We can be fuckin honest. Hockey Canada has been screwing with player development for decades-- complacency "we'll always be best at hockey so let the boys do whatever", letting disgusting hockey culture fester, letting the cost remain a barrier to entry, all which has resulted in less families letting their kids get into/stay in hockey. I'm not surprised at all that the rest of the hockey world has caught up and surpassed us. We always had other hockey countries beat by volume. But now with our quantity down, it's now a match between quality and lol guess we don't match up at this moment in hockey
