prior to meeting stephanie brown, willa didn’t have much interest in researching every day crime in the city. her attention was more focused on the movements of politically powerful people like lex luthor and norman osborn. but now, after realizing steph is undoubtedly the vigilante spoiler . . . willa has poured every effort into crime surveillance, trying to find the best way to support her, to look after her. 

with jamie and eric’s help, she managed to obtain a scanner that allows her to tune into the radio at the police station. she never believed such tactics were necessary for her own civic investigations, but for steph -- willa’s suddenly breaking the rules she once set for herself. 

tonight, there’s reports of the felon mr. freeze wreaking havoc in the science department at steph’s college -- and spoiler making an appearance. knowing mr. freeze’s penchant for kidnapping women, and remembering steph’s recent injuries . .  willa immediately worries for steph’s safety. it doesn’t help that the police seem to be arguing back and forth on the next course of action, wasting time while steph faces the villain alone.

willa knows how the story goes. someone untrained in stealth and combat would be an easy target for mr. freeze. if she rushes into the fray with no plan, she could end up being a liability for steph, putting her further at risk. she knows all this, yet she still can’t help worrying, grabbing the go-bag she assembled and heading out to campus.

mr. freeze quickly proves to be no match for spoiler. by the time willa reaches the science department, the police are already reporting that the villain’s been incapacitated, and spoiler is nowhere to be found. was she too late? she came to the university as fast as she could, but the metro had been shut down after one of the cars was frozen. she wanders from the police barricades, glancing up at the buildings in search of a flash of purple. it’s only when she’s drifted three blocks down that she hears a familiar voice chiming not from a balcony or fire escape, but from the stoop at the corner.

used to such cheekiness from her cousin damian, willa responds with an older-sister instinct.  ❝ you’re out here by yourself, ❞ she returns, arms crossed. she doesn’t realize it’s partially fueled by her desire to be someone who is capable of handling these situations . . .  someone who wouldn’t add to steph’s worries. but she does know that’s not how she wanted to greet steph at all, and willa quickly drops the tough act.

Y/N’S SINGING CAREER HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING. At only 19 years of age, she was on the peak of her career and currently doing a world tour with sold out stadiums. She was not only praised because of her versatile discography, but also for her lyricism and the unique bond she had with her fans.

Jack loved her music, so he was really excited when the sponsors of the stadium reached out to offer him tickets for the show. Alongside his friends, Jack made friendship bracelets—a cute tradition within the fandom—, and he had the idea of making one with his number on it.

“Do you seriously think you will be able to give her that?” Romeo, his friend, asked in disbelief as they walked towards their seats.

“A guy can dream” Jack simply said.

“I don’t think she sees anyone after the show. The girl performs for three hours.” Willa told him, not wanting him to get his hopes too high.

“Maybe I could give it to someone of her team.”

“She’s a hot, successful singer, J. She probably gets handed so many phone numbers.” his friend said.

Jack sighed. “Okay, I get it. Jesus. Have you two ever heard of the term ‘positivity’?” he asked bitterly.

TURNS OUT ‘DELUSIONAL’ WAS THE RIGHT WORD. After the amazing show, Jack managed to give the bracelet to one of Y/N’s security guards and the boy was optimistic about it. But then, after one week of radio silence, he came in terms with reality—she was untouchable. He was an actor in the rising and she was a global superstar, what gave him the idea that she was going to reach out? His friends were right, he was indeed delusional.

“I saw you exchanging friendship bracelets at Y/N’s show! How was it? Are you a fan?” his interviewer asked him.

Jack smiled like a little kid at the question. “Yes, it was incredible. Is there anything that girl can’t do? Everything was mind blowing—her outfits, the visuals, her voice, her performance. It was honestly the best concert I’ve ever been to.” he said in pure awe. “And yes, I’m a big fan.”

“Did you make friendship bracelets or did you just receive them?”

“Both! I made a lot. It was a very therapeutic experience, to be honest” the young actor laughed. “I actually made one for Y/N, with my phone number on it.” he admitted shyly.

