Not calligraphy or painting related but something I find very important (and I squeezed in a couple of paintings in the photo). Some of you may have seen me sharing that I'm continuing to switch to more natural and environmentally friendly products this year and I just wanted to recommend @wildsageandco to anyone trying to do the same. Other than that I'm in love with their rose lip balm and clay face mask I've finally found a shampoo bar that I really enjoy using. I have very long thick hair and most bars seem to make it feel like the product is all still in my hair (not the best of feelings). But this one is working beautifully for me. After I've rinsed out the shampoo I sometimes use an apple cider vinegar rinse (a few tablespoons of vinegar mixed with 500ml water) which helps make my hair extra smooth and shiny. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have you been changing up the products you use in an effort to be more environmentally friendly? Looking to minimize plastics?? I'm excited to share I've started a series of #PlasticFree edits on the blog! 🙌 . The first is a roundup of bathroom essentials, and covers everything from TP and toothpaste to shampoo and shaving 🛁 All are fab eco friendly alternatives that will reduce your personal plastic footprint by a shocking amount over the course of the year! 💚 . There's loads of food for thought in the guide, and a bunch of green goodies I've tried, tested, and approved 👍 So if you're wanting to make a change, it's a great place to start! . My advice? . Start with just one or two swaps, make it habit, and then move on to a new goal when you are super comfortable and happy with the initial changes you have made.  That way, you won't get overwhelmed and you can make this a life long journey rather than a one week fad. . Changing things up does take time, but seriously if I can get Tim to accept a bamboo toothbrush and a shampoo bar, you can do it too (and with far less whinging I bet! 😂) .
