Shane gostava de pensar que tinha uma boa relação com todas as suas ex-namoradas. Apenas gostava, pois na pratica a coisa era bem diferente. Ele se dava bem com Selene, os dois dividiam a guarda da chinchila que adotaram juntos, e ele realmente se preocupava com o bem-estar dela e tudo mais. Mas o mesmo não poderia ser dito sobre Orion. Desde o relacionamento conturbado e o término no começo do ano, que eles se evitavam mais do que o diabo evitava uma cruz. Se encontravam e até tentavam ser cordiais um com o outro. A conversa começava bem, e quando menos esperavam lá estavam outra vez, falando do passado, trocando farpas, pois ainda havia tanta coisa não dita dos dois lados. Era difícil. Mas era igualmente difícil ficar longe dela. Shane se via atraído a Orion como um imã, como uma bussola que apontava para o norte, e o seu norte ainda era ela. 

Ele sempre se via indo na direção da mais velha, consciente ou não, como era o caso naquele momento. Shane acabava de pegar seu monstro pet, e a primeira pessoa em que pensou em apresentá-lo fora Orion. Os dois conversam bastante no passado sobre o desejo de ter um bichinho daqueles, mas a correria da mais velha jamais permitiu. Agora lá estava ele com o Golem nos braços, animado e completamente feliz, batendo na porta do quarto da ex-namorada para lhe apresentar o novo amigo. Não demorou muito para que ela abrisse, e ele lhe lançasse um sorriso animado, e completamente sem noção. Pois verdade seja dita, tinha que ser sem noção para bater na porta da ex que te odeia. — Adivinha só o que eu ganhei!! Um monstrinho pet. flashback: four years ago: quarto de orion 

A relação com Oriana sempre foi complicada. Eram apaixonados demais, e isso era o paraíso e o inferno ao mesmo tempo. Maxon sempre foi casual e desapegado, e descobriu um lado ciumento de si que não gostava muito, mas também não conseguia controlar. Brigavam por diversos motivos e depois acabavam se acertando. Não era uma relação saudável, mas ele não conseguia se acertar, nem mesmo desistir de tudo. Após alguns meses separados, o rapaz jurava que não a procuraria mais. Porém, bastou transformar alguns copos d’água em álcool, que saiu do bar quase discretamente, a procura da Godlikes. 

Na época, os quartos ainda eram em duplas. Maxon não se importava caso a colega de quarto de Orion o visse, o julgasse ou qualquer coisa parecida. Estava bêbado demais para se importar. Cambaleava pelos corredores, bateu em umas duas portas erradas por não enxergar direito o número na porta, até que finalmente encontrou. Bateu muitas vezes, mal controlando o peso da própria mão. Estava apoiado no arco da porta quando a ouviu abrir, erguendo a cabeça com sua expressão confusa; uma mistura de mágoa, arrependimento, súplica. Suspirou, erguendo o corpo e a olhando nos olhos.   “ ━━ Eu transformei mais de vinte copos de água em vodca. ━━ ”   Começou, explicando que depois de muito beber, os amigos só lhe traziam água. Parece que haviam esquecido da habilidade mágica que recebeu.   “ ━━ Quanto mais eu bebia, mais eu queria te esquecer. Angels, Demons, and Aliens

Some people are confused about the differences between angels, demons, and aliens. I will only share what I know and what I have personally experienced about them, as well as the experiences of other magicians.

Are angels the same as aliens?

It depends on your understanding of aliens, but I would say no. Let me explain. If you are a magician, you can certainly find angels on Earth, as well as on other planetary spheres such as the moon, ruled by Archangel Gabriel, and others. Archangels ruled each planetary sphere, but they also governed other angels that possessed the traits of that celestial body. If your understanding of aliens is that they are entities outside the sphere of Earth, then we could say that the angels of the Moon, Mercury, and other planets are called “aliens”. However, I would not use the term “alien” to describe planetary angels since they are part of our cosmic hierarchy (solar system) and they have a great influence on the spiritual evolution of humanity, whether that be from Earth, Venus, or Mars.

