Is it not equally and negatively romantic to hate someone as much as it is to love? Both are powerful emotions, ranging from small crushes and peeves to fullblown til death do us part level emotions.

Is it not just as crushing to declare your undying hatred for someone just to discover that they don't care about you at all?

Like I get it though, if I hate you and you hate me, maybe we can be enemies. Just don't be upset about it if I don't hate you back. I'm picky about who I hate. Like I don't hate people based on how they look, I hate people based on how they act. If you can't act I don't wanna be your enemy. I need an enemy who's gonna show up for me. Dealbreaker. Boundaries.

And they have to be hot. The royal hot. You should find your enemy to either be super cute or that mad ugly kind of sexy. No in betweens. No mediocrity. Either they match my freak, we compliment each other, or we clash in a dramatic fashion. Theres someone for everyone and if youre not mine for me then why would you even want to be my enemy? You deserve an enemy that adores you. That wants to be you.

The CP Diary: Keeping Up With Change

Change is inevitable. Change remains a constant in our lives. Forced change is something you bring on yourself and that's not always good change, particularly if the decisions you make, put you in a worse place. We're very much seeing that in politics. For me any form of change is unsettling. Change can disrupt the familiar, challenge our routines, it demands us to adapt. But perhaps there’s more to change than just adjustment. Change, at its core, is about growth not everyone is comfortable with that.

Keeping up with Change In today’s world, keeping up with change isn’t just about surviving the upheavals – it’s about thriving in the new reality that change brings. It is especially true for those living with challenges, where change can take on unique, often more complex forms. When the mind already navigates obstacles, adding more unknowns into the mix, can feel overwhelming.

Yet, in the world, as many people have found, change isn't easy. Acknowledging and accepting change can help us to focus on what matters: our wellbeing, our personal and spiritual growth, and the life that nurtures us. The Emotional and Mental Impact of Change Change doesn’t just affect our external circumstances; it triggers emotional and mental responses that shape how we perceive the world around us. But these emotions, when approached with patience, understanding and mindfulness, can also teach us about resilience and even hope. The CP Diary is about change. As I continue to write about different topics, I navigate different landscapes focusing on change. When anyone reflects on their personal experiences, whether positive, negative, or challenging, they allow for a deeper understanding of themselves and how change affects them.
