Tag Game (look at me Ma' first participation in a tag game! 🎉 )

@wlwsakura I had to do a triple take seeing my name 😵‍💫, I am flattered at the tag pass.

Three Ships:

-Edeleth (female Byleth Eisner and Edelgard Von Hresvelg, Fire Emblem: Three Houses) they stole my heart back in when the game dropped with everything about them when shipped together. (Being vague on purpose to avoid spoilers for the Crimson Rose/Black Eagles route for any who may want to experience it blind) In specific female Byleth getting some exclusive scenes with Edelgard, and how their story shifts with the added element of a female Byleth in connection to certain story points that are kind of not as poignant in other routes or ships really makes me ship it more compared to male Byleth and Edelgard.

-Supercorp (Kara Zor El/Kara Danvers/ Supergirl and Lena Luthor from 2015's Supergirl) I have spilled my guts about them a fair amount already. The wlw ship that helped me realize I was not as straight as I thought because of how fond I was of certain same sex friends. They were so couple coded, and it really stinks (older) supercorp shippers went through what they went through by the network, show runners, comic book anti woke mob, other Supergirl TV show fans, other lgbtqi+ aligned people, and homophobes for calling Lena and Kara what they were.

-I wanted to try showing variety for my ships into bl/mlm or hetero ships, but I got to end with InoSaku (Ino Yamanak and Sakura Haruno from Naruto).

I got so much going on with this ship on some different layers.

Way back when I was introduced to Naruto via the anime, I was not at all a fan of Sakura. Looking back I might have been best described as a "Sakura Hater", but having done some growing and having been reminded of Sakura as a female character in a shonen all this time later, I now have realized how unfair I was being to this fictional character for things well out of her control (Kishimoto's bad writing, how women characters are usually treated in shonen animes, served with a side helping of internalized misogyny on my part).

The realization at all the unnecessary hate at a fictional character who couldn't fight the tropes she was writen with made me re evaluate Sakura, and I realized she isn't so bad. No worse than any other Rookie 9.

Along side that re analysize I realized how gay-rivals-to-lovers coded Sakura and Ino are, and how much of a missed opportunity they were. So now they haunt me.

First Ship Ever: hard to remember but either Sanae Ozora and Tsubasa (Captain Tsubasa) or Ranma and Akane (Ranma 1/2)

Currently Reading: No books, but I have been meaning to read an auto biography book on the join Korean team composed of South and North Korean players from the 2018 Winter Olympics, I am currently reading the fanfictions: "The Pieces of me (cling to you)" (supercorp) by @wolfie-bee, re-reading "Thief-Nin Sakura" (Inosaku) by Hemerodromus while waiting on the next chapter of "A Dose of Venom" in the Mithridatism series by Androgyninja, and finally "Wednesday and the Nightshade Girls" by Onehitwonder13.

Considering who Kara was, coming from a planet with knowledge of many worlds, plus the fact she battled earthling and intergalactic threats on the daily, not many things faced her those days. She dealt with a variety of criminals and super villains, some more animated than others, a few donning a character of sorts to cause terror or hide their identities. She was no stranger to over the top antics or crimes that followed a theme, sometimes believing she’d already seen it all by the age of twenty four.

The reaction of the man with the red and black suit was not something she’d heard before however, the Kryptonian remaining silent as she was caught off guard. She wasn’t sure if to be offended or take it as a joke, opening her mouth to say something when he cut her off, attempting to explain himself.

“You ripped his finger off–that’s considered excessive force.” As much as the man had angered her, as much as she had wanted to punch him, Kara knew he didn’t deserve to be harmed. That wouldn’t fix anything, it would only make his opinion worst.

When the other stepped closer, Supergirl’s brow furrowed. “What…?” She took the drink when it was handed to her, for a moment not knowing what to do. Was this his tactic? Confuse her until there was an opening for him to run away? Or did he truly not understand the severity of his actions? “–Stop. This is a serious matter, sir.” The blonde offered him back the cup of coffee, grabbing him by the arm. “Self defense or not, you need to come with me. The police will want to know what happened, you can plead your case to them.”

As the Kryptonian superhero held the drink, I pulled out a smartphone with a Hello Kitty riding a rainbow popsocket. "Say cheese!" I exclaimed as I posed next to her with a smile so big, it was visible through my mask. Before she could object, I took the picture and giggled to myself with exciment. "You're super." I dropped my phone back into my Hello Kitty fanny pack.