Why do some aliens exhibit angelic characteristics?

If you read some ancient texts, you can find similarities between angels and our modern perspective on aliens. But aliens, or extraterrestrials, from a magical point of view, are not all physical beings. Most of them lived in higher densities, so they would appear to us physical humans as something angelic or even godlike. Even though they are of higher density, this does not automatically mean that they are benevolent or positively oriented. Some of these high dimensional extraterrestrials, which have a very beautiful appearance and aura, are negatively oriented, or, in our closest term, they would seem to be fallen angels. Of course, such fallen aliens are destructive, and their calling is conquest, which is, to enslave those who are different from them. According to Ra, such malevolent beings are from the Orion Group, and they have influenced human history to offer their service. That’s why we can see in some ancient spiritual texts that the gods are somewhat in conflict with each other or with humanity. This is not to say that all gods from religions and myths are aliens; rather, some of them are from the Orion Group, others are from the Confederation, and others are local beings on Earth, mostly in higher astral planes. That’s why some so-called angels or gods in some ancient spiritual texts appeared to be aliens. Take note that both aliens and angels have the ability to change their forms, so I understand that an untrained person has difficulty distinguishing between the two entities.

What about demons? Are they aliens?

Like I mentioned before, aliens have free will like human beings, and therefore they can be positive or negatively oriented. Negative aliens from the astral plane of a different planetary sphere or solar system can certainly look like demons. However, I also believe that demons and aliens are different from each other. I perceive that demons, like the planetary angels, can also be found in different planetary spheres of our cosmic hierarchy, which means we can meet a demon from the Earth sphere, Moon sphere, Mercury sphere, and so forth. They also have different ranks and abilities, just like the angels. Indeed, both demons and negative aliens are destructive and malevolent. In the spiritual realm, we look based on our true energy, that’s why malevolent beings look otherworldly, alien, or weird, while angelic beings look beautiful, peaceful, or godlike. However, since they are spiritual beings, they still have the ability to change their forms, and it can be quite difficult for an untrained person to distinguish an actual angel from a trickster entity pretending to be an angel.

In my personal experience, I rely on observing the outer and inner auras of entities and their actions to discern their nature. This allows me to identify whether an entity is positive or negative. For a trained magician, such discernment becomes considerably easier.

In summary, I believe that angels, demons, and aliens are distinct entities, although they may share certain similarities that can be difficult to discern. Higher-dimensional aliens, whether positively or negatively oriented, often appear angelic to human beings. On the other hand, certain negative aliens, particularly those residing within the fourth density, or astral plane, may resemble demons. Angels and demons can be found within each planetary sphere of our cosmic hierarchy. Therefore, not all angels or demons should be considered aliens, nor should all pagan gods be regarded as aliens. Please take note that this perspective is solely my own, which I wish to share.

I know other magicians who have encountered all of these entities. Based on their experiences, they do not consider angels or demons to be aliens, and they do not consider aliens to be gods, angels, or demons.

Why TFP Doesn't Work For Me Anymore:

Welcome back to this side of the Hundred Acre Woods. I do miss the feeling of writing on Tumblr here, so from here on and for a New Years resolution, I’ll try to write a new post every other week with thoughts I’ve had since December 2022. A lot has happened since I’ve started grad school and I have a part time job now, so there will be periods of inactivity. Hopefully, my writing can reflect my current opinions right to the best of my abilities, and I hope that you all enjoy them.

Alright, let’s cut to the chase: I kind of think Transformers Prime isn’t good, to me at least. Let me make it very clear: just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean you should stop loving it. After all, the world would be boring if we all shared the same opinion. I’m letting you all right now: I will be dropping a lot of bombshells that will rub off some of you the wrong way. For that, I advise skipping out on this one. Anyways…Transformers Prime is objectively a good show. The animation is the show’s biggest strengths, characters like Ratchet, Knockout, and Dreadwing are fun and interesting, the humor is good, I appreciate its commitment to darker subject matter, and several episodes such as, “Thirst” and “Stronger, Faster” are perhaps one of the best pieces of Transformers media in general. But…at the same time, it’s kind of messy.

