He lets LW and James out. Overseer office password is in a locked room. Talia not smart enough to hack the terminal- but wait, her genius dad is here to help!

Oh... but he is instead RUNNING out of the Vault to get back to Madison.

So instead of help these trapped tortured souls he has to get back to work.
