and you have him take you to the funfair, which he tries to get out of but eventually gives in to
- he mostly keeps to himself and is rarely ever seen out of the library, he says he dislikes seeing the folks in town "wasting their lives" as the time we have on earth is short, so he choses to hide away where he doesnt have to see it. he comes off pretty distant and is very caught up in the better days of his own past, his route is about helping him realize hes also wasting days and live more in the moment
- he can and does flip his head around to make sure the sand pours all day, its the first thing he does when he wakes up
- his routes gingling has an elephant for a head
bonus some stuff about both of them bc theyre slightly connected but
- the two do Not get along what so ever. murr actually much prefers crowded and noisy places and literally only hangs out in the library because it pisses roe off
- theres rumors around town that both are suspected of being vampires or something along that line but literally no one can decide which it is (a point where this would be discussed is in bernie and alex's route, where if you ask the two if they think theres any other supernatural entities in town, they respond with smth along the lines of "yeah, that guy in the library, he's definitely a vampire or something", and when you ask which one they mean, alex says its roe while bernie says its murr)
- neither appear in any other route, the only time you can see them is during chapter 1 before youve got a date. they wouldnt even appear in chapter 3 like the other dateables, theyre just off doin their own thing somewhere
#dialtown#dialtown oc#jack dlc#hobos creations#f in the chat for everyone who still doesnt have proper refs while im out here willing new losers into existence </3#dlc wiki

Questions of the Week 4/11/23
1.) Where do your ideas come from?
My ideas are usually derived from issues that I am currently dealing with, or topics that are relevant to me at the time. Until this question, I never truly realized the strength of correlation between my life current events or struggles and the art that I make in fibers class. I think that this theme is very much limited to the fiber classes I have taken. This is because of the way that the assignments are structured, with very little restriction, but enough guidance to not be completely lost or confused. I appreciate how quickly ideas are able to come to me with this structure.
For example, last semester when I made my uterus piece, I was inspired by the topic that was being heavily discussed obviously within the United States, but also in my political science class. We needed to meet a quota of 15 participation points to get an A in the class, regardless of our grade in the class. Close to the end of the semester, I had 10 points, and the professor had an opportunity where we could have a private discussion about a topic of her choosing. She chose a debate on the overturning of Roe vs. Wade. We talked about it and even within the context of class, this topic was exceptionally relevant. Invested in public health, I hold strong feelings in support of the right to choose and maintain bodily autonomy, as the research shows that having access to safe (legalized) abortions reduce the amount of health risks associated with child birth. Though it is a "moral" issue to many, it is a medical procedure that has scientific backing for its purpose and decreases the prevalence of maternal mortality and is actually safer than child birth in the United States. Because of this, I think that the Kalamkari piece I made reflects this importance and the burden placed upon our society now that the right to safe abortions is not longer protected everywhere. This is especially relevant in the state of Texas, where healthcare access and patient care are already limited, but are now further limited, specifically in terms of negatively affecting people who mostly identify as women.
Another example is the recent pill bottle soft sculpture. I was very much influenced by the recent stimulant shortage that has greatly affected people with ADHD diagnoses. In response to this, there have been some policy changes that further limit accessibility to an already hard to get medication, worsening an already difficult situation for those who need stimulants. I think people have poor perception surrounding mental health, medications for mental health, and in particular stimulants. With the cute prompt, I feel like bringing awareness to these medications is very beneficial, as these can literally save people's lives. Amongst this dilemma, I saw some mentions on social media and reflected upon things I have heard in the past about ADHD. Many people who do not understand the full extent of the problems associated with ADHD, greatly reduce how detrimental it can be to a person. I have heard: "everyone has a little bit of ADHD", "I feel so ADHD right now", "people with ADHD just want stimulants", "stimulants make you smarter", etc. But the thing is that, yes everyone will have lapses in attention and focus (this is part of being human) but ADHD goes beyond lacking in focus or feeling hyperactive. The symptoms that are often unrealized include: confusion and disorganization, emotion dysregulation, executive dysfunction, time blindness, sensory processing disorder, racing and constant intrusive thoughts, and feelings of inferiority. These invisible symptoms are often hard to describe to people who are not suffering with the same woes, and as selfish humans, it is hard to imagine the perspective of another person. I think by working to decrease the stigma that surrounds mental health and treatment for mental health, those that are suffering and have the means to seek help can work to seek help.
2.) What role does beauty play in contemporary art?
