🥶 #FannyFreezer5K 🏃‍♂️ Last weeks 5K was mild 42° today...not so mind. 27°, but the trail was in nice condition and it made for a good run. Still not back to the times I want to be at, but a 28:53...I'll take that. Last weeks 5K I was just hoping for a sub 30:00 run.
