I alsoooo think this update will give Wingdings some much needed HIM time. We haven’t seen how he is alone, we just know that he’s pretty monotone and straight forward/to the point. (with hints of being A HUGE DORK ofc)

He says “ok lets try this one last time…” TRY WHAT??? I ASSUME it involves the tape that they found… but hhooowww??

IDK maybe “try one last time” to record his entry on the matter, cause he doesnt know how to phrase his own thoughts cause the thing on the tape was so WEIRD??

Mayhaps he was just unnerved by it cause he KNOWS he never recorded such a thing + WHY IS A TAPE WITH HIS VOICE IN A COMPARTMENT THAT SHOULDN’T EXIST?????

right off the bat im just gonna assume hes saying “before (making/drawing) any conclusions” cause that just makes sense

clearly hes plotting something. gotta…do something before reaching any conclusions. Right away i assume hed be reaching conclusions about the tape.

I reread the comic again earlier today and when Wingdings was questioning why the compartment wasn’t on the blueprints, he said something like “or could it be that…” and cutting himself off. and that got me THINKING

if we were to go off the assumption that Gaster caused the power outage/is responsible for the tape and small crevice n all that (i adamantly believe this, watch me be completely right and prove all you nay sayers wrong) Then he could have time traveled, added that crevice to the blueprints, then removed it later?? seems convoluted but THATS NOT THE POINT, THE POINT IS TIME TRAVEL

the conclusion Wingdings is reaching but hesitant to is TIME TRAVEL cause he NEVER made that tape😭😭

CONCLUSION: Wingdings is stupid and i hate him. Thats why I devote a significant amount of my energy and personal time into thinking, talking, drawing, and writing about him.

1. Tsukasa from .hack//SIGN. I didn't even notice until my late 20s that I'd been making characters inspired by them all this time. But listen. This lost child could fit so much mental illness but they made it out okay and I'm so happy for them. They got friends, a girlfriend and a whole new dad who all got them out of not one but two abusive situations. They were also my first queer rep in fiction. Lesbian? Transmasc, nb/gq? Transfem, even? Doesn't matter which take you run with, there is no cishet explanation for Tsukasa no matter how you look at them.

2. ...I was gonna say Sans Undertale, but you know what? W.D. Gaster, because I love the thrill of the hunt (the speculation about the mysteries surrounding him). Spooky man. Talks in wingdings, the mad lad. Gotta be my favorite sleep paralysis demon. I love cosplaying him. I can't wait to find out if or when we'll learn more about him through Deltarune.

3. Lancer, speaking of Deltarune! What a good boy, he's just a lilguy, his laugh is dopamine. I want to squeeze him like a marshmallow. I love him like I love my cat who begs to be held like a baby. Lancer is baby, no really, he's got so much growing ahead of him to get as tall as his deadbeat dad. (I know what you're thinking. Why didn't I say the other guy from Deltarune? Because we've already talked at length before about everything that makes him such a compelling character. Let the baby boy baby take the spotlight this time.)

4. Calliope from Homestuck. I don't have much to say that couldn't be said just from looking at that cherub. So gender. So very gender.

5. Tanaka Gundham, from Danganronpa. Definitely one of the most characters ever. I fucking love that guy.

6. Mutou Yugi from YuGiOh. I'm just really proud of him. I also love that his thematic dragon is Gandora. Holy shit.

7. Nephrite (centipeedle) from Steven Universe. She skrunkly.

8. Garry from Ib. We know they're going through it, but they were a good chaperone to Ib regardless and we like to see that.

9. Sigh............. Xion. She's the reason Kingdom Hearts was the first video game to make me cry.

-I want to say that they are Transfem but I don't think he would care too much about how others perceive his gender

-He has ADHD and OCD

-He'll clean out his trumpet multiple times a day because of it

-It's like, the one thing he'll do

-One time Frisk wanted to help Papyrus clean, so they moved Sans sock from the living room and he kinda just stood there

-He wasn't upset at Frisk or Papyrus, of course not- but he liked the sock being there for some reason

-I don't have much for OG Sans, my apologies

-He's just happy to be there, trust

-He has so much love to pass around, and I think that's obvious

Ink turns Dream to solid gold as he thinks she is trying to alter the multiverse

Dream, after being freed after 3 days of being solid gold, is in disbelief that her friend would do such a thing

Dream reunites with her brother Nightmare and her old friend Swap after he had left the Star Sanses to join Nightmare

In the current timeline, Palette is already dead and a huge fight happened which permanently damaged Horror (physically) and everyone (mentally)

I have some of the most batshit ways to describe characters while relating them to other characters that just make NO SENSE to anybody who isn’t me but I have so much fun with them anyways

There’s the classic [character] is like if [character a] was [character b], such as: Roland Narumi is like if Eichi Tenshouin was Felix Louis-Claude Mont d’Or. Yahiko Nanri is like if Rui Kamishiro was Tadaomi Kurama. Kasuka Shibaura is like if Mayoi Ayase was Korekiyo Shinguuji

But then there’s just pulling at straws for some of them, like. I can’t explain to you why Kite from Technoroid reminds me of Diluc Genshin Impact but he does. I can’t tell you why I associate Doppo Kannonzaka, Mithra from Mahoyaku and Heath from Blackstar Theater Starless all together but I do. Toma Hikage is just Chise if she was transmasc and Chise is just Toma if he was transfem and I am NOT elaborating

And then one time I said “Mikado Aoyagi is just wingdings font Ibara Saegusa” like that? Means anything to anybody else??? It makes PERFECT sense to me but sure ok. I’m having a blast here though