Beauty is conventionally associated with femininity and soft elegance. However, I think beauty is highly dependent on a viewers perception or bias towards topics or art works. This is because not everyone's perception of beauty aligns with the conventional definition of the word. I think that in terms of conventionality, contemporary art has strayed away from this towards a more loose definition of beauty that is able to account for a wider array of work. it is also able to encompass a diversified outlook on life. Allowing representation of other races, cultures, and beliefs to be highlighted and well received by the public. With this expansion, these concepts that were/ are not largely held become more normalized within society and garner better reception.

[ RP LOG ]
Momori spreads gossip with Ignera Arbell.
Ignera l There is a loud thud as Ignera proceeds to toss another dusty tome into the pile. No, not that one, either. She plucks another one from the tall standing collecting, and flips through it.
Momori is simply passing through the common area - she’s doing her usual patrol throughout the ship. Sneaking into places, in and out of doors, being a general nuisance. But her mind is elsewhere, for as she walks by, she trips over a large pile of books and lands square at the center of the mountain.
Ignera sets forth an irritated huff as this tome, too, seems to not meet up to her expectations. She means to set it back from whence she found it, the smack of a head into the wooden floor earns a slow, but sure turn of her head.
Ignera: "................"
Ignera stares at Momori.
Momori doesn’t look up. Doesn’t get up. Head down, planking.
Momori: “.........................................”
Ignera: "...................................."
Momori: "..............................................................................................."
Ignera slowly sets the tome aside, not looking away from Momori's still shape against the floor.
Ignera: "...................................................................................................."
Momori - But eventually she picks herself back up, and carries on as if the embarrassing event had never happened. Despite the slight red mark on the center of her forehead. “Hi.”
Ignera is a patient woman-- if the last minute had not been evident enough-- and watches with a long smile as the expeditioner sets herself up.
Ignera: "Hi, dear." She greets her as if she had simply walked up to her.
Ignera: "...I did not hear you enter. How long have you...?"
Ignera looks around with a turn of her head there and here. It's more of a gesture.
Momori: “How long have I what?” She steps to the left of the pile of tomes. Her expression turns dark, and her hand moves to rest on the handle of one of her daggers. “What did you see? You saw nothing.”
Ignera 's eyes are an indecipherable thing beneath the shade of her pince-nez, but the other woman is subject to the raise of her brows.
Ignera: "Pray forgive me. I meant to ask how long you have been here."
Ignera: "Tirelessly working upon your patrol, I wager."
Momori moves her hand away from her blade, seemingly satisfied with Ignera’s answer. “Ah. Of course. I have been here for exactly thirty two seconds, now thirty three. Thirty four.” She turns to face the books, and picks up the one on top. Flips through it. “Searching for something?”
Ignera lets loose a soft huff at the recall of numbers, and her hands come to rest at her hips. "Very perceptive. Color me impressed." She assures her, the edge of her smile curling further.
Ignera: "That I am. I was searching for a... fictional novel I found here about a moon ago. I had an inkling to read it again, but I fear someone else might have taken it."
Ignera: "Woe is me..." She sighs out dramatically, her gaze momentarily wistfully turning skyward.
Ignera: "...why are you patrolling in the common room, if I might ask?" She asks.
Momori: “Fictional novel?” Momori purses her lips. “Perhaps I’ve seen it around. What was it about?”
Momori - In response to Ignera’s query: “Oh, just passing by.” The truth? Listening for any juicy conversations. Permanently borrowing lost items. Gluing coins to the floor for later entertainment. There was already one such coin attached beneath the dining table.
Ignera: "'Twas about a Lominsan merchant that gets washed up ashore, falls in love with a Ul'dahn prince, overtakes their government, buys a house in the Goblet, and becomes a Fist of Rhalgr."
Ignera: "....."
Ignera: "It makes sense in the book." She explains.
Ignera: "And have you? Found out anything interesting? I adore gossip."
(Momori) canonically momori knows gossip but i unfortunately do not (Momori) time to spread lies (Ignera) ODSHFAHFODSFDF (Ignera) lalafell shinobis these days all they do is kill, get trauma and lie (Momori) fkjdsl pretty much!!! die, lie, cry :-)
Momori: “.........................”
Momori: “That sounds like trash. But I am aware that some things can go so far into the negative that they end up being positive.” She shakes her head. “Overtakes the Ul’dahn government? A prince? H..Haha. Haha.”
Momori is forcing the laughter.
Momori: “Hmm, gossip. I have heard word that a certain...metal eating someone...was behind the disappearance of much of our loose change. You didn’t hear this from me though.”