“You’re kidding!”

“Nope” he laughed awkwardly.

“Did she get it?”

“I don’t know. She hasn’t reached out, but she receives lots of gifts so maybe she hasn’t seen it yet, or maybe she doesn’t text strangers, which makes a lot of sense.”

“Oh my god” the interviewer said in excitement. “That is so adorable! Hope this gets to her! I’m sure the fans will sent her this clip.”

“Oh- please don’t bombard her, guys! I don’t want to make her uncomfortable! It was a silly thing to do.” Jack blushed, instantly regretting having shared the anecdote.

Obviously, his fans didn’t hesitate to do everything in their power to get the video viral. And, as lots of his fans were also fans of hers, the clip appeared on Y/N’s timeline in no time.

She was familiar with Jack. Even though he hadn’t starred in a lot of movies, he was a part of two huge franchises which Y/N, of course, knew about. And he was also one of—if not the—prettiest guys she had ever seen, so she remembered his face. She could not pass this opportunity up.

Y/N AND JACK HAD THEIR FIRST DATE ONE WEEK AFTER THEIR FIRST CONVERSATION. Jack went to the singer’s house, for more privacy. They were aware that if they went to a restaurant, it would be all over the media and they preferred to keep quiet at least until they knew things between them were going to be serious.

After a couple of dates and weeks of talking, they both knew something good and real had formed between them. Y/N felt completely normal around Jack. He wasn’t like other boys she had dated, who always wanted to go out and make sure the reporters saw them or tried to seduce her with their expensive cars and luxurious mansions. Jack was grounded, kind, sweet and funny. He wasn’t intimidated by her success and her fame. Quite the contrary, Jack admired her and was in awe every time he saw her writing down lyrics on her journal or played songs on the guitar for him. Y/N was sure he was the one, and she wanted to call him hers.

“I have something for you.” Y/N said as they were laying on her bed. Jack was on his back, while the girl was sprawled on top of him.

“What?” he asked curiously.

Y/N got off him to grab something from the drawer. “I wanted to ask you something, but I thought this was the right way considering how it all started.”

Jack laughed in confusion. “You’re not making any sense.” Y/N handed him the thing she was hiding on her palm and Jack fell silent.

The blood rushed into his cheeks, and a smile broke into his face. His heart was beating so fast he was surprised they weren’t able to hear it. His eyes lifted up to find her anxious ones. Y/N was biting her lip nervously, and her hands played with the hem of her skirt as she waited for the boy to say something.

“You’re so cute.” he finally said, holding tightly onto the friendship bracelet that read ‘Be my boyfriend?’. “Yes, I’d love to be your boyfriend, Y/N.” Jack grabbed her wrist and brought her back into his chest, and then captured her lips with his. “I can’t believe this is happening. Feels like a dream.”

Y/N laughed “I know, I can’t believe you’re mine.“ she pecked his lips. “There’s one more thing. I have a show in two days.”

“Yeah, I know.” he furrowed his eyebrows, not knowing where the conversation was headed.

“Would you like to go? Like, be on the VIP tent” she said, and then added in a shy tone. “As my boyfriend.”

Jack widened his eyes. “Are you sure? I have no rush to make this public.”

“I know, and I adore you for not pushing me, but I want this. I really do.”

The boy’s smile shone brighter than the sun. “I’d love to, babe.”

So, two days later, Jack stood on the vip tent, watching his mesmerising girlfriend perform. He blushed through the entire show, because the singer couldn’t stop looking at him—especially when singing love songs.

Y/N was also having the time of her life. Seeing Jack singing along to her songs, dancing and recording everything with a huge smile like a proud boyfriend was one of the most heartwarming sights in the world. Her favourite part, though, was running straight into his arms at the end of the show. Despite being covered in sweat, Jack kissed her all over her face as he muttered how amazing she was.

“Look at your arms!” Y/N laughed as she looked at the friendship bracelets that were practically covering all of his arms.

“They’re killing my blood circulation but they’re so cute” Jack laughed. “One girl called my king of manifestation.”

