Figuring Skating AU - WinterPrince/Jans Moodboard

No, I don’t have a name for this au yet, but it’s the first proper “main story” I’ve ever had for these two. Which is funny, as they’ve been with me almost as long as Hiccanna 🤣 But this might be my most indulgent “I prefer winter for all these tropes and here’s why:”.

Anyways, the story here is: Jack is a talented and overconfident figure skater, which ends up being his undoing when he gets into a bad accident at the biggest competition of his career. A year later, he’s bored out of his mind in his hometown and has been skating at the local rink. Which is where he meets disgraced and under-the-radar Hans Riddle. The two of them decide to team up as a pair to build both their reputations back up. But when Jack’s rival, Elsa, reveals something about Hans’ past, it could destroy this blossoming romance between two “professional” partners.

This idea originally came about as a side plot in my Hiccanna college AU, where they meet at the ice rink while Jack is practicing. But I ended up removing that as Hans is pretty scummy and did something pretty harsh towards Anna that it would make no sense for Jack (a friend of Anna’s and Hiccup’s roommate) to develop feelings for the guy that only dated Anna on a dare despite being gay. But I still liked their meeting, so developed this idea instead.

Tell Me A Story

Based on @oopswakanda WinterPrincess X Wonder Woman AU.

“Umama”

“Yes my child?”

“Tell me a story”

“Which one?” Ramonda asked

“The story of our home” Shuri pleaded

“Long ago, when history was new, a meteorite made of vibranium, the strongest substance in the universe struck the continent of Africa, affecting the plant life around it. When Olorun, the God of the sky created men, five tribes chose to settle on this land and called it Wakanda

“But Gaunab, the God of Evil grew envious of mankind and sought to corrupt Olorun’s creation. He poisoned men’s hearts with jealousy and suspicion. They turned on one another, the five tribes then lived in constant war with each other. Until one day a warrior priestess received a vision from the Panther Goddess Bast, who led her to the heart shaped herb, a plant that granted her super human strength, speed and instincts. She led a revolt and freed all the women from enslavement and torment

“The Priestess became Queen and the first Black Panther, the protector of Wakanda. The women of the five tribes agreed to live under the Queens rule but the men chose to leave Wakanda. The Wakandan’s used the vibranium to develop technology far more advanced than any other nation. But as Wakanda thrived, free from the corruption of Gaunab, the world around them sank further into chaos. So to keep the vibranium and the Wakandan’s safe, Olorun created a barrier around the nation, keeping it’s true strength hidden from the rest of the world”

“And what about Gaunab? Is there any way to stop him?” Shuri questioned                                                

Ramonda nodded “When Olorun cast Gaunab out of the skies, he knew that Gaunab would continue his plans to corrupt mankind, to lure them into a war that would destroy themselves and the world. So he left us with a gift, a weapon powerful enough to destroy Gaunab and free the earth of his influence. We call it the God Killer”

“Can I see it? The God Killer” Shuri asked

“The God’s gave us many gifts intomba, one day you will know them all” Ramonda replied, slowly rising to leave

“And Umama” Shuri called, Ramonda turned to face her daughter

“Do we still hide?” Shuri inquired

“Yes”

“Why?”

Ramonda did not answer, instead she pressed a kiss on Shuri’s temple and bid her goodnight.

Once her mother left Shuri rolled over in bed and stared out the window, her eyes honed in on the one solitary building in the distance, “The Mound” they called it, where the vibranium was mined and it also housed the lab from which the most advanced technology was produced.

“I will be there!” she thought determinedly to herself as she gazed at it

“Just you wait”

And with that thought in mind the young Princess fell asleep.

AU: Royal Princess Emma of Misthaven and her husband, the consort prince Killian Jones are under a great danger, in order to save the kingdom and their new born daughter, Emma goes to fight the villain that is threatening the kingdom while Killian protects the newborn.

Emma is on the train, drawing/writing in between staring out the window. Killian sits across from her and his attention is drawn by the way she frowns at her work. Eventually their eyes meet and they start talking, and stay in touch. The "never smile, someone may be falling in love with your frown" one.

Banshee AU: Man (dodgy criminal past) comes to town running away from... something. One his first night there he's in the bar when a gang murder the new sheriff (graham?). He takes the sheriffs identity and has to become a Man of the Law and impress prickly lady deputy sheriff.

Killian is the local troublemaker who finds himself with a big inconvenient crush on the sheriff and spray paints love notes to her all over town. Emma thinks he's just trying to mess with her and gets very annoyed. And somehow, eventually, they sort things out.

Killian steals from a corrupt Captain, Emma betrays him to the soldiers because she can't take the chance she's wrong about him, Killian is arrested, and then... Emma feels bad and helps him after all? Liam is in the army and helps him? But they meet again anyway, and work things out.

The Highwayman AU

Emma is at college, and keeps seeing Hot Library Guy. He's always in the library, by himself, brooding and dark and handsome. Eventually, her friend (Ruby? Elsa?) says that Hot Library Guy sounds an awful lot like the guy in her Latin class, Killian Jones. And it turns out that yep, it's him. And he's single. And maybe he has an equally lovely nickname for the blond girl he keeps seeing in the library.