From a lack of commitment to storylines to characters that don't feel put together to having stuff that screams Unfortunate Implications to its ending, Transformers Prime is a show that I stray from the more I get older and I have exposure to more Transformers media. On one hand, I appreciate this show being the reason why I got back into Transformers and hell, it’s a part of my username after all aksksksksksjsjsjsjsjsjkakakasa. It also made an impact on Transformers through characters like Knockout appearing in other media. On the other hand, I felt like its godlike status doesn’t make it exempt from criticism. No media is truly perfect, and it’s about time I get into the nitty gritty of why I’m not fond of TFP. Even if you don’t agree with me, at least hear me out.

MY FINISH-

My main problem with Transformers Prime is the lack of commitment to furthering certain storylines as well as character growth. Sure, there is character growth from characters such as Arcee and storylines like Starscream trying to be the boss he wanted to be are quite entertaining. However, at the same time, its commitment to its own status quo made this show an entire chore to watch. It felt like a majority of characters are still the same ol by the end of the series, like it felt like what could’ve been sources of character growth are instead ignored in the next episode. The Bulkhead getting sick storyline is the best example of this issue. At one point in Season 2, Bulkhead got infected with toxic energon and it seemed like he would have to stay behind on base. On paper, it’s an interesting premise. It could give him a storyline of feeling insecure over no longer being the bruiser of the team, and learning to overcome these insecurities through ways such as recognizing his other strengths. At the same time, Miko deals with her anxiety over Bulkhead’s predicament and the episode, “Hurt” is the proof of the writing potential here. However, it ended up being resolved too quickly after Smokescreen entered the picture. Bulkhead ended up recovering from his illness rather quickly and his small feud with Smokescreen is over and the next episode, they’re kiking with each other.

Along with other storylines such as the Orion Pax arc, Starscream becoming a neutral at one point, and the Predacons arc, the entire show is like this. It also doesn’t help that characters like Breakdown and Airachnid are thrown to the side, mainly due to their voice actors being too expensive to hire. Meanwhile, other characters like Dreadwing were also killed off due to the show refusing to change the status quo for the sake of furthering the story. And why is this the problem? Well…this show is one of the most notorious examples of Troubled Production. 

In shorter words, the show experienced a lot of production trouble in the writing and budget department, which is mostly John Hasbro’s doing. The company meddled one too many times throughout the show’s entire run, especially with the casting and writing. Originally, the third season was supposed to be about pirates, but a new director was then hired and they basically said, “nope, fuck that,” and made the entire team rewrite the story from scratch. It’s gotten so bad that an ex crew member created an entire ass binder of everything that went wrong. Just, my god... 

The amount of production issues definitely reflected in the show itself. Its strict adherence to Status Quo Is God, having what seems to be a game changing storyline and doing nothing with it, is so frustrating, because the potential of the writing is there. It wants to say something, but couldn’t because the problem behind the curtain is too much to ignore.

First things first, I hate Jack.

Most of the cast is fine. Ratchet and Knockout are the best characters of their respective character groups, Fowler is the best human character, Miko & Raf are precious, Bee, Arcee, Bulkhead, Wheeljack, and Smokescreen are enduring and likable, Shockwave, Starscream, Soundwave, and Breakdown are the scene stealers besides the best characters I mentioned. Unfortunately, due to the aforementioned production issues, these characters made me ask one question: who are they? Not only does the writing and story never commit to the biggest twists the shows set up, but it never explores any of the characters’ story arcs and motivations. We never learn anything about these people. True, characters like Miko and Ratchet do get character development. However, with characters like Arcee and Starscream, their pain are the only focus that is, “character growth.” Arcee is reduced to her trauma of losing her partners, and the show never allowed her time to grieve properly. In fact, it seems to condemn her for acting like any other person who has to deal with their loved ones’ killers. By the end, her grief and learning to cope with it is pushed aside and it feels like Cliffjumper and Tailgate’s deaths amount to nothing. To have the most prominent female Transformer reduced to her pain is no different from making a female character in TFA be tied to a man’s pain. It’s kind of disgusting of the show to be so dismissive of her storyline like that. Like…I’m sorry, but she deserves fucking better. And it’s no different with Starscream. Homeboy endured so much horrific shit for far longer than is comfortable, and for the show to just push his pain as, “karma” is fucking disgusting. True, he ain’t no saint and he only has himself to blame for his flaws and behavior. However, by having him be the countless target of abuse throughout the show, it only made me want to help him leave the Decepticons for good. He deserves better. It’s why I appreciate Earthspark existing, because it called out his Butt Monkey status and shows how it deeply affects him. And speaking of who is responsible for dishing out this abuse, it’s time to speak about the one half of two characters whom I don’t especially kiki with.

