E.g, kissing interaction base game -> no touching; Pose I made where their faces are basically inside each other’s in blender -> in game, nada; Pose made by well known pose maker and they have pictures IN GAME of their sims smoochin’ -> LOL NOPE

They always have their mouths hovering near each other.

whoops its 6:40 am and i promised this yesterday but here are some modern day dps headcanons

meeks is like. super fucking popular online. he has an instagram in which he takes photos and they get millions of likes since vermont is so fucking pretty. he sometimes asks his friends to pose and its amazing

neil becomes a teachers assistant for keating in his senior year, helping him teach the lessons. the juniors love him and they all kinda fall in love with him. 

charlie is the musical.ly GOD okay dont fight me on this. he insists its cool and gets everyone to come and join him from time to time as they lip sync to kesha and justin bieber

knox eventually grows out of his crush on chris and tries to be the ‘relationship guru’ for his friends but unsurprisingly it ends disastrously every single time

neil drags them to vegan food restaurants ALL THE TIME, those ones with smoothies and kale? yeah those. (”it nourishes the body as well as the mind” “neil shut the fuck up im eating cardboard”)

pitts works in a radio station and the gang sometimes comes in to help him clean and calls in with prank calls when he requests songs. he says its annoying but pittsie loves his friends so much he doesnt really mind

charlie and neil have the longest fucking snapchat streak and when neil accidentally breaks it charlie literally threatens to beat the shit out of him

in an effort to break away from sociatal norms, charlie starts to wear makeup and dress more feminine occasionally and really likes it. neil helps him with the makeup at first but charlie quickly becomes better with it than neil could ever be

meeks is a really good artist, both digitally and traditionally. of course the gang always asks him to draw them, but meeks never does it (well, maybe secretly but he never tells them)

todd, working to overcome his public speaking problem, starts to read more and is eventually asked to read some pieces in front of the freshman class to inspire them. eight kids cry openly and 4 more cry silently afterwards.

after neil starts to express himself and can finally be who he is, he comes out to his friends. they all accept it with open arms and ever since neil always wears a little rainbow flag on his backpack

knox is like... actually a really good singer? he sings the blues and its really nice. charlie gets huffy because he can lipsync it better than knox could ever sing it but nobody was impressed

of course, the flying desk set is a tradition strictly between neil and todd

since charlie is assbackwards rich the gang travels quite a bit, going to new york frequently and into canada

meeks accidentally hacked into the school website and changed the school banner from ‘welton’ to ‘smellton’

todd comes out next, all of them sitting around pitts house and he just says out loud ‘im gay’ they all joke that neil isnt special anymore but todd could cry from relief

the guys practically live at each others houses (except neils they never go to neils and neil tries to stay out of his own house as often as possible)

neil starts the lgbtqa club at welton, hosting it in keatings room and discussing queer history and whatnot. it takes a while, but he eventually convinces todd to join as well

i lowkey headcanon meeks as bi, and everyone finds out when charlie steals his glasses and meeks throws him off my smoochin him

todd and neils first kiss is SUPER awkward since they r both so excited and kiss as they walk home from their club meeting, softly holding hands in the cold

knox makes very good playlists, often angering pitts as he is the one who is suppose to be the dj

the whole gang gets matching tattoos saying ‘carpe diem’ afteer seeing keating has one he got during his ‘rebellious phase’

keating drives neil to therapy since his parents dont know and really becomes a father figure for neil

they even jokingly call each other ‘old man’ and ‘sport’

even when they graduate and go to college all over the country, they meet up in new york whenever possible and still remain closer than ever

they meet up in the cave one last time and read original pieces, carving their names into the surrounding trees so the forest can keep the secrets they had in the cave

Hmmm…sorry anon. It took me a while to answer this cuz I really had to think about it thoroughly. 

So, my first thought is that “It’s no problem, dude, Batman and Superman are good and cool and heck yeah they’ll be no problems with their kids goin’ down with the smoochin’” 

But I actually consulted a good friend of mine and he got me to think about this issue a bit more critically. 