Ignera: "It was absolutely atrocious garbage that deserved to be set ablaze for its sin of simply existing." Ignera agrees with a long smile.
Ignera: "Regardless, I wanted to give it another read."
Ignera: "With that said... hm. I may happen to know this person of whom you speak." She says, thoughtfully bringing a hand near her face so she could tap her chin.
Ignera: "They already know the weight of their crimes."
Ignera: "...anything else?" She chirps delightedly.
Momori narrows her eyes juuuust slightly. But she ends up not commenting on Ignera’s desire to read the saucy novel.
Momori: “Their crimes now have a tangible cost. And.” She points to the coin glued to the floor. “It seems someone has had enough of this money-eating menace, and wishes to catch them in action. Adelpo, for sure.”
Ignera pauses, where in that moment she spares the glued coin a quick glance.
Ignera: "...I do not believe Adelpo would have time for that. Any other guesses?"
Momori: “...............Who would pull such a thing? My mind is blank.” Momori thinks to herself. “Someone that has money, and a strong sense of justice. Lucas?”
Momori is just spitting out names at this point.
Ignera suddenly lets out a short-lived laugh.
Ignera: "Someone that has money? Lucas?"
Ignera: "You're really funny. I like you."
Momori: “Surely he has a single /coin/ to his name! I......! Excuse me, he’s an......adult?!” She sighs.
Ignera l While it is not as loud, Ignera briefly succumbs to a chuckling fit. She has to put her hands over her chest to will it away.
Ignera: "Oh, stop it! You're killing me!"
Ignera: "Anyway," She places bluntly before moving on.
Ignera: "These glued coins... are they spotted in many places around the ship?"
Momori stashes the nugget of information for later. Lucas is dirt poor, may be susceptible to gift giving as a method of loosening his lips. Bribery, in other words. “Yes, anyway.”
Momori: “I’ve only noticed that one.” It’s a lie, she knows exactly where they’ve all been placed, since she was the one to do the deed. But she remains stoic. Momori has a perpetual pokerface.
Ignera: "...huh."
Ignera steps over, giving a curious look down at it.
Ignera: "...you're closer. What citystate face does it have?"
Ignera: "Maybe 'tis a clue."
(Momori) ooh do gil look different based on citystate (Momori) like us quarters (Ignera) yes!! (Ignera) they have the faces of the leaders (Ignera) roe lady. blonde lady. man man. (Momori) old popey for ishgard?? (Ignera) ...MAYBE? they never released artwork for ishgard coins (Ignera) limited edition: murder pope (Momori) oooo...I'm kinda surprised ul'dah coin doesn't have nanamo on it (Ignera) ...honestly it might and my memory fails me?? let me check (Momori) haha i just googled it. the coins look awesome tho!!! i want (Ignera) LORD (Ignera) f in chat for miss nanamo
Momori kneels down to get a good look. “It seems to have some unbelievably old elezen on it.”
Ignera: "...perhaps an unbelievably old elezen glued them all."
Ignera: "I haven't seen Antoine yet. Is he as old as a frog?"
Momori: “An old elezen…” Her mind draws a blank. There wasn’t anyone that old on the Voyage, and, well. The resident ‘old person’ had passed away. “I haven’t seen Antoine in person before, so your guess is as good as mine.”
Ignera: "I am fully willing to pass on this blame unto someone I have never met. How about you?"
Ignera seems ready to shake on it.
Momori: “Let’s not be ageist. Young or old, any and everyone is capable of great mischief.” She pauses, then nods. “But yeah, that sounds good. Antoine. How /could/ he.”
Ignera gives a thumbs up, wholly content. "Perfect! I shall let everyone know immediately."
Ignera takes a step back-- is she leaving?
Ignera: "With you as my witness!"
Ignera: "Thank you very much."
Momori: “Of course.”
Ignera: "Otherwise, we will not discuss the conversation that took place today."
Ignera: "Is that to be understood?"
Momori ponders for a moment. “We should wait before approaching Antoine. I’d like to see the money guzzler to fall for the trap.” All lies. All of it.
Ignera: "Oh, I'm not approaching him."
Ignera: "Like I said: I adore gossip!"
Ignera: "He will know eventually."
Momori: “Aah-ha. Gotcha.” Momori decides she likes Ignera. A fellow agent of chaos. “Spread away!”
Ignera: "Of course!"
Ignera: "Anyway. Keep on... whatever you were doing." Ignera seemed to have already forgotten.