Megatron is just an irredeemable monster here. I love truly despicable and evil characters as much as the next guy, but with this guy, he just feels so off. The jarring disconnect between his backstory and how much of a despicable piece of shit he is results in a character that felt too evil, not to mention filled with the Unfortunate Implications of having a revolutionary with strokes of current social issues turn into a flat out bad guy turned up to 100. Before any of you say, “erm, actually IT HAPPENS IN REAL LIFE” to me, let me point this out: I’m approaching this as a person of color. The revolutionary Megatron characterization is a trope that is botched most of the time, because it doesn’t have the nuance and approach that is required to pull it off. If done well, we have Earthspark Megatron (so far). As a result, we have TFP Megatron. 

He’s just that: evil. It also doesn’t help that he has a half assed redemption arc in Predacons Rising. “I now know the true meaning of oppression.” BITCH, YOU FUCKING KILLED PEOPLE. This entire storyline doesn't make up for the utterly despicable shit he did throughout the series. With him still alive, it felt like he faced no consequences for his actions. Him dying and with his body on Earth, with the last face he saw being the one he brutalized the most, is an appropriate punishment! Yes, him being alive and dealing with the consequences of his actions is also a good punishment. However, with the sudden rush from point A to B, his resolve to self exile himself doesn’t feel earned. To me, he doesn’t seem like he’s truly sorry for his actions. Like…EWWW. Fuck out of here, he’ll never be Earthspark Megatron. 

Yes, it’s a joy to see Frank Welker back as Megatron. Yes, he has admittingly few moments of being a delicious evil bastard. Yes, I do understand why some would like the redemption arc. However, for me, he doesn’t work for me.

Now to the other half, we get to the other half of the characters I don’t kiki with. Good lord…this Optimus is just ehhh. Except for the few moments of the same warmth I associate with Optimus, he is just there. He doesn’t feel like a character; he feels like the start of the motivations of other characters. He’s the Deus Ex Machina when the situation gets too serious. We never got any moment to truly know about him as a person, his dynamic with the team feel like they’re more coworkers like a family, and the “Primes don’t party” logic only feels like an excuse to justify him being the Stoic and Serious Optimus characterization that plagues the 2010s. When you compare him to other Optimi, it feels like a jarring disconnect. TFA Optimus shows that you can have an Optimus with a personality and Bayverse Optimus shows that you can have a stoic Optimus with more to him than meets the eye. Plus, moments such as his conversation with Arcee after the entire fiasco with Starscream in Season 1 just feels like condescending compassion at best. Sure, he has well meaning intentions. However, as the bestie Tea-mew explains, it comes across as him invalidating Arcee’s trauma. Just because he is an older figure doesn’t make him correct all the time. She doesn’t owe anything to Starscream and Airachnid, she has every right to feel angry and disgusted at them both. Just god, it’s this moment that pretty much made me decide not to vibe with him anymore. Plus, with how Orion Pax is more interesting and had more development than Optimus ever did, that’s when the writers should’ve looked at the script twice. 

Yes, it’s a joy to see Peter Cullen as Optimus again. Yes, he has his fair share of charming moments. Yes, I understood that he has his own fair share of tragedies that made him the way he is. However, like Megatron, for me, he doesn’t work for me. Notice how I used the same wording here. For me, they both don’t work for me. They’re perhaps one of my least favorite versions of the characters, especially since other Transformers media showed that you can make them both interesting characters. Stoicism doesn’t justify blandness, and evilness doesn’t justify blandness. If you like them, that’s okay. I rather not bother with them both.