Disclaimer! All of this is my own opinion and it will definitely clash with the opinion of other people. I’m not saying the characters ARE the way i say, only that I INTERPRETED them that way and my interpretations can be wrong.

Short answer? Both Batman and Superman will say no.

At first.

So…Batman.

I think Batman has nothing against the whole boys kissing boys thing, but rather, I think his issue will be the fact that Jon is the Son of Superman. From the get-go. Bruce is crazy paranoid about everything, especially things he can’t control (like, super powerful aliens). Also, he’s already had a suspicion about the dangers Jon poses to the world (which is, incidentally, an upcoming crossover arc in Superman, Super Sons, and Teen Titans, starring Future!Drake-Batman wanting to kill Jon for being a danger in his future). 

I get that he’s friends with Clark, but Batman doesn’t like unknowns and variables and he always has suspicions about everyone, even his allies and friends. Damian being in a relationship with Jon, a being whose power and threat he can’t even quantify, would be a huge no-no for Bruce. At the very least, he’d worry how his son’s relationship could complicate his own working relationship with Superman. At worst, he’d worry how Jon could pose a danger to Damian that could get him killed (again). 

So, yeah, he’ll object.

Now with Supes…i’m gonna have to guess a little more and it could get into issues i don’t want to argue about…

Okay, so, let me just get one thing clear, these are all my opinions and own interpretations, okay? 

So, Supes. He was raised in a rural town learning the traditional values of Pa Kent. He’s a classic simple-living farmboy at heart. And with that…well, i posit that Clark has a fair bit of conservatism and aversion to drastic change that you would expect from someone with that background (look, I know he’s seen some cosmically effed up crazy crap from all his adventures in the comic verse spanning all the way into the 80s but bear with me here).

Don’t get me wrong - Clark would save lgbtq+ people in a heartbeat. But when it’s his own son, I think he’ll get some mixed feelings about it. For one thing, he believes in and does have the traditional nuclear family, and I don’t doubt he’d want the same for Jon. Jon having a boyfriend would make Supes worry because it clashes with the future he’d envisioned for his kid (maybe, probably, please don’t kill me). 

For another thing, he’s extremely protective of Jon, and he would like nothing more than to give Jon a happy peaceful life. But Supes knows that the world as it is now…it’s still not the kind of place that makes it easy to live as a gay person, y’know? I think he’d worry about Jon having a harder life if he was gay.

Also, I kinda have this headcanon that Supes lowkey thinks Damian is a mildly not-as-good influence on Jon (the day Jon swears for real, Damian is gonna have a tense visit from Clark). He might see that Damian is too coercive or manipulative and think that Damian forced or conditioned Jon into a relationship. He might think things like “Jon’s still young, he can’t be sure what he likes yet!” or “What if Damian is making him think he’s gay?”

Clark would be such a doting parent that he’d constantly worry about his only son. At the end of the day, he would say no. He would object to the relationship, mostly because he worries about the possible negative things it could bring Jon in the future.

BIIIIG BUT - There’s a caveat to all this.

Honestly, even if their dads object, there’s not much they can do about it. If Damian and Jon really want to be together, they will be.  

Both of them have disobeyed their dads in the past, and they are both strong-willed enough to pursue something like a committed relationship outside of their fathers’ concerns. They both also have other friends and family that would be more supportive of a gay relationship.

That said, both Bruce and Clark are learning how to be dads as much as their sons are learning about themselves. I fully believe that they if their sons were gay and in a relationship, they’ll both learn to approve of it in time. Whatever worries they may have will still be overpowered by how much they love their child. This is a characterization of the both of them that has been consistent in how they are portrayed in the comics. Once they see how much better off Damian and Jon are together, they’ll have no more objections.

..Heck, that was a mouthful. I hope that’s enough of an answer for ya.