The line "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou, Romeo?" has always fascinated me because of the way it messes with the iamb, particularly Romeo's name. It's so symbolic because if he wasn't named Romeo Montague, there wouldn't be a problem - in the line, or in the story, for that matter.
What an interesting thought! Thank you for sharing it with me. Unfortunately I must confess I find scansion rather difficult, given that I still do not entirely understand the stress patterns of the English language (I’m not a native speaker). But let me see if I understand this: Romeo’s name should be pronounced in two syllables here, but even so, it’s still not a perfect line of standard iambic pentameter, yes? Correct me if I’m wrong, I would hate to spread misinformation.
I have always thought that the ‘wherefore art thou’ speech truly deserves to be the most well-known passage from Romeo and Juliet. It’s absolutely fascinating. The play does not cover as many philosophical issues as, say, Hamlet or King Lear, but here we have some linguistic and metaphysical concerns that are worth considering… and what makes it even better for me is that it belongs to Juliet. It makes me happy that Shakespeare gave this inexperienced young girl the ability to explore such matters so eloquently, to defend her theory of the arbitrary connection between the signified and the signifier so brilliantly.
Interestingly, she is not the only character in the play to struggle with the lack of harmony in Romeo’s name. The Nurse finds it odd that it should begin with an ‘R’, which she attributes to the snarl of a dog.
NURSEDoth not rosemary and Romeo begin both with a letter?ROMEOAy, nurse; what of that? Both with an R.NURSEAh, mocker, that’s the dog’s name; R is for the—no; I know it begins with some other letter.
Being illiterate, she does not associate the first sound of Romeo and rosemary with the letter ‘R’. On the contrary, she relates it to the snarl of a dog (which sounds like ‘arr’). So a probable interpretation is that she finds such a sound too aggressive for Romeo and rosemary.
Mercutio, too, mentions the coarseness of his friend’s name—though in his case, he objects that Romeo’s love for a woman has deprived him of ‘his roe’:
BENVOLIOHere comes Romeo, here comes Romeo.MERCUTIOWithout his roe, like a dried herring: flesh, flesh, how art thou fishified! Now is he for the numbers that Petrarch flowed in.
If Romeo has lost the first syllable of his name, then all that is left is ‘me’ and ‘O’, words that can be easily associated with the language of love (i.e. O me!). He thinks Romeo has lost his vigor as a consequence of lovemaking, and that he only truly recovers his real self when he goes back to his male company, abandoning his Petrarchan verses: 'Now art thou Romeo,’ Mercutio says.
The Arden edition also suggests that if he has lost 'his roe’, then his name is merely 'meo’, or 'miaow’. That is, Romeo is a defenseless pussycat in comparison with Tybalt the Prince of Cats ('Is he a man to encounter Tybalt?’, Mercutio wonders). This is very interesting: while the Nurse disapproves of Romeo’s 'R’ for being reminiscent of 'the dog’s name’, Mercutio complains that his strength has been minimized and he is now an inoffensive cat.
Juliet, on the contrary, tends to soften his name by associating him with tender images. She first links him with a rose, which begins with the same syllable as Romeo’s name. The Nurse then mentions that Juliet 'hath the prettiest sententious of it, of [Romeo] and rosemary, that it would do [him] good to hear it.’ I read an essay about the symbolism of rosemary in the play recently, and I discovered that this flower is a symbol of remembrance. (Ophelia herself mentions it in 4.5: 'There’s rosemary. That’s for remembrance. Pray you, love, remember.’) Most interestingly, it was used at weddings and funerals! I can’t get over how suitable it is for Romeo and Juliet, given that the Liebestod trope is a prominent one and love and death are always combined in the play. So metaphorically, Juliet’s bridal rosemary (i.e. Romeo) becomes her companion in death as well, as he goes back to Verona to die by her side, promising to 'still stay with thee’. It’s very symbolic.
Etymology may also reveal some intriguing symbolism concerning Romeo’s name. Without claiming any authorial intent, I do find the pilgrimage motif on the lovers’ first meeting very riveting, considering that Romeo’s name means ‘pilgrim to Rome’. I do wonder if Shakespeare was aware of this, since he was the one to invent the saint/pilgrim conceits here—they do not exist in Arthur Brooke’s poem. It is then fascinating that he introduces himself as a pilgrim, and after Juliet exposes her Aristotelian understanding of language and her firm belief that Romeo’s true identity is not dependent upon a mere name, he echoes the religious motifs from their first conversation and says,
I take thee at thy word:Call me but love, and I’ll be new baptized;Henceforth I never will be Romeo.