There are other issues plaguing the series. As much of a fun and interesting character he is, Knockout is also a gay stereotype. I’ll talk about it more sometime in the future, but in shorter terms: this bit from the TFWiki on Knockout’s page is all you need to know.

“When asked at BotCon 2011, the Prime writers said that there is no designation for gay, or straight, for that matter, on Cybertron, where Transformers are created by the AllSpark, not through sexual reproductions. They also said that Knock Out is a knock out, and that the Nemesis is a very "don't ask, don't tell" place. And then they jokingly deflected the matter, claiming that Knock Out's mannerisms are not caused by any particular orientation, but are simply eccentricities caused by "a glitch in the AllSpark" the day he was created... which is unintentionally so insulting to gay people that it could create an awkward silence in the Void."

Okay, WHAT THE ACTUAL F-

Season 2 feels like a mish mash of things the writers were throwing at the board that day. While Season 3 hit the highs of Season 1, it's also a mish mash that is poorly constructed. We never really got closure on characters like Airachnid and Shockwave. Predacons Rising represents everything that affects Prime in the long run, except for a few gems throughout. Like I said, Prime is objectively a good show. However, compared to other Transformers shows, it’s an aesthetic, no substance type of show. If you wanna watch a show filled with a small cast of characters, set on Earth, deal with heavier subject matter, and have exciting moments, just go watch Beast Wars. This show feels like Transformers if it was written by a 12 year old edgelord. The show has a dark and brooding aesthetic, but the story really isn’t. It doesn’t have a lot to say about the premise of Transformers, as well as confusing violence and edginess for complex stories and characters. In fact, let me say this: TFP is too afraid to commit to change and it greatly suffers for it.

Conclusion: Once again…

I wanna make it clear again that just because I don’t like Transformers Prime doesn’t mean you should stop loving it. Don’t let my opinions influence yours. If you like, that’s great.

I felt bad about my current opinions about Prime as a whole because it does deserves its flowers and fanbase for what it does for Transformers as a whole. However, it’s also not a flawless masterpiece like everyone says it is.

I’m most likely never gonna rewatch it again cause it’s not my thing, and that’s okay. In case I do, I just watch clips of my favorite moments. The ultimate irony is that I have the initials of the show I don’t Kiki with anymore. I could change it, but it’s like the annoying younger sibling to me. I can’t really get rid of it aksksksk.

While I appreciate this show for getting me back into Transformers and for bringing characters like Knockout into mainline Transformers, it’s just not for me.

Philia 3, What qualities does your OC most value in a friend? Loyalty? Shared sense of humour? Or something else?

In friends, Zell values genuine loyalty - the kind that means standing up to and challenging your friends when they act foolish, not being afraid to point out bullshit, willing to stick around when shit gets difficult. Second to that is shared trust, third is humor.

His best friend Aslan* (King of the Stolen Lands, in this context) is like a brother to him; they're constantly giving each other shit and getting up to goofy little shenanigans if they're left alone for two seconds. They've kept each other from turning down some pretty dark paths during their adventuring days - and while they've grown apart for the time being (Mostly because Aslan thinks Zell is dead for a while but more on that later), the spirit of that friendship remains strong. Zell often thinks on the advice Aslan would give him when he's stressed or lost about something, and that helps him get on the right track.

Agape 1 Does your OC wish to make the world a better place? How far do they see that as being their responsibility? What lengths would they go to in order to help achieve this?

Zell firmly believes in the idea of planting a garden you won't get to see bloom: putting down the foundation to make things better, even if you don't ever get a chance to see the success through. He's realistic about one person's ability to change the world (even when given mythical, godlike powers) and focuses more on harm reduction and building community than trying to champion any one big thing. He's not an ends justify the means guy when he can avoid it; stewardship and careful future planning are more important than immediate change. When he's pushed to action, he does his best to be decisive and take ownership of the consequences. There's a difference between building a foundation for the future and just leaving a bunch of work for the next guy, after all.

