i just rewatched rvb s17 bc its a really good comfort season. i love the donut centric arc so fucking much - how donut inspired Wash, Tucker, and the rest of the guys. it’s so amazing to see the comic relief being just as valued as everyone else.

with that being said. i just…. can i just say, god, i am SO proud of doc?

like, doc’s whole arc of:

1. being entirely forgotten and a COMPLETE pushover who was known for being used as a shill for Omega

2. being traumatized to the point of splitting into a system

3. utilizing o’malley to stand up for himself and be brave

4. being overshadowed and overtaken by o’malley

5. acknowledging his strength and autonomy of his own body WITH o’malley in it as an aid

Is fucking BEAUTIFUL? Doc is such a good fucking character. he is sooooo slept on. i know its a meme he is at this point but god i am SO proud of him???

Doc going, “he wishes” when wash is like, “o’malley?!” MAKES ME WANT TO CHEW ACTUAL POISON INFUSED ROCKS AND RIP MY FACE OFF

Anyways, s17 is good except for some of the labyrinths but THATS BESIDES THE POINT !! doc I LOVE YOUUUU