Metaphorically, she baptizes him. He finds a new identity, and would happily 'tear the word’ if he had it written. From that moment on it is as if there were two Romeos: Romeo Montague and her Romeo. (He is referred to as Juliet’s Romeo seven times in the play—if I counted them all up, that is.) But given the power the feud holds in their society, Romeo cannot easily free himself from the burden of his own name. He even wishes to take his own life in 3.3 in an attempt to destroy his Montague self.
NURSEO, [Juliet] says nothing, sir, but weeps and weeps; And now falls on her bed; and then starts up,And Tybalt calls; and then on Romeo cries,And then down falls again.ROMEOAs if that name,Shot from the deadly level of a gun,Did murder her; as that name’s cursed handMurdered her kinsman. O, tell me, friar, tell me,In what vile part of this anatomyDoth my name lodge? Tell me, that I may sackThe hateful mansion.
Here is the unbearable weight of names, thwarting Romeo and forcing him into the violence of the feud. Juliet, with her wonderful linguistic skepticism, is the only valuable opposition to it. In choosing his wife over his name when he commits suicide in the Capulets’ crypt, he proves tragically, sorrowfully, that Juliet was right when she claimed that his real self isn’t conditioned by names and words, which are after all designed simply by human convention. Symbolically, the last words of the play, 'Juliet and her Romeo’, transcend the strict conventions of the feud and recognize the value of Juliet’s philosophy, as well as Romeo’s triumph in his last and perpetual pilgrimage to Juliet’s being.
I also noticed the reiteration of the words ‘O, Romeo, Romeo!’ throughout the play: they are repeated first by Benvolio after Mercutio’s death (‘O, Romeo, Romeo, brave Mercutio is dead’) and then by the Nurse after Tybalt’s decease (‘O, Romeo, Romeo! Who would have thought it?’). Interestingly, instead of following Arthur Brooke’s poem, who called the character 'Romeus’, Shakespeare showed predilection for the Italian version. 'Romeo’ is indeed more lyrical for the English language, as shown in the repetition of the o vowel in 'O Romeo, Romeo’, and it easily rhymes with other words, a good example of that being the last lines of the play: 'For never was a story of more woe / Than this of Juliet and her Romeo.’
#thoughts#answered#sophiethetheatrefangirl#Romeo and Juliet#Shakespeare#Romeo#thank you for the ask!#in Spanish there's a word for both pilgrim and rosemary#it's fascinating because that word is literally 'romero'!#so similar to Romeo's name!#it's one of the few things that are improved in translation#I'm also interested in the etymology of rosemary#'ros marinus' aka dew of the sea#that's also symbolic isn't it? since Romeo's life is often associated with nautical metaphors in the play#I must also say#I don't understand the difference between pronouncing Romeo in 3 syllables and in 2#I'm dumb#but English pronunciation drives me crazy

CHRISTIANS ARE LIKE SHEEP TO THE SLAUGHTER
STUPID DUMB CHRISTIANS ARE LIKE SHEEP TO THE SLAUGHTER By Pastor Del Wray Something is wrong with America! What was it that destroyed the Roman Empire? Let me suggest three things that caused Rome to collapse. First Rome “Rotted from Within Morally”. Second, she made too much of “Sporting Events” with her large coliseums and third, she “Over Taxed” her citizens. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? Today's newspapers are full of stories about the rampant rise in divorce rates; the increasing abuse of children by some parents; increases in the incidence of rape; pornography being read by an increasing number of people; more crimes against property; demands for world government; urgings for national borders to fall; Christian churches being closed because they will not seek licensing by the state; etc. But why are these things happening? Why are all of the legacies of the past, the family, national borders, the right to practice any chosen religion, the right to private property, amongst other things, under such attack? Is it possible that there are actually people and organizations who really want to change the basic order of things? Clues to the answers to these questions can be gleaned from some comments made by people and organizations that are talking about these wide-reaching changes in the nature of our lifestyle. Could it be that American Christians have turned from their Creator? Yes all of the above, but there is an unseen hand at work behind the scenes seeking to destroy American Democracy and rid America of Christianity. American Christians are blindly relishing in their materialism having become lazy and apathetic about this unseen enemy that is out to tear down and obliterate its freedom. They’re like sheep hell-bent to the slaughter, stupid and dumb, blind and deceived, unbelieving and refusing to obey God just as the Jews in ancient times. Any student of the Bible who has studied Holy Scripture for any length of time knows the Church Age ends in apostasy followed by 7 years of Tribulation, 31/2 years of Jewish domination of the world under their false messiah, the Jewish anti-Christ, when tens of millions of Christians will be killed for refusing to follow after this satanic One World leader. It’s estimated that over 200,000,000 Americans will be slaughtered by way of the guillotine and decapitation. After which, begins the second 31/2 years of trumpet and viol judgments known as the Great Tribulation, upon the Jewish nation for rejecting their true Messiah and becoming the instruments of death and slaughter of all those who have been martyred in the name of Jesus Christ and Christianity down through the centuries. Jesus Christ returns in His glory destroying His enemies and reins over the earth for one thousand years, called the Age of Righteousness or the Millennial Kingdom. Then God’s people will be removed from the earth and a New Havens and New Earth is spoken into existence. The Holy Spirit then cries out to John, there on the Isle of Patmos… "And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new..." Rev. 21:3-5 What is wrong with America? The Jews are what is wrong with America. "The Jewish religion as it is today traces its descent, without a break, through all the centuries, from the Pharisees."