Not a thirst this time, just came to talk about Chifuyu. And his lap kitten tendencies. Like in the "Can I sit there?" "That's my lap." meme.

Chifuyu gets pretty clingy in private. Laying his head on you lap, straddling your lap while you hug, sitting on you lap while you watch tv humping your lap- — doesn't really matter. He just likes your lap.

I like to imagine that Chifuyu is clingy, but he acts clingy with a straight face. Sometimes he pouts and acts a little sassy, but his clinginess is so deadpan that it's almost funny.

He'll crawl into your lap, and you don't even bother to ask anything. You just accept your fate and pet Chifuyu's hair or wrap an arm around him. Guess that's his lap now! Good luck if you need to get up for any reason, because your human sized cat partner isn't moving an inch. 🙃