Seconds later, Supergirl was pushing the drink I had asked her to hold back into my hand. "Hey, hey! That was not excessive force! If you take me in for that, they'll just lock me up for being a mutant, not for excessive force," I complained. "He touched me, I defended myself! Plus, you and I fight on the same side!"

And then... She grabbed me! (And Jeysus... She was so strong. I could've melted in her arms and allowed her to sweep me off my feet.) "Oooh... You're so strong," I pointed out dreamily. "But hey! Noooo!" I twisted out of her firm grip. "I'm not going to no cops! I already told you, they hate mutants and I am not about to let anyone experiment on me anymore!" (Except Nygma... But that's completely different.)

Myriad

As you know there are multiverses, this is the p38 multiverse, where pokémon and DC heroes live together. Each hero has his pokémon or six pokémon who are his partners in the fight against crime.

In this universe Kara and Lena will meet each other early, even much earlier than their other selves in universe 38, where they will go through the same villains and life stories, but they will handle it in a different way. Also, here the supercorp will come a little bit faster and Kara doesn't trust any human being but Lena.

The man turned when Kara spoke, looking her over with an amused expression, a chuckle escaping his lips. “Freaks ain’t people. And it’s about time they got what they deserve. We’ll all be safer with them out of the picture.” A few people expressed their agreement, simply by nodding or by cheering him on, others shook their heads and either continued with their business or weakly told the man to keep quiet.

“Don’t call them that,” Kara exclaimed, ignoring those around her who told her to not waste her time. The truth wasn’t a waste of time, apathy and compliance were. “Powers or no powers, they don’t deserve harm simply because they are different from you.”

“This city has gone to hell because of them,” he replied. “They have threatened and destroyed, proven plenty of times how dangerous they are.”

“You can’t blame them all for the actions of a few.” Kara scoffed, eyebrows rising and lowering. “If we are going by that, humans are far more of a threat than anything else in the galaxy.”

The man stood, walking over to stand in front of her, Kara furrowing her brow as she stood her ground. “Why do you care so much about it?” He would not intimidate her. “You like one of those freaks?” Even without her abilities, even without her training, he would not force her to back down. “Or are you one of them?”

DLING

The sound of the bell atop the main door echoed through the coffee shop, Kara wrinkling her nose as a heavy metallic smell invaded her senses, green eyes scanning the crowd and realizing then everyone had turned to watch the exchange. Their attention was no longer on the man and the blonde however, someone else far more interesting at that moment. The Kryptonian followed their gazes, her eyes growing wide at the costumed individual who was walking up to the counter.

Normally, at the sight of someone bleeding, people would have quickly tried to offer help, or at least attempted to ask if they needed help. However, no one moved, silence falling over the crowd as customers and staff alike simply watched. Kara herself maintained her gaze on the heavily armed stranger and the barista, both due to confusion and caution, finding herself slowly moving towards the bathroom’s door in case she needed to change. Even with her enhanced speed though, everything happened way too fast;

The man Kara had been arguing with was visibly furious with the newcomer, using him as an example to back up his earlier argument about mutants (he seemed to recognize him? or simply had assumed the other was a mutant due to the fact he was still standing…on a large pool of his own blood). The man approached the costumed stranger and yelled at him to leave, getting physical when his shouts were simply ignored. That was when the costumed stranger finally turned to the mutant-hater, taking the finger that was being pointed at him and ripping it off.

Chaos erupted in the coffee shop, screams filling the room as the costumed stranger walked out, Kara disappearing in the blink of an eye.

Before the man could get too far, Supergirl landed in front of him, cutting his path away from the shop. “Not cool to run away from the scene of your crime. And neither is not paying for your drinks.”

"I have twenty minutes to get to Al..." I muttered to myself, checking my Adventure Time watch. As I made my way to where Dopinder waited for me in his cab. Just as I neared the cab: FUCKING SUPERGIRL CAME FLYING DOWN!!!

THE Supergirl! She stood there in all her glory, my favorite Kryptonian! "... I just came in my pants," I said before I even realized what she was saying. (Can you guys blame me? DC has some badass characters, Watchers!) Of course, my excitement died down and turned into confusion as she spoke. "Woah woah!" I exclaimed. "You got this all types of wrongs!"

"He touched me, repeatedly," I explained. "I used no weapons, so under the law, it was self-defense," I pointed out. I was thankful to Vanessa for that knowledge seeing as she had done a year in the tank for defending herself with a knife from a disarmed attacker. "As for the drinks, this is my local Starfucks. They love me here. Tiff is my homie, she can testify to that."