— Universal Jewish Encyclopedia The very people Jesus spoke vilest about. Today, the Christian church stands at a crossroads. The divine and sacred mission of the Christian faith faces a danger at this juncture in history which is greater than any it has faced in 2,000 years. If the day ever comes when Christians cannot profess their faith as they do today in America, then we will see the beginning of the end. The history of the world, for the past several Centuries and current events at home and abroad, confirm to the intelligent person that there is indeed something wrong with America, a conspiracy is afoot to destroy Christian civilization. The world-wide plot of these diabolical conspirators has been instituted while most Christians have been asleep in front of their pulpits and their TV's. For the most part, the Christian clergy, who should have been in the forefront of exposing this danger, have been indifferent or ignorant and have been the ones who assisted the enemies of Christ in their efforts to destroy us. This ignorance and indifference have dealt a blow to the Christian faith from which many will never recover. Christian fundamentalist believes in The End Times, the Rapture, the physical return of Jesus Christ, Armageddon and the Millennium. I have no argument with those who do just as long as they aren't aiding and abetting the New World Order, as exemplified by the so-called Christian Zionist John Hagee ministries out of Texas. Our shamefully dumbed-down American public refuses to take these warnings seriously, like sheep to the slaughter because they cannot imagine that the betrayal is as huge as it actually is and they are so utterly dependent on what they witness locally, meaning that since they don't see the 20 foot high barb wire fences around FEMA concentration camps in their neighborhoods, they must not exist. Well, just 8 miles from our church is Camp Somerset, an X-WW2 German POW camp being prepared right now by FEMA to be used as a Concentration Camp. I have observed myself FEMA vehicles/trucks coming and going from this camp. Why? Woe to you foolish Americans when they come for you and your family... There should be no confusion in the minds of Christians when it comes to the fundamentals of the faith. The mindlessness and confusion in this country would not exist if it were not for those of the preachers who are allies with the enemy who seeks to destroy them. There are countless Christians who are standing on the sidelines watching as their faith withers on the vine, and their freedom is about to drop into the laps of their enemies like overripe fruit. This cup will become bitterer when they realize that it is the ignorance and indifference of their spiritual leaders which has caused the deplorable condition of Christianity today. When Christians see their leaders in defeat on every front, they too will become confused and afraid. To stop this surrender, the clergy MUST make an about-face, no matter how painful it may be. They must take a stand against the invisible and intangible ideological war which is being waged against Christianity. How stupid can we be? As one preacher said, “we ought to sue our brains for non-support”. Let me say to those who read here, don’t be stupid all your life. America is deaf, dumb and blind when it comes to their spiritual well being, reaping the consequences of our sin. I do not utilize the aforementioned terms in a derisive or derogatory manner to those who may be physically handicapped, but rather I am referring to those millions of Christian in this land of ours who are mentally and spiritually deaf, dumb, and or blind. Before considering these conditions, it would be wise to look at the definitions of these terms so that we may have a better understanding. DEAF: unable to hear; refusing to listen. DUMB: without the power of speech; bereft of the power of speech temporarily; that which does not speak or is little addicted to speaking. BLIND: lacking the sense of sight; unable or unwilling to try to understand; not controlled by reason; not possessing or proceeding from intelligence; lacking all awareness. I fully understand that the "remnant" reading this article is cognizant of the matters which I will present herein, but this message very likely is applicable to your friends and family who may appear blissfully unaware of the coming judgment of the Almighty. Are you fulfilling your role as a Christian watchman in accordance with Ezekiel 33:6? Over the years, since Roe vs. Wade, we have witnessed more than fifty million babies being murdered under the guise of abortion. Sadly the vast majority of these have been babies. We don't see foreigners and strangers having a great number of abortions. After all, more babies mean more public assistance. Our people whether we like to acknowledge it or not, are under the Law. Those who say the Law was "nailed to the cross" are in serious error. The only thing nailed to the cross were the "ordinances," mostly pertaining to the animal sacrifices, since the Lamb of God was slain for us, there is no need for further blood sacrifices, And our people are deaf dumb and blind. Violent crime, murder, rape, physical assault, armed robbery, etc. continues to escalate throughout the country and the U.S. Justice Department statistics indicate one such type of crime occurs every four minutes somewhere in the nation. The growth of Hispanic and Oriental gangs in the past decade had been epidemic with senseless initiation-type murders, car-jacking, home-invasions, drive-by shootings, etc. It has reached the point where those who are supposed to protect us are in fear for their own lives. And while our people may