Today's task for #jcfmarch was to share my #FavoriteProp. Does this mean my favorite things to share in my bookish photos? No contest, that's my Max. 😄😍❤ . . . . I took this photo a few hours ago, when Max was maybe six inches from my face. He looked directly at me! 😍 . . . . And then he barked - "No photos!" - so that's why this photo is sort of blurry. 😉 But he was grinning at me! So how could I resist a photo? I couldn't and didn't! 😄😍❤ . . . . It's Caught Dead Handed by Carol J. Perry! I'm only on page 68 (I started on page 63 around 10 hours ago 😕 Distractions, ARGH!), but I'm enjoying this story very much. (UPDATE! I'm actually now on page 110! Three hours after I started typing this...) 😊❤ . . . . Today's October 16th task for #bookscoasttocoastoct was to share a #bookandapumpkin. I took this photo earlier today for a #BYOBthon Twitter photo challenge to share a fall book. And then I realized that it has jack-o-lanterns on its cover! 😄😍❤ . . . . So Grave Errors, book five in the Witch City Mystery series by Carol J. Perry, is my book WITH pumpkins! 😄😍 Because we don't decorate for Halloween, so I don't have any real pumpkins to photograph. 😕🙈 . . . . And not only does Grave Errors have a fall cover, it's set in the fall, too! The story supposedly opens the day after Halloween. 😊😍❤ . . . . I haven't yet read this book. Today's task for #jayjaysconstantfaerytalesvalentine is "Goodbye Summer - #CozyRead." At first, I was kind of stumped as to what to share, but then I remembered. . . . I have a #CozyMysterySeries! And Max was cozily sleeping on our bed, so. . . A perfect photo was born! 😄😍❤ . . . . Vaughan and Fiona Staples 📚 The Wicked + The Divine, Volume Six: Imperial Phase Part 2 by Kieron Gillen and Jamie McKelvie 📚 Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander and J.K. Rowling, Illustrated by @olivia_lomenech_gill . The first book was in the top box. The slightly bigger box in the middle had the next three books. (Both from @barnesandnoble) That big box from @scholasticinc just had Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them in it! 😲❤ . . . .