Season 2 canon divergence where Regina uses the failsafe and Storybrooke goes boom and they all end up in the EF via a Macguffin, but Hook is still a baddy and... hijinks ensue.

CS Movie AU where Killian is sucked in first, and Emma goes after him, but they end up in a time/place that Killian was thinking of instead of the one Emma was thinking of.

Canon divergence in 3B - when Killian, Emma and Henry get back to SB no one has their memories. Snow is the mayor, there are flying monkeys, and Zelena is the only one who remembers.

Canon divergence where Rumple stays dead after he sacrifices himself for the town at end of 3A

Canon divergence at the end of 3B where Rumple kills Zelena and she's actually dead, and that frees Emma's magic... and then either Rumple takes it, or tries to take it, or Emma gets it back all at once and it goes haywire.

Season 4 rewrite

Killian stops Emma from taking on the darkness at the end of 4, and it either takes him or takes both of them

Hyde finds a way to release his serum on the whole town / a bunch of the heroes at once

Zelena's time portal is activated but no one goes through it. Instead, we have a de-monkeyfied Walsh who is trying to re-enact Zelena's spell because he wants to go back to the Kansas of his time.

S2 AU where Snow and Emma don’t go to the EF and everyone in Storybrooke actually has to deal with the fallout of the curse

Grease 2 AU with Emma as Stephanie and Killian as Michael

Pitch Perfect AU with Emma as Beca and Killian as Jesse

Somehow Milah comes back to life and Storybrooke after fighting for a long time to get back to Killian

After Marian comes back to Storybrooke, either Killian says something to Emma or she overhears him defending Robin’s choice to be with Marian/saying he is lucky to have the choice and assumes that Killian would rather be with Milah. Angst, pining, miscommunication etc.

Emma, Neal, and Hook are stuck in Neverland (or on some adventure when getting the shadow) and after angst or humor or crack or all three, eventually actually have to talk about their issues

Emma confronts August about leaving her on the streets with a pep talk, convincing Neal to send her to prison, stealing her money, etc.

Emma figures out what really happened to Graham

Alternate Season 6 ending where Captain Charming save the day by finding the CS TL sapling on the beanstalk

The heroes go back to wish world to rescue the Henry who was left to run a kingdom by himself and avenge the deaths of his grandparents and the disappearance of his mother (perhaps also saving the EQ, since Henry will be after her)

Ten years ago, Killian Jones was the one who got away. Since then, it feels like Emma Swan’s life has been a series of crises, one always chasing the other. She is certain that Killian is off living that white picket fence life somewhere, and it is an understatement to say that she is surprised when a client enlists her help to catch him for skipping bail.

Detective!Hans/Ghost!Jack - You Can See Me Moodboard

What can I say, I love my angst and somewhat spooky stories. Now, let’s get into it. *pops my knuckles*

Taking place in the Victorian Era, Hans Riddle is a top detective that’s hired by the owner of a cabin to check out the mystery of why his visitors leave all depressed and disturbed. When he gets there, however, he’s shocked to discover the ghost that lives in the cabin, an 18-year-old Jackson Overland that drowned in the lake in front of the cabin decades prior. And he doesn’t realize that he is no longer alive. So, it’s up to Hans to help him move on from this realm, otherwise Jackson will be cursed to stay in the cabin the rest of his afterlife.

I really love ghost stories, especially the kind where the ghost and a human happen to fall in love. (Although I can be picky, hello J*ke) But I guess I’m more thinking of a ghost/human can’t be together forever

Hans is a far more sympathetic character here in comparison to the previous AU I shared a couple of weeks ago. Here, he’s in fact a very lonely man that has never known what true compassion feels like, being the youngest of 12 brothers and all. And the first person to give him that isn’t even alive. Which causes some conflict when he knows that Jack needs to move on, but he’s also too afraid to be alone again.

Chapter 1 Sneak Peak

“Again” Okoye called as she knocked Shuri into the dirt yet again.

Shuri stood, ignoring the aching of her sides, today, after all these days of getting beat, Shuri would win today. She took her stance again and lunged at the General. Shuri thrust her spear out and Okoye dodged effortlessly, knocking Shuri down again.

Shuri raised herself slightly and struck out with her foot, Okoye once again dodged and struck at Shuri. Shuri raised her spear and blocked the blow. Aiming to overpower her Okoye pushed against Shuri’s spear, Shuri then using her own, turned and managed to knock the general onto the ground.

Shuri raised herself to her feet keeping the point of her spear aimed at the General. A flash of white caught her eye and she allowed herself a glance in its direction. ‘Umama’ Shuri thought as she spotted her mother at the edge of the training ground the Queen dressed in her usual regal amour and her white hair braided immaculately and then half tied back into a bun while the rest flowed freely.

But that few seconds of distraction was all Okoye needed. Okoye stuck out at Shuri, managing to knock Shuri’s spear out of the young Princess’s hands.

“Never let your guard down!” Okoye fumed, striking out at Shuri

Shuri dodged blow after blow, driven backwards by the older woman.

“You expect the battle to be fair?” Okoye demanded “A battle will never be fair!”