appear to be concerned, they are in truth, deaf dumb, and blind. While the Scriptures are very clear on homosexuality, Lev. 18:22, 20:13, Rom. 1:24-28, et al. We have in the past two decades witnessed an explosion in the open flaunting of such decadent behavior. Prior to that time, these sodomizers dared not parade their disgusting acts in public. Today they have parades in our major cities and special "queer" weekends at "theme parks," and "resorts" and they openly demand "their rights" to do so. In addition, we have elected politicians who openly admit that they are "gay" and who continue to be re-elected by their mainly ungodly constituents. And our people, while they may disapprove, are deaf dumb, and blind. Our God is not mocked! Judgment cometh! Have you noticed the tremendous growth in pornography, in all forms: print, movies, television, etc. that is sweeping the country? And it is not all "adult" in nature but it is expanding into the area of intimate acts of child porn. Notice if you will the heavy involvement of the Jewish Talmudists in these endeavors. And our people, some of whom subscribe to this filth are deaf dumb and blind. We are literally being invaded today by tens of millions of aliens and strangers from all of the third world countries of the world. These illegals bring into our nation sickness, filth and disease, and non-Christian traits and living conditions. We have been informed in Scripture that we shall not "put a stranger over thee," and yet today we don't seem to understand this admonition. If our political leaders would listen to, and abide by the Word of God, illegal immigration would cease immediately. Miscegenation/race-mixing is on the increase and why would we expect anything else? Read the history of our people! And yet, most of our people are deaf dumb and blind to what our God states with regard to this. Our so-called "excellent" system of public education is costing hundreds of billions of dollars every year to achieve nothing better than mediocre or failing grades and dumbed-down graduates. According to the U. S. Dept. of Education, almost 46% of the students who graduate from high school are considered "semi-literate." We have allowed the humanists, the AFT, and the NEA, and dare I say, the "Satanists" to take over our schools. We have "outlawed" school prayer, and removed God from our schools. Yet, even though parents clamor for more educational resources, they are deaf dumb and blind to the many shortfalls. Is it any wonder that many of our people have commenced "homeschooling"? From about 1,000 children twenty-five years ago, home-schooling now numbers almost 8 million children. As a nation, we have expended huge sums in the "wars," the war on poverty, the war on drugs, etc., and we have obviously LOST all of these. Drugs and Poverty are still with us, and more so than ever. We have exported our manufacturing and industry in the name of corporate greed. Our manufacturing is now done in Thailand, Japan, Ecuador, Guatemala, Nigeria, Cambodia, Peru, India, Pakistan, China, and other nations in Africa and South America. Just look at the labels on most all of the products you buy. We have become an "information" and "service" society! We are a destitute nation who has given our God-given resources to third-world nations that despise us. And our people and our leaders are deaf dumb and blind to the consequences. We have no morality and ethical levels of conduct left. We see the corruption and greed running rampant among our leaders. We have more lawyers in this nation than all the rest of the world combined. Contrary to Scripture, we have become a "suing" people. And our people, for the most part, are deaf dumb, and blind as to what the Word of God says. We have expended hundreds of billions of dollars in aid and support to the ungodly Jewish Talmudists. We are even now involved in the war in Iraq at a cost of 2,000+ of our sons, fathers, husbands, mothers, sisters, and brothers. I would like to pose to President Trump, the question asked by Jehu, son of Hanani, of King Jehoshaphat of Judah long ago: "Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the Lord? Therefore is wrath upon thee from before the Lord." 2 Chron. 19:2. And the Fundamentalists and Evangelicals and many from Protestantism are deaf dumb and blind. The Zionists reject Jesus Christ, and such conduct was unheard of fifty years ago. Our churches, for the most part, have become hollow, empty and Godless buildings. Many of the pastors, ministers, and priests follow the traditions of men over the Word of God. Materialism governs the established church. The pastors, ministers, and priests are supposed to be teaching the Word of God, but many have no idea of what the Gospel message is. There are some who deny the "virgin birth" of our Saviour as mere fiction. There are others who question the truth of the resurrection without which there is no salvation for Jew or Gentile. There are others who see nothing wrong with same-sex marriage. There are some who are practicing homosexuals and lesbians. For many of the clergy, it is a career, and not a heartfelt commitment to work for the LORD our God. And our people follow these blind leaders and are deaf dumb, and blind to what the Scriptures say. We are a sick and troubled nation! We are sick and troubled people! We are deaf. We don't want to hear about such unpleasant things as I have mentioned in this article. We are mentally and spiritually unwilling to hear. We are dumb. We don't want to use the power of speech to speak out on the critical and important issues that we face as a people and a nation. We prefer not to get involved. Some may think that we are religious extremists or kooks, or at best religious intolerants. Remember, whatever the issue, if it conflicts with the Word of God, we have both the duty and the responsibility, and the right to speak out. Use the power of speech! We are blind. We don't want to see what is going on all around us. Many do not want to search the Scriptures to find out what God has to say about some issue. When you know the truth, you have to react in accordance with the Word, or pay the price of disobedience, and isn't that price SIN? You cannot merely pay lip service to God. God is not mocked! We have had the "blessings" as stated in Deuteronomy 28:1-14, and now we have progressed to the "curses" section of verses for disobedience. Read this chapter of Scripture and compare what we have been and what we are today. There does appear to be somewhat of an "awakening" on the part of our people today as they question some of the concerns that I have enumerated herein. And surely, the ultimate solution to all of our problems is to follow the instructions contained in that famous verse of 2 Chronicles 7:14.

