Finally done with Flora's s1-3 redesign set!! :D She's so precious I love her so much

Honestly. Might be my favourite set so far. I always had a really clear vision for how I wanted her Winx and Charmix to look and I think I managed to pull it off really well here. My only struggle really was the skirt, I totally underestimated how hard having a skirt with that kind of shape look like it was made out of petals would be to draw lmao.

I am sooo happy with her Enchantix too, I feel like I managed to find a really nice balance with the shapes I was using, making it very obviously nature-themed without overdoing it. Thought it might be nice to incorporate some more green into it too instead of just having pink, kinda to pull back from just a flower theme to more of a generalized plant and nature theme (which will be/is relevant to how I've been thinking about developing her magic :) gonna be taking what Iginio said about her being one of the strongest fairies and using it to my advantage <3). I think if anything, if/when I revise these designs, I might go over her crown again and change up a few of the colours, but otherwise I have no notes for myself, I think she looks great, she was so much fun to draw. :)

Redesign set #2, we got Stella's Winx, Charmix, and Enchantix now! Transformation lore can be found in this little info post. Redesign notes below! :)

So my main thing with Stella is that I really wanted to maintain the original sources of her powers being both the Sun and Moon, as opposed to just the Sun, and I wanted to find ways to show that more in her design. This was pretty straightforward with her Winx and Charmix (maintaining the orange and blue colour scheme and using a combination of sharper and rounder shapes for each celestial body), but it got a liiittle tricky when I got to Enchantix ngl. I really want to try and stay true to the colours used in the show for the three og transformations, but I also wanted to include more blue in the Enchantix design because, well, blue = moon magic. So that took some figuring out, but I'm pretty happy with where I landed on it. The top is actually directly inspired by the season 8 redesign version, because I liked the shape of it, lmao.

I think my proudest achievement with Stella though are her Enchantix wings. Hands down my favourite wing design so far. They perfectly encapsulate the duality of Sun and Moon I'm trying to get across visually with her imo. :D
