i found a dirty old dog with a number of health issues and covered in flea dirt wandering in the road today. i got him checked for a chip, brought him home and gave him a bath and some food, and spent six hours trying to find the owner before we connected. the dog recognized his owner but turned around and came back to me and had to be carried to the car
