#I also liked the portrayal of Dragonfly’s grief in the back-up story#the depiction of Earth-Alpha Stinger not being able to function well in his civilian identity and make friends#came across a little like he was on the wrong earth#and not like he was on his own earth that he’s well-suited for#but I’m interested in the concept#particularly I thought it was inspired to parallel it to Dragonfly being criticized for making his Chip his sidekick#‘that’s no life for a kid’#with Stinger being a sidekick having this detrimental effect on him#and Stinger’s loneliness when he’s away from Dragonflyman to Dragonfly’s overall loneliness#ahoy comics#richard fame#my posts#comic panels