Ludus 5 What seduction techniques are most likely to be effective when it comes to your OC? Are there some things guaranteed to get them going? Or are they immune to such things?

He likes to tease, and be teased. Playfulness is to him the sexiest quality of any partner, so whoever is willing to play up the long-suffering stoic to his brat, or vice versa, will have an easy time getting him into bed. Passion and directness are another easy way to get him - especially if he's in a slow burn situation with someone. He enjoys building up the seduction with reciprocal play, be it banter or touch.

*I'll write more about Aslan once I have a solid playthrough with him. My computer has limited space so I had to sacrifice Kingmaker for WotR to play lol

"Co-Star" by Amaarae

I've never fully understood my zodiac, much less used the Co-Star app, but I do fully appreciate the way Amaarae uses signs to immediately pass judgment on and make decisions about her romantic partners. You have to understand the world through some kind of lens; might as well make it one that has app support. And might as well make one of the breeziest songs about fucking a lot of people and never being satisfied with any of them. Amaarae delivers it all like it's easy, as easy as it can be if you remember your birth time exactly. No one tell either of us what terrible data privacy standards astrology apps have, please.

We can all agree that astrology, no matter how specious you find it, has an enduring, perhaps even undying, cultural resilience. But have you ever considered why? Until this year I was fine to accept the usual wisdom that it’s just another limited set of identity boxes to sort yourself into, a shorthand to communicate some superficial traits you might possess, and a set of really lovely symbols for a little aesthetic or decorative touch. That was, until I started watching…ANCIENT ALIENS! Ancient Aliens is a tv show airing on the History channel and hosted by a panel of assorted weirdos (rich weirdos, I’m pretty sure, based on all the episodes where they salivate over colonizing Mars and praise billionaires for getting us there “faster” but let’s not get too mired in the show’s finer points) that posit the origin of our species is…ALIENS! They call this “Ancient Astronaut Theory” and one tentacle supposes that ancient astronauts (aliens) came from various star systems and worked to develop corresponding populations on Earth. This is why some ancient cultures attribute their creation to the Pleiades or Orion and why we still ascribe meaning to our horoscopes. I mean, maybe! Why not? The sad truth that forms the bedrock of everything from belief in godlike aliens to belief in god itself to fear of death is that we just don’t know, we have lost that primal knowledge. And the other sad truth that forms the bedrock of astrology, more specifically, is that we’ve always, always, always loved sorting ourselves into these irrelevant little boxes. So what makes “Co-Star” thrilling, indulgent, and relevant beyond the narrow borders it’s concerned with is the way Amaarae tastes every flavor like she’s Goldilocks, dispensing with the idea that she could be defined the same way by insisting “we will get to mine” but never delivering. The zodiac is a buffet and she is a hedonist. Maybe the only primal knowledge we ever had was our senses.

resumo: a primogênita dos godlikes tinha tudo para ser o exemplo da família, correto? errado! orion já teve diversas versões e todas elas condiziam com o que seus pais queria e precisavam para o momento - porém nunca deixou de ser a menininha do papai. como a mais velha, sempre assumiu o papel de ser a mais responsável, mesmo que isso falhasse na maioria das vezes. e com a vinda e crescimento dos irmãos, ela acabou se afastado do posto que havia assumido com gosto durante toda infância e adolescência. sempre fora muito boa em esportes, como uma cria dos godlikes, porém seu negócio mesmo é o hipismo e ela é conhecida em storydom por esse motivo, onde tem diversos campeonatos ganhos. a ida para a academia muito antes dos seus irmãos trouxe uma espécie de síndrome do ninho vazio, só que ao inverso - não via a hora de poder incomodar eles ali. o escândalo que ocasionou em castigo, resultando na criação do keeping up with de godlikes é um mistério para todos, os rumores dizem de tudo um pouco: “ ela estava saindo de um bordel ”, “ foi vista ficando com um castigado em público ”, “ estava fazendo contrabando de produtos godlikes para dentro do castigo ”. tudo mentira! e o fato real vai morrer com oriana. por conta de toda a publicidade, megara conseguiu transformar o que seria em uma péssima imagem em uma explosão de marketing para as empresas da família, assim orion também entrando na onda e abrindo sua marca de roupas esportivas destinada para o pessoal do castigo.