There was a pause and I walked closer to the superhero. "Can I just say? I'm a HUGE fan! I'd love a picture! Can you hold this please?" I asked, handing her one of the drinks to dig into my Hello Kitty fanny pack in search of my phone. (Did I mentioned she was super cute? And tiny? I didn't think she would be so tiny!!)

I struggled into the fucking millennial haven known as Starfucks (or was it Starbucks?), left leg bleeding profusely. I mean, I knew I was going to be fine. After all, I'm fucking Deadpool. However, becoming aware--as I swung the door open-- of the hunting knife up to the hilt in my kneecap, I nonchalantly pulled the thing out and dropped it outside. You know, nothing much. Another sunny day in New York City! Walking deeper into the place, I realized that the tension was so goddamn thick, you would've had to cut it with a chainsaw. (Am I the only one picturing a shirtless, sweaty, furry lumberjack Logan here?... You are welcomed!) Of course, I had no time to spend worrying about how awkward and uncomfortable those around me felt, (lets be honest, I never do.) Either way, it didn't even matter. All eyes were on me right then and there, which of course, I royally ignored. In the sudden silence, I did notice the television was turned on the news channel which now had a bunch of dumb pricks pretending they knew what was going on. (You guys know the type.)

Making my way to the counter, I ignored the silent crowd around me and leaned on it. "What's up, Sugar Plum," I greeted little Tiffany, whom I had already crossed paths with before. She was a cute, barely legal, little thing. Not the type of tickle for my pickle, but still something to admire. Plus, her customer service was superb. She would've made Al a great companion... But just as that thought popped in my head, I could've sworn Al's voice exclaimed in my ear: "Don't you dare, boy!" .... So, no taking Tiff back to the apartment any time soon... "Can you get me the usual, Honey Bunch?" I asked her, a bright smile under my mask.

"Sure, Mr. Deadpool... The two Non-Fat Frappuccinos With Extra Whipped Cream And Extra Caramel Sauce?" She asked softly, gaze staring dreamily at none other than myself. I nodded, still smiling, holding her gaze. "Sure," she replied with a shy giggle. "But, Mr. Deadpool, I was wondering... Well, did you bring your wallet today? You see, my boss... He's starting to get angry--"

I reached out slowly, bloody, gloved finger pressing softly against her lips. "You tell him that I won't pay shit until he gives YOU a raise, mmk? Now, please? I'm very late," I added, looking at my pretty rad Adventure Time watch. "Plus, you know what I always say, darling," I let out. (I'm so fucking cute, guys. Really, I did it all singsong-like.) As one of her coworkers put the drinks before me, Tiffany sighed deeply.

"It's on the house... Stars never pay," she repeated in a monotone voice (which I did not appreciate, and suddenly found myself wonder what her bleached skull would looked like). And now, this is the part where things got tricky. I was already upset about her reply, (can you blame me? She was having a bad day and just takes it out on me like that?!) When some fucking random put his hand on me. Now, keep in mind that I have two very special drinks (which costs a shit ton of fucking money!), in my hands. When someone dared pressed his hand against my chest, as if trying to keep me away? He was talking angrily at me... But I wasn't fucking listening.

I saw red.

And not like... I got so angry I saw red and proceeded to do things I would not remember later. I saw red as in: after putting my drinks on the counter ( moment in which this dude dared poked me with his sausage finger), I took his finger and cleanly ripped it off. Blood sprayed everywhere. "NOW, NOW!" I hollered over the panic. "What did we learn today, children?" I asked as I picked up my drinks. "We don't poke the bear. Good day!" I went for my exit, trying to hurry and get back to Al.

Kara stood at the pick-up line of the crowded coffee shop, scrolling through her phone as she waited for her name to be called, not paying much attention to her surroundings until the program on the high mounted television changed. A newscaster was discussing the strange event of February first, giving information about what happened that night and what’d been happening since then, welcoming a panel of scientists and government officials to examine the various theories that had been floating around the public. Some in the shop turned to watch, others ignored the show and focused on their electronic devices, while a man scoffed as he sat on a table and commented the ’freak apocalypse is nothing to be concerned about’, getting other customers around him to laugh and nod.

“Anything that harms people is concerning.” The blonde spoke loud enough for them to hear, narrowing her eyes at those who glanced at her.
