In the red carpet interviewes after the victory, Johannes is mostly placed center. However, now they aren't walking the line from interviewer to interviewer, but rather doing multiple interviews at once in a press free for all. This place him always center frame.

He is also a lot more relaxed here. Leaning against the podium yto stay close to microphones, but also letting the interviewers come top them. It is now his job to navigate, who they are going to answer and when.

The band have now been asked numerous questions that allude to the fact that they are, in fact, a very experienced and notable band in the scene, as a band specifically. This is to say, they are looked up to as a role model band for those starting out, as well as someone well regarded.

The tone of question, for that reason, is partly different. They're frequently asked their opinion on the state of the industry for bands, advice for those starting out, etc. Johannes still takes the lead on these, but the answers are more shared. In these Johannes looks more to his band, because they need to be answered as a band.

The fact that they have a solidified dynamic shows. They know how their band works, and why it works, so answering as a band, about bands, is fluid and easy.

Here Johannes' role is also not just to take the lead, but to keep things on track. When Jonttu answers a question, Johannes repeats what he said in a more concise wording and builds on it. The band work as a unified front, sharing the answer amongst themselves and Johannes is the one to voice it most clearly to the audience.

In other words, the fact that band have an explicitly stated dynamic also makes it very easy to answer question that are directed to the band as a whole or require the band as a whole. Still, Johannes has the lead position, and it works in keeping thing from turning chaotic or disorganized. They work as a unified front and that includes Johannes taking the lead.
