Chitrakote water fall in Chattisgarh, india. This falls is located on the indravati river..As it is widest water fall in india with 300 metres...This is also called as Niagara falls of India. I went yesterday, as it is not rainy season there is a less width of water fall so i can make to go very close to this fall on boat... As I went very near to this water fall,water falls which reflects after touching the surface and fall on us like sparkles..which is a thrilling experience and also it looks amazing from near view.. I think in rainy season there is a wider fall so we can't get such a experience much as the boat cant go near the fall in such a huge waterfall flow. These place is located in a dense forest.. So Before going to this place my suggestion is that you should check about the availability of stay in resort near this falls. There are two beautiful resorts near this falls,where from every room balcony we can view waterfall... prices of rooms ranging from 3000 to 5000rs here.. As I come to know that there is a small lodges available in a near villages..but I suggest better to stay in resort... . .