Y/N bursted out laughing. “I should write a song about it.”

“You better.” he kissed her temple. “Let’s go home, you need to rest.”

Also seeing as imperial gold (ship name of helios and Viper) is literally Wenclair, yes Helios is a late bloomer and Viper is into the dark and macabre. It's why the show decides to go with Viper narrating some of helios' scenes and vice versa for that good contrast.

I know you’re on a kinkmas grind (I’ve been loving it!) but I can’t help but think about Willa at the holidays! You may have done this before (I may have been the one to even suggest it even lol) but imagine Willa learning about the various holidays. Steve teaches her about Christmas and gets Thor to dress up like Santa. She learns about Hanukkah from Bucky and they light candles together. Idk I just love coming up with Willa fluff.

the end of the year is a crazy time for willa-bug, she's so busy! i didn't know bucky was jewish (and a quick google search wasn't very helpful on confirming this) but if he is, i love that!! and then yes he definitely does hanukkah stuff with her, lighting the candles and maybe she even makes him little presents for each night of hanukkah 🥺 she also wants some of the other friends (peter, thor, wanda, clint...) to come celebrate with bucky too, and bring gifts and participate in all the festivities with him!

i bet she and peter do advent calendars together, he gets her an avenger themed one and she finds him a spiderman one lol 🥺 maybe steve invites peter and wanda to stay over for the first 25 days of december and makes a big deal about them and willa getting to experience "christmas-time in a proper home" 💕 they do all sorts of traditional stuff that steve loves: baking and cooking, decorating the house, fun little crafts, putting up a christmas tree, etc. maybe the whole team comes over one night to help decorate the tree, and they all bring some ornaments to contribute so that willa and steve can have a nice selection for every year 🥺 christmas eve is super fun, she sets out cookies and milk for santa- then in the morning, steve and the kids all gather around the christmas tree and santa brought sooo many presents! (wanda and peter made sure to bring willa out to get lots for steve too ofc 🫶)

a silly little side note: willa's letter to santa is so precious 🥺 at five, she's just learning to write and can't spell yet, so she asks steve to write it out for her so she can copy it down onto her paper. the first part of the letter is just her talking to santa, asking how he is and how all the reindeer are and if he has to wear a bunch of coats in the north pole lol. she asks for a few things for herself but then she asks for a present for each of her friends too, bc thor told her that grown-ups don't write letters to santa and she wants to make sure santa knows exactly what they would like!! so if she's the only one writing to him, she's gotta put in a word for them herself 🥺 she also writes "please" after each thing so santa can see she's using her manners 😭 steve is already tearing up as he listens to her and writes it out for her in big, easy to read letters. then when he sees it written out in her own five-year-old script, he's practically clutching his heart he can't take the cuteness 😭 he definitely saves it, tucks it away somewhere safe to show her when she grows up

willa isn't ready for proper preschool but steve does bring her to an early childhood education program where parents stay and play 💕 she makes lots of friends, many who have different backgrounds that she gets to learn about! she gets to learn about ramadan and eid ul-fitr, as well as eid ul-adha from one classmate whose mom invites her and steve to come join them for iftar! another friend tells her all about chinese new year and shows pictures from the festival she went to last year with her family.

steve definitely raises her to be interested in and respectful of all other cultures and religions! he teaches her what traditions and holidays he celebrates, but also encourages her to find out what other important people in her life believe in and celebrate, and to value those things as well. maybe he gets her a big calendar to hang on the wall where they can mark all their holidays, and their friends' holidays too! so they can remember to celebrate along with them in ways they find meaningful 💕

Thinking about tomgreg getting married,, and I'm in my feelings!! They'd both be so excited! And they'd choose a spring date and some pretty but small venue, invite just family and friends and a small exclusive number of colleagues and associates and the atmosphere would be so lovely and joyful! There's a part of Tom that would want it to be a huge affair, he wants everyone to see them happy and succeeding - but I think in the end they'd decide to keep it small and cozy.

