*mumble mumble* i get imposter syndrome especially w my own writing sometimes and it’s silly cus it’s FANDOM, and it’s hard not to get fixated on things like numbers, and that’s despite my best efforts and despite me always telling other ppl stats don’t matter because some of the best things I’ve read do not have high hits. which sounds like cope but u know that weird maxim where the kindness u extend to others is only ever true for others and not for yourself aksjsksks. anyway hypercapitalism and validation thru stats for smth as unquantifiable as fandom enjoyment is a curse. like it’s literally rpf so pls chill the engines, wiz brain 😤✋
