18. Red Moon Desert

The foreground and sky is severely lacking, but I love the background part of the desert, especially coming the left, it's so good. The way it goes from dark to bright. I don't know why, but I'm particularly proud of that left part, it just looks great. And the moon looks bad with that dark blue outline, so is the sky. At this point I was looking through various sources for inspirations (you're gonna see in a moment), and I found one in Windows XP wallpapers (example below). A bit better than the last upload I think.

The left part isn't as good as in the old version, but the right part is better in this, plus the moon's better.

This isn't a drawing but I felt proud of it enough to share.

This has to be one of the coolest fucking things I have ever made in my life. Dude... this is better than the garbage I draw holy moly... okay, sooooooo basically, I wanted to Mario backgrounds for my PC and phone, but I wasn't satisfied with all the Mario backgrounds/wallpaper I was seeing when I tried to find some, so I made my own that I think I would like. I just wanted to have a cool background/wallpaper of my favorite plumber that I think would like a lot :3

How did I come up with this??? Uuummm, not too sure, I just hopped onto Pixlr and started makin' shit. My only inspiration being Mario ofc tehehe! And listening to some a Frutiger Aero/2000s tech nostalgia playlist. And I birthed out this... AND I LOVED IT. And, I decided to share it! And yes, you are free to use this as your PC background (this will not fit as a phone wallpaper, this background was specifically made for PCs, or at least that was the intent. There's a phone wallpaper of it too, just scroll down a bit more.)

I just never really posted about Mario-related stuff much because I was still hyperfixated on Trevor Henderson and WoF (still am but recently I got more hooked on Mario after the Mario Movie and the new Mario and Luigi game that's gonna be out soon)

Before you ask: Mario is my favorite, I believe in Mario supremacy. I personally prefer him, I luv him sm :333333
