currently making an orthography for bunduki. it's based off the 1st major finnish orthography from the 1500s + a couple features from estonian and karelian. adding back in θ (thin) and ð (this) too, possibly ɣ (a kinda gh sound) tho it's less easy than the other two... for no real reason even. suku-sughun, vaaka-vaaghan (modern suku-suvun, vaaka-vaa'an)...

i also have some planz for a writing system, i planned for it to be an abudiga rather than an alphabet bc alphabets are overdone XD also an abudiga would just work for a language like finnish. (in theory—i need to figure out the wisest way to do diphthongs since they're supposed to be a unit)

until i get a good word&grammar scheme idea i'm just gonna mangle my personal dialect for this.

also still debating some things like how to spell /h/ and whether to include the ch, q and qu from the character name chaq-quaj in some form. i did already add in g because it Bothered me that k's behaviour wouldn't match p and t without it.

ñ here stands for ng, because i wanted to be able to write properly /ke̞ŋŋæt/. so keññat. keñga-keññat. and yea i coulda used ŋ but who fucking has that on their keyboard? at least ppl are more likely to have ñ or ~+n. ä and ö are bad enough for foreigners, no need for more. plus ñ is already used for ŋ in some languages, if not spanish.

i did mention i would mangle ewokese words for this tho, so... that's another goal.