THE HEAVENLY ARMY WILL BE ON THIS EARTH COME THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD: [INCREDIBLE].. Zephaniah 3:8-9 Therefore - wait ye - upon me, saith the Lord, [until the day] that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to [gather] the nations, that I may [assemble] the kingdoms, to pour mine indignation upon them, even all my fierce anger for [all] the [earth] shall be devoured with the [fire] of my jealousy. For [then] will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent. Revelation 19:19-21 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, [gathered together] to make war [against him] that sat on the horse, and [against his army]. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. BEHOLD THE MIGHTY ARMY OF THE LORD: Isaiah 13:3-16 I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness. The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the Lord of hosts mustereth the host of the battle. They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the Lord, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.Howl ye; for the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger. And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land. Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. Zechariah 14 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one. Isaiah 33 Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee. O Lord, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble. At the noise of the tumult the people fled; at the lifting up of thyself the nations were scattered. And your spoil shall be gathered like the gathering of the caterpiller: as the running to and fro of locusts shall he run upon them. The Lord is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness. And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure. Behold, their valiant ones shall cry without: the ambassadors of peace shall weep bitterly. The highways lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man. The earth mourneth and languisheth: Lebanon is ashamed and hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel shake off their fruits. Now will I rise, saith the Lord; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself. Ye shall conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you. And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire. Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might. The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off. Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where is the receiver? where is he that counted the towers? Thou shalt not see a fierce people, a people of a deeper speech than thou canst perceive; of a stammering tongue, that thou canst not understand. Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken. But there the glorious Lord will be unto us a place of broad rivers and streams; wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall gallant ship pass thereby. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us. Thy tacklings are loosed; they could not well strengthen their mast, they could not spread the sail: then is the prey of a great spoil divided; the lame take the prey. And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity. Isaiah 25 O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. For thou hast made a city a heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built. Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee. For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low. And in this mountain shall the Lord of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined. And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it. And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the Lord; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. For in this mountain shall the hand of the Lord rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill. And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands. And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust. THE GREAT SALVATION OF OUR GOD: Isaiah 43:8-11 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears. Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth. Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour. Isaiah 26 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which [keep the truth] may enter in. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusts in thee. Isaiah 45:7-8 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the Lord have created it. Isaiah 49:8 Thus saith the Lord, In an [acceptable time] have I heard thee, and in a [day of salvation] have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages; Isaiah 51:5 My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust. Isaiah 51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished. Isaiah 52:10 The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. Isaiah 56:1 Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed. Isaiah 61:10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. Lamentations 3:26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord. Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will [wait] for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