Sentado aos pés da cama, Shane se agarrava com uma garrafa de vinho, enquanto encarava a tela do celular e as mensagens apenas encaminhadas para a ex-namorada. Quando eles tinham virado aquilo? Quando ele havia se tornado algo insignificante para ela? Simplesmente não conseguia se lembrar. Podia ser efeito do álcool, ou podia ser o que ele sempre fizera depois de suas brigas. Ele simplesmente esquecia tudo, e fingia que eles eram o casal perfeito. Menos da última vez, aquela última que fez tudo acabar realmente. Ele virou o resto do conteúdo da garrafa, empurrando-a para o outro lado do quarto. Voltou o rosto ao aparelho, e ela ainda era sua proteção de tela. Maldita fosse, com aquele sorriso desgraçado e os olhos que pareciam brilhar para ele. 

Levantou-se, dando passos até o bar do quarto para pegar outra garrafa. Abriu, deu alguns longos goles e então decidiu fazer a coisa mais impulsiva possível, ir até ela. Seus passos guiados pelo coração partido, caminhou até a residência dos Godlike, graças aos deuses não era tão longe assim. E como de costume, ele escalou a parede lateral da casa, a que dava na janela de Orion. Deu três batidas no vidro, nada mais e nada menos, antes de entrar, como sempre fazia. “Orion.”. Chamou pela mais velha, a garrafa que carregava caindo no carpete, felizmente não quebrou. “Você me bloqueou? Please, Orion. Podemos resolver isso? Eu não quero ficar sem você.”. confessou, aproximando-se dela. O olhar baixo, as palavras doces, como uma súplica. Ela tinha o poder ali, e sabia disso. Shane sempre deixou isso claro.

Não deveria seguir o barulho das correntes, isso era a primeira lição de qualquer filme de terror. Mas como alguém que não havia assistido muitos, decidiu que seria uma boa ideia matar sua curiosidade. Havia começado no salão, o franzir das sobrancelhas surgindo em seu rosto como se, de alguma forma, pudesse ajudá-lo à ouvir melhor. Então, quando notou de onde vinha, os passos o guiaram para o local, e ele passou a perseguir o som pelos corredores do castelo. Numa esquina, contudo, acabou por chocar-se contra outra pessoa, percebendo se tratar de Orion apenas quando ergueu o olhar. ❛ Me desculpe, senhorita Godlike. ❜ Pediu, afastando-se os braços dela ao perceber que havia segurado sua cintura — movimento instintivo para evitar qualquer queda dela. Agitado, contudo, ele afastou-se, o olhar sobre o ombro dela, para onde o som havia ido. Estava prestes à despedir-se quando, outra vez, deixou os olhos caírem sobre a filha de Hércules, herói conhecido por matar MONSTROS. Seria interessante. ❛ Aparentemente há um FANTASMA me atraindo para as masmorras. Gostaria de vir junto, ver o que ele deseja mostrar? ❜

orion não queria. não podia. ela precisava dizer não aquela oferta, afinal, estava apenas sendo cordial. ela sempre era cordial demais quando se tratava de shane. a mão dele estendida em sua direção era um convite tão claro que ele queria, sim, dançar com ela e não por apenas educação. eles podiam muito bem ficar ali, sentados, sem trocar uma palavra sequer; mas ele ainda sim queria dançar com ela. o sorriso contido em seu rosto não se segurou e a godlikes assentiu, segurando os dedos alheios entrelaçados aos seus. uma energia estranha percorreu da ponta do dedo do meio por todo o seu corpo e ela teve a certeza que veio do snoball. respirou fundo quando seus pés começaram a se mover em direção a pista de dança.   "   apenas uma dança, shane.   "
