stuck with shitty agm and the child she irrationally hates. kill me.
#god i don't want to go to work tn. i thought they were firing her today#now i get to play mediator all fucking night. i swear she's the reason i want to quit. her and the DM who refuses to fire her.#if the DM decides we need to talk for whatever reason I'm telling her I'm tired of playing bomb squad for a grown woman#especially with the kids there's no reason to talk to a 17 year old the way she does#ntm it's a restaurant and she keeps showing up sick and keeps walking around basically barefoot bc her feet swell#and all she does is complain about how nobody helps her but when you go to help her she gets mad and says 'I got it.'#I'd have a much better attitude about my own job if she was gone. how is someone going to get into multiple screaming matches#with people both her level and above and still keep her job#and it's not like the DM is oblivion she knows about all of it. we've sent pictures of her walking around barefoot#and she's literally had to send in managers from other stores to send the agm home bc she was screaming at coworkers in front of customers#why does she still have a jobbbbb