They'd go traditional and not see each other on the day before they see each other at the altar, so Tom gets ready on his own, with his mom doing his hair and bowtie for him. She'd tell him she's so happy for him and that she and Tom's dad love Greg - because it's so obvious Greg adores Tom. It makes them so happy to see their boy finally in a good relationship where they know he's loved ;-;

Tom was mainly in charge of planning but he and Greg chose the colour scheme together, it's all blues and silvers to go with their rings - which go with Greg's eyes because Tom is the biggest sap and so in love - so Tom's tux is a gorgeous deep navy. And he looks so fucking hot in that thing

And Tom would be dying to see Greg because even if it's just half a day, it's a long time to be apart from his Sporus - and besides, he wants to see how Greg looks. Tom offered to buy him a suit, of course he did, but Greg refused because he wanted to surprise Tom for once! So Greg is elsewhere getting ready with like Willa maybe? And they're swapping wedding preparation stories and honeymoon plans and she tucks a white rose in his lapel.. maybe dusts just a little bit of shimmering highlighter on his cheekbones and around his eyes because. It's his wedding and if he wants to be pretty for Tom he absolutely should!!

So when it's finally time, Greg's freaking out and basically vibrating out of his skin with excitement and nerves - his mom pulls him way down to kiss his cheek and whisper He's got this and he's making a good choice for once - and she walks him down the aisle

Tom's there waiting with the pastor and the Fly guys as his best men (I need them to be close friends again okay, Tom deserves to have bros) and he sees Greg walking toward him and. He can't believe it's actually real. They agreed on Navy but Greg's gone off script and his tux jacket is pure white. Subtly embroidered, bowtie and pants blue to complement Tom, his inky hair styled so it falls over his forehead in a soft swoop, his eyes sparkling - and he smiles so wide when he sees Tom, practically making his mom jog with how fast he's walking - and he's the prettiest thing Tom's ever seen. They both know there's nothing pure or virginal about Greg at this point but Tom loves how Greg looks in the white, can barely resist pulling him into a kiss immediately :')

They hold hands so tigtly and the priest starts the ceremony and from the corner of his eye Tom can see Greg doing this little rocking back and forth thing because he's impatient - and Tom can feel tears filling his eyes because. Here is this beautiful, sweet, goofy and absolutely perfect man, and he's so impatient, he can't wait to say I do, he can't wait to be allowed to kiss Tom and to officially and legally be Tom's?? How the fuck did Tom get so lucky???

And yeah then they do the vows, something subtly hinting at the Nero and Sporus thing, and then they have their happily ever after!! ;-;

❝ are you sure? ❞ willa asks, although she’s already started clearing a space on the table for steph without thinking. while willa had come to campus wanting to see steph . . . she hadn’t really put any thought into if they actually crossed paths, deeming it a low possibility anyway. now that she’s actually here, willa realizes she still has work to do for the paper.

She was taken care of by Mumsy and her son Billy [it is unknown who her actual mother was or father, even she doesn't know]

Willa loved her old home, and being taught cooking with Mumsy

The horrific day the goats were being tranformed, Mumsy told Willa to run and gave her the pendant she wore to remember her

Willa as she was running away, her body partially transformed but not fully. She hid away for a very long time

When it was over, there was nothing left of her home, it was all turned to ruin and little Willa, had no idea where to go

She's confused that pigs refuse to help her or try to attack her

Willa wishes to know why pigs and merms could never be friends

She adored finding the survivors and finally finding her new home amongst others

Wurt enjoys finding someone somewhat like her, Willa even wonders if maybe Wurt was someone like her

Knows a few things about cooking things thanks to Mumsy, and even tries to make things too [often needs some help from Warly 🥺]

She does sometimes get a bit frustrated when something isn't going right and gets upset [typical little kid]

Reminisces about what she once used to live in and all her goat friends

Her instrument sounds are a cow bell!

Because she partially has transformed spots on her, her speech sometimes sounds like how merms talk

Keeps the pendant close to her as a reminder of those old memories from home

Feels that everyone in the Constant is a huge family to her, even if they're all different in their own ways and not goats ❤️
