I almost forgot to post this today which would have been terrible because the whole reason I posted yesterday's chapter on April Fool's Day was so I could then immediately post this and be like "Ha ha! No I wasn't going to leave you with such a short chapter! (But also yes he's very dead and that was inevitable.)"

This also marks what is technically the end of the story. There IS an epilogue, but first we've got some prologues. We're going back in time to learn how Caleb and Molly got their starts in this AU! Next time: Caleb's Origins.
