We’ve gotten about 13 inches of snow in the last 24 hours and a few more inches are expected to fall before it’s over. So school is closed and I’ve shifted my work hours from today to tomorrow, which is normally my day off. If you have a snow day today, too, curl up with a good book like I plan to!

I am extremely blessed to live up where I do with the beautiful views—EXCEPT in winter. Here is a perfect example of this. My town believes in using sand instead of salt on the roads—Which does nothing except mess up your yard and house. This is my street.
